Wow, that's crazy.
Yeah, it's like a putty.
This is good.
This is kind of how they do it on the mountain.
And then the stuff that we have on the site is made in like a food processing facility.
But this is kind of how it started.
People who have the farms would have a giant wok that would heat up the water and they
would make it just in their house basically.
And then this one's been running for a couple days already.
Yeah, it's not expensive here.
Our Pu'er tea is made with these woods.
We use these woods to make the fire.
Okay, it's good.
It's raining.
It's good.
So this is going to be the strongest pot of tea in the world right there.
Wow, look at that.
That's nuts.
Wow.
Wow, look at that.
Oh, that's so dark.
Super, super dark.
I can't really explain how amazing it smells here.
We have like the tea.
We have the wood smoke.
It's just so good.
Hi everybody, Jesse here.
Butting in in the middle of my own video.
I just want to let you guys know that by the time you're watching this video,
the tea resin sampler,
Sister Eye's Four Tea Resin Sampler,
Red Tea,
Rose Red Tea,
Shou Cook Pu'er,
and then the Chen Pi, Orange Peel Cook Pu'er,
all of those teas are available in this little tin.
It's beautiful.
It's travel-sized.
It has steeping instructions.
It can be kept in your bag
or your backpack.
You can make the tea in a thermos.
You'll see in the rest of the video how amazing it is once it dissolves.
It's all available.
The tins are $20 individually
or they're a part of the dog box subscription.
If you're watching during that time,
you can subscribe to the tea club and get them even cheaper.
I'm going to go back to the video
so you can see the end of how the tea resins are made.
Oh, look at that.
Oh, yeah, we're boiling.
Oh, wow.
Okay.
Okay, be careful.
This stuff is probably like lava.
Oh, it smells so good.
This is a giant bucket of tea.
All right.
It's not even stuff.
It's just the fabric folded over on itself.
This is the stuff that's been going for over a day,
a day and a half.
Oh, my God.
Whoa.
The smell is super intense.
Wow.
You see over here,
we're getting the coals ready.
Next, we're over to this oven,
which has got a great view.
I came here and I was like,
oh, you guys didn't have this oven here last time.
When did you build it?
They're like, last week for you
so we could have a better view
while we make the tea resin.
That's great.
Okay.
Mm-hmm.
It's really thick.
It's like, I'm trying to think of like
if you have a really, really thick
soup or stew or something like that.
I'm glad they made this stove
just so I can have a nice view
while I'm making it.
Look at the view here.
Okay, there we go.
Although, again,
I don't want to hear any people like,
oh, my God, it's not sanitary.
This is what they're making at home for themselves.
The stuff we make is done in a food facility
in the city, but the concept is exactly the same.
So don't be like,
oh, I'm going to buy something
that was made in a pot or whatever.
First of all, it's under control.
We got it.
Everyone on the team is getting a shot.
The smell is still very intense.
It's like if somebody made
20 pots of tea at once
right in front of you.
It's a good smell, but it's too much.
Again, that's why
this thing works.
You have this one tiny bit of tea
at the end of it.
One tiny piece that size,
and it's a whole cup of tea.
Wow, that's crazy.
Sticking on the spoon.
Whoa.
Yeah, it's like a putty.
Wow.
As it's cooling now,
you can see it's really getting gummy.
Wow.
Immediately.
Wow. There we go, people.
The end of a long process.
Awesome.
Thank you so much, Sister Ai,
for helping us show how to make the tea resin.
Thank you.
We're going to be putting on more
tea resin onto the site.
In fact, when this comes out, we already
may have it up. Go check the link in the bio.
Just very glad
to be able to go to the tea mountains
and learn this stuff firsthand.
I think it shows up and it's just this little thing
and nobody has any idea what it is or how it's made.
To be able to show people, I think is really valuable
even if you've never tried it yourself.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, Sister Ai.
It's very smooth.
It's very nice. It's very dark.
It's got
this really nice middle and deep
flavor to it, a little chocolatey.
It's great stuff.
For those of you who are watching
the video, thank you so much.
Thank you for your support, like, follow, share.
If you ever need any tea stuff,
tea equipment, tea resin
or other teas from Sister Ai's Mountain,
they're on the website, jesseceels.com.
See you guys next time. Have a good one.
