For me, when referring to Vietnam, I definitely think about the variety of food. From the traditional dishes to the simple gifts or the street squeezing, there are so many delicious specialty foods to hold on tourists. With only a few tables, chairs, or some mobile trucks, tourists just need to spend a few dollars having a wonderful meal. Vietnam has a lot of food made from fresh ingredients such as phở, bánh mì, bún chả. And the street food I want to introduce to international friends today is new food. And now, let me introduce you to my favorite food snail store. When talking about Vietnamese street food, we can't help mentioning dishes made from snail. No one can explain, just know that a long time ago, from lots of simple stalls on the sidewalk to luxurious restaurants, all of them served a variety of dishes made from snail. It seems like such a place has become the ideal one to gather friends, especially students or undergraduates like us. Normally, snail shops are open from evening to midnight. From the small stalls, the burning flames, the aroma of food to delicious dishes of snail that are waiting for customers to call their names all created a unique culture of street food in Vietnam. Therefore, today, we decided to make an appointment to a snail shop not far from my school, located on Phạm Ngọc Lạc Street. There are many types of snail with different sizes. After a period of hesitation as well as consulting the owner, we have chosen 3 dishes, Finally, we quite like this restaurant because of its cleanliness, taste and service. But you will have to wait a long time because the restaurant is very crowded. Many people think that snail is only appeared in meals, It can be said that when coming to the restaurant, the first thing that impressed us is the kindness of the owner. She has blessed us to the comfortable seat and immediately helped when we were offered to ask many questions about food. After waiting time, the cuisine was taken out one after another. They color really up to our hunger. So we quickly pick up the chopsticks. When we look into the mouth, we will feel the spicy of chili. The scent of lemongrass that makes the snail dish more charming than ever. And really, all of snail's food today make us fascinated.
