While it felt like summer earlier this
week, much colder fall weather is moving
in.
Yeah. 22 News front team meteorologist
Adam Strumco is working for you with
what you should do if you still have
your AC units in your home. Adam,
well Nick and Sier, chances are you
probably won't have to use it again
until sometime next year. With the
summerlike temperatures we had earlier
this week, you might have been running
your air conditioner. But now that much
colder air is moving in, it's a good
time to take your air conditioner out of
the window. But if you're planning on
keeping it in all year round, there are
some things you should do.
So, what I would suggest if you're going
to leave your air conditioner in, you're
definitely going to want to get it
covered. U you might need to put some
cocking around the window, you know, to
seal it up. Um maybe put some plastic
over your window as well.
And also get a cover for your outside
air conditioner unit as well. instead of
the air conditioner, chances are you
might be turning on your heat over the
next couple of days.
