pick them up and um try and catch some brim just got a brim here at this point as i pulled up so it's probably the first one to take them in the morning anything they catch they're going to be happy with but that's what we came for i think this is about a minute and a half after i just finished talking to you another nice little brim the kids will be wrapped with that in the morning i might even an empty crab we'll put him back now there's still two more crabs in there i'll give him a measure but these ones in here all under that's the nipper from the blue crab obviously the other crab in there give him a bit of a touch up but um giving this little one a touch up by the look of it too i'll chuck them all back and we'll go to the next pot eh just running the first of the pots we put in this morning this is pot number five we just picked up the ones i put in yesterday got four good crabs out of them so here we go with this one away from the side buddy see how we went what have these been in five hours or so oh this one looks like it's missing a leg on the crap what bloody some soot in it i'll get back to you when i'm sorting my another empty one he's easily legal but we'll put him back big buck let me throw the bucket away babe we need that number six whoa oh they're actually making they're joined together they're mating look he's mating with that jenny he's they're joined seven crabs in there but they're all undersized so they can all go back this is one of the ones we threw in this morning there were some hungry crabs they had all the bait flip them up do you reckon you can get them boss try give them a good shake here they go one more there he goes beautiful didn't even have to do anything captain's dream for a bit more of a search for this last pot we think we might have had one knocked off or cropped or floated we'll keep looking i'll get back to you today guys on the log so hopefully we can get it yeah it's definitely under that log all right you're gonna crabs for the people and we'll have a feed i know you don't need them but me and this little sleepy head do i'll see is where my back at home guys ye now ladies and gentlemen i've been eating crabs all my life and i did laugh at me mate when he showed me this way i'm about to show you that's me normal crab cooker and the burner you can do about seven to nine crabs at once but um i'll show you the new way i don't even use this anymore i'll show you why all right ladies and gentlemen this is a trick i got taught by a um pro crabber okay you know all right i made to um do a video on so all you do you wrap him that way with cling wrap close it all off get the cling wrap go back around in the other way wrapping nice and tight this way get all them legs and doors in dry we got the crab present what are you doing straight in the microwave yeah i laughed at me mate when he told me this feet down to start with just because you got to flip it so you want all the juices to stay in the crab so they'll stay in the carapace four and a half minutes and we'll flip him as soon as he's flipped four and a half minutes again put him straight into the sink run the water on him and she's good to go beauty yeah 20 seconds left i've already flipped him and done the second four and a half minutes so this is after it takes nine minutes of crab so 10 seconds i'll get him out and we'll um get him out of this club then i just chill him in the fridge or whatever and me and the daughter will eat them for lunch as we're the only ones in the house see that cooks in all its own juices you can hear the steam it's like steaming them but in their own juices look at that perfectly cooked crab i'll cool him down get him out and give his a look and there we have it guys beautifully cooked mud crab i'll chuck him in the fridge and i'll give you the look at us when we're eating him later the daughter's favorite he's a heavy crab turd be a killer and a half crab number two go for a nice hot sauna i'm out looking nice and toasty once again four and a half minutes seven crabs to do so it'll take some time but i'm not doing anything anyway once again once he's done four and a half minutes flip him four and a half minutes straight in the sink bob's your uncle i'm gonna hold off to eat this crab but she's been begging and begging yeah daddy's gonna have a girl now we'll go out the back and do it yeah excuse he's not gonna try something scuba's not having any come up it's not open we can have the crab now baby and by the look she's cooked to perfection have a go at that baby i'll crack that nipper open for ya yummy yummy yay when you cook it in the microwave all right try and get instead of just pulling the nipper try and get this knuckle here you pull it at the right thing you pull most of the meat out of the body as well don't mind if i do let's see what's inside this nipper dab is that full this crab is that full have a go at that ladies and gentlemen cook to perfection it's that full it's stuck to the shell oh queensland lollipop oh that is heaven from the ocean can we help you with that baby you hold the camera and daddy'll open it one crack there one
