Crispy, fruity, and so easy! 🍏 This apple crumble with oat flakes is the perfect dessert without flour, sugar and eggs. Just a few ingredients, 10 minutes of preparation – and the result is pure coziness in the oven! 💛
A warm, aromatic oat and apple crumble with cinnamon, nuts and a hint of orange. Ideal for tea or coffee – healthy, delicious, and incredibly easy to prepare!

✨ Ingredients:
🥣 Oat flakes – 120 g / 4.2 oz
🌾 Oat flour – 30 g / 1.0 oz
🌰 Walnuts – 40 g / 1.4 oz
🧈 Butter – 50 g / 1.7 oz
🧂 Salt – a pinch
🍊 Orange peel – a little
🍂 Cinnamon – to taste

🍎 Apple – 1 piece
🍒 Cranberries – 30 g / 1.0 oz
🌿 Stevia – to taste
💧 Water – a little
🍊 Juice of half an orange + 1 tbsp Starch

Butter ➜ can be replaced with coconut oil 🥥
Cranberries ➜ can be replaced with raisins, dates, or blueberries 🍇
Walnuts ➜ replace with almonds or hazelnuts 🌰

1️⃣ In a bowl, rub the oats, oat flour, chopped walnuts, butter, salt, cinnamon, and orange zest with your hands until crumbly.
2️⃣ For the filling, cut the apple into pieces, simmer with the cranberries, stevia, cinnamon, and a little water for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Finally, mix the orange juice with the starch, add it, and let it thicken slightly – this creates a caramelized fruit filling.
4️⃣ A Grease a 16 cm baking dish with butter, add half of the crumble topping, spread the filling on top, and then cover with the remaining crumble mixture.
5️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Serve warm – best enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee. ☕🍎
