Hello, everyone. How have you been? What kind of food do you like? I like Korean food. I like tteokbokki the most. I like bulgogi, too. But I don't like too spicy food. What kind of food do you not like? Today, I'm going to talk about food I don't like. I don't really like vegetables. But there are vegetables I like. I like carrots and cucumbers. But I don't like to cook carrots and cucumbers. I like to eat without cooking. It's called raw food that's not cooked like this. So I like raw cucumbers and raw carrots. But I don't like all the other vegetables. My least favorite vegetable is eggplant. I've hated eggplants since I was a kid. My mom sometimes made me seasoned eggplants as a side dish. But it didn't taste good and the texture wasn't good. So I don't like eggplants so far. And I don't like sushi. Actually, I don't really like sashimi and I can't eat wasabi. So I don't like sushi with sashimi and wasabi. But sometimes my friend or husband wants to eat sushi. Then I eat egg sushi or meat sushi or udon. My least favorite Korean food is noodles. Do you like Korean noodles? I like food like naengmyeon, kalguksu, and japchae. But I don't like noodles like banquet noodles and bean noodles. There are a lot of my students who don't like naengmyeon. Naengmyeon is a cold noodle dish. Maybe they don't like it because it's cold. When I was a kid, I didn't like naengmyeon either. But now I like naengmyeon. And I don't really like kimchi in Korean food. I can eat kimchi, but I don't eat a lot. But I like food made with kimchi. It's okay if you cook kimchi with something else. For example, I like kimchi fried rice, kimchi stew, and kimchi jeon. But I don't really like cold kimchi. When I was a kid, I didn't eat kimchi at all, but now I eat it sometimes. Especially, I often cook with kimchi. My least favorite dessert is cream. I don't really like cream. Especially, I don't like whipped cream on cake. So I don't buy whipped cream cake. I usually buy chocolate cake or tiramisu. But I don't like tiramisu if it has too much cream. And I don't like it too sweet. If it's too sweet, I eat it with coffee. Do you like mint chocolate? I don't like mint chocolate. Actually, I like mint, but I don't like to eat mint and chocolate together. And I like green tea, but I don't like dessert made with green tea.
