What is happening guys? We are Craig and Amy and you are watching Kingin' It! And if you're brand new around here let us fill you in on what we're all about. If you're brand new to our channel then it usually looks a bit like this. I have no idea. This is Amy aka Captain B. Amy usually ends up on the floor along with her food. This is Craig. He is a massive kid. And usually ends up jumping off or in anything. He also likes to think he's a whiskey connoisseur. People know me. This is our best. She's called Custard. She's a Mercedes Barrio 814D 4.2 litre turbo. She used to look like this. Until she had a massive glow up and now she looks like this. We have been travelling our home country of Wales for the past five weeks with our friends Tanya and Adam and their van Jits. Being van neighbours has been brilliant. Cooking food, watching films in our vans and finding all the best things there is to do in Wales. Since we started Kingin' It! we have always lived by our motto rule your own world. We try to go out there every week and have an epic adventure because life is just too short. This week we push Amy way out of her comfort zone. Craig does an impression of a dog in high winds. We celebrate Captain B's birthday. Oh my god! And in a freak turn of events we end up on the streets of Italy. I had no idea that somewhere like this existed in Wales. So click subscribe and join us as we show you some of the best things to do in North Wales. After heading west we ended up in Harlach and found the perfect park up right underneath Harlach Castle. Known for its stunning long beach Harlach is definitely worth a visit drive. Morning lads! So we're starting this week's video off with a run and of course a swim. Amy's still eating her breakfast in the background. Come on babes! I was just toast babes. While you were running? So I was out back so I sucked in some crumbs and then I started choking. But it's nice though. Great little haze on the belt as well have you? Yeah. Nearly there and the sun has come out for the first time in about three weeks. Yes! Tanya how are you feeling this morning about your cold water swim? Well I was just saying that even though I'm not looking forward to being in pain and not feeling my legs I've kind of now with a bit of practice I've just resigned to the fact that I'm doing it. Yes. So I'm a bit less resistant and I know that it feels good afterwards. So yeah feeling good. Tide's gone out now. We missed it. Bit of a tease on this fella. Why the long face babes? I don't want to do this swim today. I'm in a really bad mood. So like two days ago my Facebook was hacked and I just don't feel like I can see the light to getting it back. Which is really annoying because I had lots of like friends that I met through cancer and loads of travel friends that I just wouldn't remember their last names. Like add them back if I started a new account. So if you know a hacker that can hack a hacker get me back into my Facebook. Make yourselves known. Okay. I reckon you'll feel better after this swim though babes. Okay so you need to come for this swim. You need to get out of your head and I'm just like I'm bothered. No but we're here now which is great. Oh here we go. That windchill is brutal already. Get closer lads. It's not too bad actually. It's not too bad. When it hits your core it's not fun. Get him. Come. Come at me. Welcome to Wales. So as some of you may know it's Amy's birthday tomorrow. Amy's sister Hannah's come up to visit us for a couple of nights and she's brought a special cake that my mate Ellie's made. Thank you Ellie. Absolute legend. Did the cake survive then? Here we go lads. Keep your eyes closed. Look at you babe. You look cute. It's my birthday weekend isn't it? It is yeah. I know your birthday's tomorrow but I have to give you this today. Keep your eyes closed. Open your eyes. Oh! Oh my goodness! Oh my god. Oh is it Ellie? A big star! Oh my god. I've never seen something so beautiful in my life. Oh my god. It's like a masterpiece. There's me slagging you off in Tesco's because I've got myself... Oh! Oh my god. We're gonna have to make some friends Craig. Oh I've got loads of cakes haven't I? Oh it's got my name on it. Captain V kept cakes. Look at those. Oh you just wait until you see this. Take a look at that. Oh my god. And it's vegan yeah? Oh my goodness. It's my birthday! Cupcakes and tea for the boys. And the girls. So what's happening today then babes? So today we're moving out because of the bus for a little bit. We've got a few friends coming up and we've got a house that we're all going to sort of move into for two nights. I'm very excited. We've got lots of cake to share around. We're just packing our bags now. Got your bathers? I think so. That's all I need really. Also wheels and cupcakes. Bye custard. So we've made it to the house and I'm going to pick a bedroom first. Craig where are you? Did you get the best room? Look at this. Nice. Look at the view out that window. Oh the castle! Amazing. Castle view mate. Look at that. Oh that's wonderful. A little Shazzy Long as well babe. Look at that. Oh yes. We settled in for the night and the drinks were flowing. It was so nice to see some of the Mongol Rally boys again. We placed our bets on who would win the Eurovision and we had a couple of margaritas. Some of us were more hardcore than others. The next morning it was Amy's birthday and we sat around the table as she opened her presents. My present to her was a wig of her choice. I think she liked it. And of course it wouldn't be a birthday celebration without a bit of adrenaline. You will never guess what we're doing today. I didn't realise you've got to wear a helmet. Absolutely going to ruin my hair. I guess better. Today is this kid's birthday and we're at Bounce Below. So what this place is, it's an underground cave built in a slate cavern with a series of nets and slides you can bounce on. They give you a little mat for the slides. It's so cool down here. It's a proper workout as well. But it's so much fun. Only in Wales mate. This place is mad. I can't do this Craig. I'm absolutely shattered. I'm so old. Don't look down here lads. Crikey Moses. We should have gone to like a spa or something. I'm 32 Craig. Watch your head son. Can you tell me where to go because I can't see. Absolutely boiling Craig. All right, we're all bounced out. Let's get home. Get home for a bit of cake and a cup of tea. Morning! Today we've got a full squad of people with some cold water swimming. Who's excited? Yeah. Nobody. Just me. So we're at a waterfall called, my dear, something waterfalls. Don't think we're going to go in that one. Here he is, look. There's always one. Right here isn't it Steve? Go in my hair shall we? It's quite oozy in that bit isn't it? Look at that. Kicking off. Right, we got to the top. We've checked out all the waterfalls and all the rivers. And they're just running wild because it's been so much rain. But we did spot a lake as we were driving in. So we're going to head back to the lake and go for a swim there instead. Amy's going to sit this one out today. She had a bit of a rough time on her birthday. Full transparency because we want to keep it real on the vlog. But she had a bit of an anxiety attack on the morning because she didn't get much sleep the night before. The dog was kind of barking and keeping her up. And yeah, sometimes it just comes over Amy in waves. And the anxiety gets so bad that it sort of makes her feel really ill. So she hasn't really eaten much the last day and a half. So she's going to sleep in the car. I'll just run back to get my shorts now. So yeah, hopefully she feels all right in a bit. So just a reminder that if you are out there and you're suffering with anxiety or depression, you're not alone. We've both experienced it and it can be awful. So sending you all love if that's something that you're going through right now. But one thing that helps me is cold water swimming. So this spot is a beauty. But yeah, just another sort of disclaimer as well. Like if you're going to do this, make sure wherever you're going is safe and you're with someone. You don't want to be going into shock on your own. But yeah, this place is ideal. So we're going to get the guys involved now. Hopefully they come out feeling like new humans. Here we go. One, two, three. I'm not made for the cold. I'm built for tropical temperatures. Nice mate, well done Sam. Right then lads. If we didn't tell you already, Amy's sister Hannah's joining us for a few days. So we're three in a van again. Well actually four because we've got this little terror with us as well. He might look cute but he's the devil. Devil. So whilst Amy sits down watching the internet, me and Hannah are going to go for a surf. How are you feeling now babes? I feel all right now. I'm sort of recovering a lot because I've eaten something now. So yeah, it's been a tough few days on the old bod physically and mentally I suppose. But yeah, I'm feeling better now. I just need to have a good night's sleep and then I think back to normal tomorrow. You ready for a surf kid? Let's do it. Should we get the surf board down and blow the dust off it? It is actually really dusty. Don't show people. Well it's been so long, it's obviously going to be dusty isn't it? Oh my god, look at the state of that. It's all skin. It's all our skin that is. Dust form. What are you doing? Well, it's a bit of a walk so I thought if I take the drone, we'll have a look and see if there's any waves. Oh, we're on kid. It looks quite good. Oh yes, it looks really fun actually. Just bumped into a little old couple and they were like, I hate to break it to you, but there's no waves down there. And I was like, don't be a buzz kill. We've already got our wetsuits on love, so we're going in anyway. Excited for this Han? Yeah, really excited actually. I've not been surfing in a while and I can't get anybody to go with me, so this is ideal. No one ever comes with me either, so win-win. Sun's shining. It's a belter. So warm now. Yes, that's a rideable wave. We're on kid, we're on. So good man. I haven't surfed for ages. Literally about seven months I haven't been in the water. The last time I was in, was in Scotland. It's just so nice. Look how much of a good day this is as well. The sun's shining, the water is like perfect temperature. So good man. I feel like a little kid when I go back surfing. I'm like, what? Do you want to come up with an excuse for when you cut in the terrible shots of you falling off? Yeah, I do put any wax on the board, so a little bit slippery, you know. So if you see any shots of me falling over, that's why, yeah? That's why, yeah. Bit rusty. Afternoon lads. So we stopped off for some lunch. We're in Penryn and we stopped at this place called the Eating Gorilla Cafe. The staff was so nice here. The food was incredible. We had some cauliflower wings, massive burgers, juices, the lot. It was absolutely great. It's so nice finding vegan only restaurants because then you can like, oh my god, I can have anything from the menu. You don't just have the small like selection. Yeah, it's great. And I love that veganism is spreading to tiny little random towns. Like there are vegan specific restaurants in a little random town in Wales. I know. It's great. In North Wales. Yeah. Yeah, we're all filled up now and we're going to go to a place called Portmeirion. So we've made it to Portmeirion. But the dog wasn't allowed in. Oh, you're so horrible. They said on the sign, no little shits allowed. So we have to leave Molly. Molly's in the car. Under the shade with the windows open, she'll be fine. But yeah, what a day we've got for this. Like it's just going to make it that extra little bit beautiful. So this wonderful masterpiece of Italian goodness was actually built and designed by Clow William Ellis between the dates of 1925 and 1975. It is home to a lot of films. There's been loads of films set here. And why the devil not? Like it's so magic and so different to anything that is in Wales. You would actually think you were lost in the Italian city. The Italian city. Of Italy. These are the richest people of Wales enjoying a staycation in our home country. Looks like they're on holiday, didn't it? You jealous? I'm so jealous. We did ask if we could go for a swim because believe it or not, that pool's heated. And they said no. They said you've got to be staying. And I'm not sure how much it is to stay, but it would be an expensive swim. But we've done so much cold water swimming. Would be so nice to rest your bones in something warm, wouldn't it? It would. How nice a backdrop is that as well? So glorious. You could just be in the middle of Greece or Italy. The buildings are super colourful. These little cobblestone streets. There's fountains. What do you reckon, mate? This is actually Italy? He's completely lying to you. No, this is amazing. I had no idea that somewhere like this existed in Wales. Morning, lads. Today, we are getting treated by Zipworlds to a bunch of awesome activities. Starting with the forest coaster. It's a really scary day, okay? Just take a look around. We've got an absolute lush day today. The sun is shining. There's blue skies. There's zero wind. It's such a nice setting as well. You're just in the middle of a forest. It smells so nice. Massive trees. Yeah, huge trees everywhere. Can't wait for this. It's gonna be wicked. We get three goes as well. Now, don't go too fast now, honestly. Full speed ahead. I've got a wig on and it will fly off. So steep. Oh, relax, Craig. Oh, I thought this would be like a child's ride. It's actually really scary. Craig! Craig, Craig! I'm literally breaking. Oh, I can't. You can't break, look. Craig, no! Oh. Look at you! You're such a nerve. I hate you. I hate you so much. I'm not going again. I don't feel well. Jesus Christ. Oh my God, he's gone, he's gone. That was actually terrifying. There's no point even trying to speak to me, Craig, because we're not going to speak today. I see everybody coming down. They are flying. Look how fast he's going. We're literally going. Oh, it's so scary. Honestly, my hands are shaking. So I'm just going to take a little time out on this one. I'll take a few photos. So he managed to convince me to go on again. I said yes, but only if I was driving. We're going to go as slow as I want to go. Yes, right. And I'll have no backtrack. Our granny Bannister's in charge this time. So I'm just going to have a little nap for 20 minutes. Stop it. Let me know when we get to the bottom. Don't be horrible all the time. Nearly shat my pants on that last one. Craig's like, are you heavy breathing in my ear already? We're already sat in the queue. I'm like, oh God. This forest coaster is no joke, lads. But it is bloody wicked. Nice and easy, doesn't it? Oh my God. We're going to fall off. Can I get a refund, please? No, this is nice. You've got the wind in your hair and everything's calm and beautiful. Absolutely pointless. Come on. Give her some juice, Banny. Come on. Go on, you're in control. If you... Go on. All right, on the flat bit. On the flat bit. They're going to crash into us. You're going to have to speed up because you're going to hit someone beneath us. Don't pressure me, Craig. They're literally right behind us, look. It's Craig. Oh, it's a big bend. I'm breaking. How was I to know that Amy was driving? Nearly fell asleep, mate. This film was quite fast. We nearly got smashed into as well because you're going so slow. Slow driving costed, didn't it? There's a queue behind you. All right, lads, after that crazy little roller coaster, we're now going to go and do the fastest zip line in the UK. I mean, that shocked the pants off me. So I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about doing the fastest zip. It goes 100 miles an hour, Craig. Just let that sink in. And I've got jammy dodgers. I need some sugar. Just give me a minute. Have a seat, babes. Put your seatbelt on. Let's get there. What are you guys doing? You like set on doing the zip line. I am excited. I am pumped to do it. I love a bit of adrenaline. I'm nervous, but I'm going to do it. You're going to do it, Ad? Because if you do it, I feel like that means I've got to do it. And I don't know. Come on, we can do it. We can do it. Take one for the team. Okay. Thanks for driving us, pal. You ready for this, babes? No. I want everyone to make, on the count of three, make a noise for how you feel about this velocity zip ride. One, two, three. Before we hit the big dog, we got to practice on a smaller zip line to get the feel for it. The views were incredible over the quarry. And just look at that blue water. How you feeling, everybody? The thing is, right, I feel like I'm going to get travel sick on the car going up. Never mind doing it. I don't know. Okay. So I decided on the way up that I'm not going to do it. And it's fine. Like I'm not, I'm not fussed. I just, it's way too much for me because this one's like a lie down. Your hands are strapped in. I just feel a bit, I think claustrophobic. Yeah. It's all right, babes. Yeah, it's fine. The view's amazing. So, um, but yeah, I feel like I'm not, I am the only one that's not doing it. I've done it before, but it's just the rush is still always like so good. Like I was going so fast at one point, I opened my mouth. My cheeks were blowing out. I was just like, like a dog with his head out the window. So we've got a little bit of jelly for now. Tanya's making some tofu wraps. So we just rang our little room service bell. Oh, look at this. It's starting from just across the road. I can't take the credit because Tanya made them, but I'll take the credit. I don't know. Tanya's so healthy. It has got bacon in it. Oh, bacon. Yeah. I can smell it. It smells wonderful. Thank you so much. No worries. Fan life reality. I want to put the lights on and show this disaster of a bus. But this is it. Let me just show you. That's the only one that's left. I've left it. The rest is gone. We've done that over the last couple of days. Can you remember what it looked like? I've had zero pieces. I know. We are on the side of the road, but it is stunning. Stunning road, Craig. Pop them in while you're at it. Another unique reason you need to visit Wales. Today, we're going to zipline in a cave. I brought a beanie so I don't actually have to look like I work in a baked bean factory. Excuse me, have you got any vegan croissants? Seven. We're back again. This time, with some ziplining. Now, you remember your training. You're about to go into extreme danger. I remember my training. Are you ready for the extreme danger? I was just talking to Tanya about what we did as kids. Our school trips were to the mines. We got taken down in the lift where the men used to work. I guess a lot of the Welsh history is about mining and underground and stuff. It's just so cool that they've made this into an adventure park, really. This zipline that we're going to do today is the longest in Europe. Yes. Underground. Make sure you're good. A little bit scared. It's very high. I'm not sure if I can show you already. Here we go. This is the first section. Going to walk on a chain. Sorry, what? Don't worry, it's Indiana Jones in your heart, Al. Indiana Bannister. It's Indiana Bannister. Tanya, look at this. I want to go home.
