Mike Repole Answers Why the UFL Returning to Orlando, FL via the Alan Alford Sports Talk Show!!!

Well, congratulations on the new team here in Orlando. My name is Alan from the Alan Alpha Sports Show. I actually had the honor of covering the Orlando Guardians. For people who were a little skeptical about coming back to Orlando, what could you say to those people? Um, you know, I I I I followed it a little bit where uh one, they played a camping world, which was way different. Um, I don't think the league was as funded as it is now. Um, and I also and I thought the venue was an issue. Um, and from what I remember, the team I don't know if they won one or two games. I mean, they lost immediately. Now that I've guaranteed a few championships, I'm not really concerned about that. So, so we should be okay. So, uh, but, you know, I mean, I think Orlando's changing. It's um the biggest thing we're going to do when I take over the league is obviously with this national league, but the eight local markets are more important than nationally. So being inside the market is going to be very important. Working with the incredible sponsors and and and people that have helped, you know, you know, from Interco to the many sponsors you guys have here. Uh we have to be in the community, you know, that I actually live in the community. Um and uh is pretty special. Danny Garcia lives in the community, but you know, I I've built brands my whole life. Nothing gets built overnight. And I think, you know, everybody wants that instant graphic gratification. And you want, you know, there's no overnight success story, but we're going to do this right. We're going to build this league right, one fan at a time.
