Luxury Living Above It All | Bayview Estates Home with Ocean Views

Hello everyone, I'm on the top of Bayview Estates, one of the best housing estates in the world. I'll tell you why. This is a really great list from the brand Thatcher, Tatina, Kitchens, Coilmaker. Island Properties always offers good real estate on the market. It doesn't matter. In reality, everything is even better than I expected. So I'll show you this house with pleasure. I'll show you the exterior look, the interior look, I'll tell you about the three things I liked the most. The only thing I would change or add, if it were mine, if I found something. Let's start. Hello everyone. So, we're on the top of Bayview Estates. This is the house we're going to check out. You can already see that it's quite private there. This is where the wonderful landscapes open up. You can see that we have a lot of wonderful stone walls here. Entrance with palm trees. You can approach this entranceway. It serves the house that we'll see on the right and the house on the left. So you have a common entrance here. But inside it's still very, very private. I saw this on the Internet and I became interested. Now, when I came here personally, it looks very, very good. A lot of things have been done in this house to improve it, and I think you'll like it. There are a few features that, in my opinion, were quite unique from a design point of view, and it's really cool. I really like Bayview for several reasons. First, it's a closed area, and it's located in Cajo. Cajo is a place where people really want to be for the sake of the luxury that we have here on our Kylo Akon market. Another thing that people really like about Bayview Estates is the high design standards. So you won't see any asphalt roofs, tiles, or anything like that. You need special roofs, either felt or metal, like this one, or a concrete tile, something like that. It's really cool. All the garages can't be outside. So when you drive through the neighborhood, you don't see a bunch of garage gates for two or three cars. And here you can't rent a car for a short period of time for vacation. So there's no noise that can be heard if you're standing next to a house for vacation, which can sometimes be a little annoying if it's not your way of life. That's what sometimes happens nearby in Co-State. I think they have about a dozen of them. So that's one of the reasons why people really like Bayview Estates. This is a felt, metal roof. It's completely watertight. It's about three and a half feet deep. And then, I think, this is probably a siding made of copper steel. A solid board, whatever you want to call it, on top. It looks pretty good. We have a painted driveway, a lot of drainage, a stone wall along the backyard. The house is very well landscaped. Look at this palm tree. It's beautiful. Like this. Impressive and big. They've just done a really great job. And then a little touch-up. They have a small sink right here so you can leave your trash cans there. They also have a balloon with propane. So we know that we have a little propane here on the territory. We have garage doors for two cars. The water tap is right here, near the entrance. There's a nice sound coming from down there. I really like it. And then our entrance, laid out with stone slabs. Nice and covered. And right away, one of the things that I saw and that I really liked is this passage. We don't often have it. We have garage doors for two cars, as I said, on this side. These doors are closed now, so I can't take you there. But this passage is so big that you really have a few options. Tina told me that there used to be a billiard table here. People thought that they thought that when they designed it, they would use it as a training area, and I thought about it. This will be a great place to place some sports equipment. Maybe you have a bike trainer, a peloton, or something like that. You could do it right here. Or you can do what these guys did, and just make a nice little shaded area for recreation in the fresh air. You can even put a sofa here if you want. And just a wonderful little place. There's a TV with a big screen. I really like this passage, because it's not square meters of a house, when you look at the statistics, but the area you use. And I always tell people that here in Hawaii, you live so much on the street, that you don't have to look at the area of the house when you're trying to get an idea of its size and how you're going to use it. It's really a great entrance here with these big pillars, about a foot wide. Just very nice and primed. It just gives it a luxurious look. You know, sometimes you can see houses in different price categories that can have something like a four-wheel drive car with small things around it, and that's fine. It does all the necessary construction work, but when you have to work on these really big pillars, it creates a sense of luxury. We're going through a glass door with two glass sides. I don't think they open. Maybe I'm wrong, but it gives a lot of light and space. And then there's our big room with a lot of space. We'll take a closer look at it with the double sliding curtains here in this corner in Italy that go out to our lounge. I know you like this landscape, so I'm showing it to you. We're going to look at this open area with this nice little pool that we made here. And then we placed our spa center right here, near our stairs. So we have stairs right to our pool, right opposite our spa center. It looks like it's about 18 inches above the surface with a drop in the water by two feet, and there's your waterfall, and then there's a wonderful landscape. Let's take a look at the landscape from here. I know this is what you want to see. Here it is. Nice landscape. You can see a lot of coastline. We're looking right over there, in the Cacho Bay, behind Utrecht. We see a few boats sailing across. You'll definitely see some whales here in the winter. They're supposed to be here pretty soon. And since I'm making this video, it's the first weekend of October, and the next weekend is Iron Man. I won't have a video for you, because I'll be working in the West. I don't know if you guys know, but I work a lot with Iron Man, the director of FiniShuTan. So this week I'll be pretty busy. I won't have a video for you next week. But the city is bustling. There's a lot going on here. God, what a beautiful landscape. And today is a bit cloudy. It's like it rained. Actually, the landscapes can be even better, but we have a beautiful landscape here. Let's go back to the pool. We have a pool here. Nice round jacuzzi. I think this is a really great place. And then, looking back at the house, all of our interior space and a lot of outdoor space. Very nice. Oh, there's a huge bench right down there. So you could have a party and fit 30-40 people in the pool. Very cool. Oh, this is quite nice. We have a terrace with a deck, but they did a good job hiding this drainage shaft. A lot of people know, you'll see a pipe with small cracks or some other lines that are cut out of it. They put this stone with a small amount of brown hermetic and it fits perfectly with the rest of this image. It does its job and looks good. And then, look at it. You got a little space for a golf club. If it's me, I understand how bad I am, but I'm sure someone might need it. It's actually, you know, quite a good size. I think one of your golf players could practice, but I think it's also quite fun for children. And here, on our large open playground, all the details will be in the description below, where I will transfer you to the website on my website, where you will find all the information about the property. There is a lot of space for external furniture, a lot of space for a table and six chairs. It's quite a big set of tables and chairs. You know, if you want to put an even bigger set and choose eight chairs, you can. And we also have a few chaise longues. A lot of these furniture will be included, not all of them. And if you're interested, we will work on the list of included and excluded. There are a sofa and two more chairs here. And another feature that I really like is that they made this bamboo along the wall. It's really great. It creates a nice look. It just seems to divide things, and it was a nice addition. Another TV on the street. So it's really cool. So we have a conversation area here. There are a few chaise longues here. We have a table and six chairs. We have a small bench over there. You can even put something there. We have a street grill. Everything is different. And we still have everything very nice and open here. So when you walk through the house, these things do not block the flow to the edge. So it's really a large open area. 10 out of 10 for our open area and everything that is connected to it. Okay, now we have large pocket windows. You'll see how wide it is. Why is it so wide? One side will be glass, and the other mesh, so you can have mesh or it is closed. To be honest, we don't have that many flies here. We have a mosquito season that happens from time to time, maybe once or twice a year. And I think you could imagine a screen closing, but most of the time you will probably live in it as well as now with the doors open. And then let's check our floor. It looks like some kind of laminate or maybe even a luxurious vinyl. It looks great. It fits perfectly on your feet. It has a texture that resembles a wooden texture. You can see how the reflections play. So, it has the texture of a wooden texture. I have to say that the vinyl has changed as much as before. I don't think it's a flaw. And in our environment, with what we have to deal with, with the salty air, sea splashes and moisture, it's really the best choice. There's a really large living space here. We have a steel fan, a niche for a lamp, speeders, speakers, and also air conditioning. It looks like we have very nice bamboo shutters used as a texture of steel and possibly redwood. I'm not sure about this furniture around the perimeter. And it's not just here in the living room. It stretches all the way to the dining room and our kitchen. There's a lot of steel decoration here. It's really very nice, very impressive. There's an extremely large room here in this living room. And I've already talked about it before. Houses that are a little older usually have a better area than many of our new houses just because of the cost of construction. And then again, such large furniture. This house can accommodate a table and six chairs with a large number of seats. You could get, that is, about a table and eight chairs. So you could place a lot of things here. It's quite impressive. I wouldn't change it. And I would say that in about 75-80% of cases when I see a fresco at home, I would change it. It's of high quality. It looks great. Leave it there. Don't change it, guys. We have our artificial wood or wooden blinds here on the side. They go very well with our wooden accents on top. And then we turned around and I'm standing with my back to the front door. We talked about this kitchen. We have suspended lamps here. And I like our gray quartzite. These are real stone chairs. They also used it as an apron. It's really a great job. And they rolled it here. So sometimes you see how people just cut it and then take another piece and put a little decoration under it. It gives it a little thickness. In fact, it is so thick. They rolled it here. And if you roll it, you will see where the colors converge. So where there is light, where there is brown. You can see where it changes right here. If you roll it and do it right, it will come out very, very clear. Even the lines will pass through it. You see another one right here. So it's just a great job with this quartzite. And then they used it here and did it right on our island. Our island has a nice arc right here at the end. There is a lot of space for four chairs and our glass boiling surface LED. Kitchen appliances on our microwave oven and oven. Uncertain about the brand of the dishwasher with stainless steel right here. And a very nice refrigerator. It's a thin cube of LED. A lot of space in the cabinets. A lot of space for storage both above and below. And, of course, we got a check. And we have a combination of cobwebs. Smooth closure. Nice job. Very good. I like the color of the wood. We also have sliding cabinets. You know, I'm a big fan of this. If you don't have them, believe me, you want them. It just makes it much easier to get things and take them out and makes the space more convenient to use. You can also put things on the back and forget about them. You can forget about them and never use them. And then we have a built-in chamber right here on this side. A lot of shelves. A lot of space. Everything you need. Really nice job. I'm going to talk a little about these windows. They are high class. You look at them. They really close and close well. And then you use it to open them. These are not just ordinary sliding windows. They work very well. Now, this house has a few main bedrooms. We have one on this side, then another on that side. I think this is the main bedroom. And then the third bedroom behind. So, first I'll go through this passage. There will be service doors that go outside. I think if you had closed sliding doors, you could use them to go outside. And we'll come and check it out. I'll call it the youngest main bedroom. Indeed, a large double bed King size, about 4 or 5, almost 5 tons on each side. We have a lot of gray stiles with our stile niches for lighting. Our air conditioning system Daikin large furniture here. All the rooms are large, so they can fit large furniture. If you have large furniture, but your house is not big enough for them, it's actually very bad, because it all becomes somehow small. Let's get started. So, we made our closet number one, and then the door to it so that you could close it and not lose space. And then closet number two on the other side. A passage from our stile, which is very pleasant to feel under your feet. A high-quality stile on our 18-inch. It looks a bit like a travertine here on our tile below. And I don't know if you hear it. I'm trying to do it so that it's not too loud when I edit. But you have an audio system for the whole house and speakers even in this room. It works with both white and gray-colored palette, which people use on the walls, as well as with brown and brown-colored palettes. One of the reasons why it is so well used now is that it is just versatile. We have a door and a pocket over there to close this whole thing. Go straight into our shower. Really a great job. We have a shower head on the right and on the left. So a shower for two with a bench over there in the corner. Very nice. And I think this is the youngest elementary school in the boys. So it's pretty weird if you think about it. I'm going to go out here to the yard. We have double glass doors here. I'm going to cut all the way to the main elementary school, which also has a double sliding door. And there's a lot of light here. They raised all the blinds. Of course, if you need privacy, you can lower them. This window fully opens. There are no blinds here, so I want to point out that you get complete air flow. This is your view from your bedroom. Great. I'm a big fan. Really a big room. The boys are also in great shape here. I'm telling you, in these houses, which are over 10 years old, there are so many values from the point of view of the area, and you get a lot more revenue from your money for some of these absolutely new things. This is a huge sleeping bed. I mean just huge. And it fits wonderfully in this room. We have five on each side, eight feet at the end of the bed. A lot of storage space, a lot of cabinets, excuse me, a place for a room. Oh, we have a TV here, a niche for speakers, a niche for a lamp, stylish decoration, all that. And then look at this built-in item for your room, absolutely wonderful. It's really nice to have it in your main room. And then a wonderful showcase up here. A great admirer of this. You don't see this often, M, in the bedroom. We have a double pocket shower here in the bathroom. Double toilet tables in the style of Taj Mahal on our chairs. Such a wonderful wood trim that we see. We have traditional doors that lead here to the toilet, the bathroom, the toilet, whatever you want to call it, guys. And then it goes to the shower cabin, a really nice size. A big bench over here. A lot of tiles. The wall of glass blocks lets a lot of light through from the outside. And there are also two shower beds. It's really wonderful. And then, moving along the corridor, here's why it's really big for me. There's a big, big closet here. And then I'll turn around. There's a smaller closet here. I think it's... Yes, it's Mike's closet, because it's about 30 centimeters deep. Actually, it's a diaper closet, guys. The door and the pocket are right here when I pass by. The general bathroom is right here, to the left of us. It's a toilet. So it's a bathroom that people use when they come to visit, because all bedrooms have their own bathrooms, so you need another one. But you don't need a shower here, really. And I really like this color. I don't know if it will come out. At the moment, on camera, it doesn't look quite like this, but there's a nice green, not too much sea foam, not too saturated, but it looks great. And then, going down, we turned here to bedroom number three. What can I say? This is a double bed. A king-size double bed You even have a small spread table to go outside, sit here, drink morning coffee, if you want. There's a lot of space here. We have a wardrobe with glass doors to the right. And then, let's go back. Doors and cushions. I like the use of doors and cushions in this house. It gives you a lot more... ...useful space. A lot more flexibility, for example, where to put pictures on the walls and similar things, because things are not blocked by the door. A traditional bathroom and a shower here. A toilet with a single sink. We have more light wood here on the wardrobe. Service doors also go outside. A air conditioner compressor in the corner. If you haven't seen any of my videos yet, I like to come here when there's a mini-split in the corner of the air conditioner system. This is a big... ...this is a hose. Yes, it's big. And here I am standing next to it and talking. It's closed. You can see how everything moves, because of the wind. These things are so quiet. They are not like the traditional external compressors in the air conditioner systems that you usually see. They are just much quieter. Okay, let's get going, and we'll move on to my three favorite things and one thing that I would change or add if it were mine. Okay, guys, it's time for my three favorite things. One thing that I would change or add if it were mine. Okay, favorite thing number one. This time it will be a little different. Favorite thing number one is that there are a few small details that you can miss in this house, but which are really cool. For example, this bamboo accent on the outside is really cool. The amount of open space that we have here for living in the fresh air is really cool. And even this small passage is what we don't see in many houses, but I think it gives you a lot of flexibility. And this is what I really like. So number one will be these little details. Favorite thing is that in some of these houses you can get a very valuable offer. I've already talked about it and even mentioned it in one of my last videos, and maybe this is another announcement of Tina and Dinda as I think about it now. These houses, which are a little old, but still have some high, luxurious houses in these highly desired areas, have great value. The rooms are just bigger. Everything is just bigger. You have just more space and you can do it because the building prices were much better 10 years ago than now. It really matters for the type of house you can get. So favorite thing number two is just the size of this house. It would be hard for me, and I like new offers. It would be hard for me to buy an absolutely newly built house now for some of them if you compare it to something similar just because you get much more for your money. Favorite thing number three is another unique thing in this house. I really like the design of the ceilings that we have here in the dining room, dining room, kitchen, all in one. Often it's just one square plot. Eh, they did it all, and I think it's really cool and adds a lot of character to the place. That's all. I'm going to add a fourth thing. All this open area along with a golf course, a pool, a landscape, a hydromassage bath is just wonderful. So they did a lot of things there. The only thing I would change or add is that it's a big part of the house. There's an air conditioner, there's a pool and all the other good things. There's an acoustic system, eh, a sound system in the middle of the whole house. So it's going to use some electricity. I'm just going to add some photoelectric panels because that's all I have in mind. Everything else is good. I don't think anything needs to be changed here. Ordinary things can be added if you want to make a street kitchen. Of course, you can do it in any house because most houses don't have a street kitchen. But, guys, I really like what's here. There's not much to change here. So I'm just going to spend some money on photoelectric panels, take some of the electricity here. The photoelectric systems will run out if you use them in a certain way, you know, in five to seven years, and then it's all good. So that's what you should think about if you're coming here to Hawaii because electricity is so expensive. It may not work where you are on the mainland, but it does work here, and it matters a lot.
