Hey guys, today’s urbex takes us to Arby’s in Middleburg heights Ohio. There was a fire here in march 2024 which is probably why it closed. It looks like a very fancy early 2000s Arby’s! It’s a shame this is gone. There is some work being done inside as evidence by the epoxy floor and lamps. I don’t even see any evidence of a fire though. Maybe it’s becoming a bank?

Hey guys, I'm in Middberg Heights, Ohio
at the former Arby's. There was a fire
here in March of 2024. Now, I don't know
if that's why the place closed, but it's
been closed since around that time. So,
I'm going to guess that may be the
reason.
Place looks pretty cool. So, let's go
walk around and see what we can find.
Building looks pretty awesome.
Not a gray box Arby's. So,
it's already cool in my book. I like the
diamond,
but that doesn't look like an Arby's at
all. That looks like an office.
That's a strange layout and a strange
floor. Look at this epoxy looking floor.
Wonder if this place is being turned
into like a bank or something.
That is strange.
What's with the little lamps?
There must be plans for this place.
>> Why?
>> It looks bizarre in there. It looks like
a bank or something.
>> Oh, yeah. That does. But that's not
>> That's not Arby.
Arby's turned bank.
>> I want to say bank, but if you guys know
what this might be, let me know.
I mean, clearly this is Arby's. But even
so, this is a fancy Arby's.
Like, this was no ordinary Arby's.
And I can't read that right now.
But that's pretty cool.
I like the tiling,
the coke machine.
What era is this from? I want to say
early 2000s
maybe.
Definitely upscale
city of Middberg Heights
commercial edition alteration.
Okay, so yeah, there is stuff happening
here.
Huh?
Here
[Music]
was the menu board.
Landscaping's good.
Opinion so far on this Arby's. This
place is strange. Very nice looking, but
there's definitely something going on
here. Okay, dumpster area. Let's see
what we got.
That's too high up to even see anything.
And this one is
a dumping ground for tires and bushes.
Oh,
>> we can do better than that. Middberg,
somebody's an alcoholic.
Wow.
this little window.
I still don't see any fire damage.
I don't really understand where the fire
was. It must not have been a big one.
I mean, I'm assuming it wouldn't have it
had to been
in the kitchen.
Look, even the back of the restaurant is
really nice.
The future
bank, that's what I'm guessing.
So, this AR's had
different levels of seating, which is
cool.
Wait a minute.
Yeah. I just don't understand this um
wall that that blocks the view of the
counter. Like I feel like that might
have been put up by the next place.
I I guess I do understand the levels of
seating.
It just it looks weird in there.
And they have these light bulbs.
and lamps. It's like really understand
that maybe there's no electric in there.
I don't know.
There's There's a Arby's labels car.
Now we're back around to the top. All
right. And that will complete my look at
the former Arby's in Middberg Heights.
That place was very upscale. I think
it's going to be turned into a bank.
Something is going on here. If you know,
let me know. Hope you guys enjoyed it
and I will see you on the next video.
