2 Blokes 2 Boats and a whole lot of FUN!! Giant mudcrabs, cook ups, live baiting Mangrove Jack

[Music] three bungs is back baby just loading up gonna spend overnight down the creek with the boys it's gonna be a good weekend i hope you just tune in and have a look gonna be hunting some crabs probably some mangrove jack it's winter here so maybe some whiting we'll just see how we go just putting the last preparations together we've got a few rods here something trusty derek with the old pink sinkers a few bait runners see how we go i'll do a bit of live efficient bit of luring the motors had a full rebuild ready to go let's get it dudes just got to chuck the swag and esky in and she's ready to go i'll see yous on the water i can't wait i'm i'm effing excited to say the least let's get it dudes and we're out the mouth he's going to make it over to the next creek just waiting for buff out over here to get off the fan bar what a beautiful bloody morning i don't know if you can see me but good morning everyone i'll see you is over at the campsite when we're unloaded look at to the high bank and set this camper [Music] all right it's cold it's about six o'clock we made it we had to go the long way the tide was lower than we thought but that's all right oh i'm excited ladies and gentlemen there's a big just around this bend is oh look at that mist i don't know if you pick it up on the gopro but here is home sweet home for the night nice high back and the truckadillagos can't get us well they probably can but there's less chance got a nice flank so we can go from boats to banks don't have to get muddy let's get it dude now ladies and gentlemen we don't just look good we're pretty smart too we don't like muddy feet old thompson old thompson come up with this idea just had a spare plank later on hey we did bring a chainsaw but we bought some timber too save's chopping down all the trees big fire big baller let's get it i'm not going to jinx it camp's unloaded fire started big fella warming up a bit a bit of a creek behind us here i'm going to go check it out eyes peeled thompson remember the brown snake last time eyes peeled last time we were here checking this creek out nearly stood on a bloody brown snake so the eyes is open today got the gummies on too so we'll see we'll see but we might um chuck a pot in the back creek here camp's just there that's the little creek out of the main off the main creek and then there's this one that comes off it as well so have a little gander it's about mid tide at the moment running out i think low tide's about 11 o'clock currently about seven so just before mid tide oh plenty of bait in here nice little snag in the water yeah might pick something up here nice little jack or something creek follows all the way up goes up around there and meets back up to the main creek up there i don't know how far back it goes this way but yeah not bad not bad just follow me saying footprints back to camp there was no snakes there when i went there so we'll follow them back any little tip fire's going let's go get some crab pots in go get some lobbies and do what we do see you there get into it boys what are they made in 15 minutes not even [Music] 15 minutes there's one legally 20 minute just chucked a couple of stakes in the ground got a bait runner there got a bait running in the back of mine with some live is on i was just making up a bit of thing to cook up a brim we got what a there but i can't really see him man i'll get him out we lost the crab while we were sorting pots and getting them back and he climbed into a bottle in the boat see you later little fella well this is camp ladies and gentlemen just got a nice grunner off the bank just tied a few crabs up i think we got five so far gonna cook a couple of them up have a bit of a feed we just chucked them in the gum boots so now i think there's five there and three or four if we're gonna eat for brunch see how we go eh what a beautiful bloody morning it's not even lunch time yet hey you got the crab boiler on over here let's get it dudes oh just out the back of camp just thought we'd check this pot and taboo another monster kapow we can catch the crabs oh there's a good look at that oh there's another that makes six to take home just cooking a bit of crab it's got the shade up boop crabs are on the boiler we on boys we are we got shade just waiting for the tide to turn and we will go hunt the fishos a bit of low tide foraging get some bait for fishing later it dries out more than i thought that's for sure thompson it's good for reconnaissance to see where you want to fish later but see that there that's that gutter there you were talking about a big drop off there eh just on the sandbar here one floody lie there a big girl there it's a good floaty that one so high tide tonight might come along they seem to be all on this drop off another one just in front of us there so we'll come back tonight and give it a bit of a go can't hurt but yeah that fella there that's a big one see how we go at that that's ridiculous there's got to be uh 15 and maybe 20 crab in there one there i don't know can you go to school look at it it's ridiculous there's only one legal yeah i think that's the only fellow that's a barnacle bill boys and girls oh solid as a rock that is a good crab hey yeah boys i think that's number eight or nine maybe ten i don't know it doesn't matter we've got a feed of crabs plenty of seafood we've caught but we're gonna cook a stew up so we can fill our freezers with all the seafood so there you go birdies get rid of all the sea days and we'll get to chop it i'll show you when i'm putting it down oh there she is ladies and gentlemen the meat's just been sizzled the veggies are just going on what do you think there but i don't think she's going to be good anymore [ __ ] [ __ ] 10 liters of the street two blokes two boats ten liters of stew oh crabs on crabs we're [ __ ] killing it eh we are living the life barry hey todd's turned it's starting to come back in so we're just going to have a get this stew on we've already got some livery some good baits in there go for a bit of a bit of a fisho a bit of a live baiting and um i'll see is when a bit of action circles oh oh catty dirty old catfish okay that means it's bait time and last check of the pots before the sun goes down hole there oh [ __ ] he's rusty's little boat oh he might go no i reckon he'll go buddies and [ __ ] look at him he's purple bud you're okay oh there he is yeah beautiful afternoon another three or four crabs on that pool oh just back at camp the stews ready i'll give you the look at that one we have a bit of a feed just got run the pots again i think we got three maybe four more crabs so beauty just waiting for the tide to turn i don't know if you can see me in this light but yeah wait for the tide to turn we're going to go soak some live ease and get some more mangrave jack hopefully we'll see is when we're doing it boop the stew's done we're just heating him back up made a little goal post up ingenuity engineering is finest look at that what happens when you get a painter and a carpenter together oh painters and carpenters they'll build the world team he's called it nice nighttime brimbo just got a big shark break the boredom stew oh have a go at that oh that we just had a little taste test we're about to serve dinner up that is just melt in your mouth beautiful in this kind of weather it's what you want nice fire good stew [ __ ] mates let's get it dude oh yeah we got the roman candles going beautiful i love me a good fire yep can't complain still leftover stew there let's get it oh yeah just sitting around the fire before bed just had me second feeder stew oh day one camping did home in the morning quick pack up quick check of the parts maybe a quick fish we'll see how we feel see is in the morning mist on the water gonna start packing up camp they run the pots and we will get the bloody hell out of here but there is no rush beautiful day it's so warm here let's go and check the camp pops [Music] oh nothing again i'll say is the cats when i get back to lay in it's chilly oh yeah it's chilly only about seven oh well best camping trip of the year so far down and dusted 11 or so 10 or so fish so here's what we caught when we get back to the houses bowl what a bloody trip time to get home and see reality uh bit of a crab cook up we got some cooked ones already chucking these ones in the boiler and i'm going to take a few over to the old pop so we got this is the other kids are just having a bit of fun while we clean up but this is the hall you can't complain about okay one two three four five six brim three jacks and a good grunner and there's four more crabs one's taken off but i'll take these ones over to pop he likes them kept alive so i think we ended up with oh 12 or so crowds but yeah good trip i'll see you on the next one eh
