ABANDONED JCPENNEY- with views of Ashtabula Towne Square- Ashtabula, Ohio

all right guys we're at the abandoned JC Penney in Ash tabula Ohio this is in the ash tabula mall I'm going to look at the inside view first and then I'm going to go outside so yeah let's go walk around and see what we can find all right this is the inside look at the JC Penny they've left all kinds of fixtures check out desk it's like this was $45 obviously they didn't sell it probably priced them too high yeah it's a whole bunch of racks $30 there's a jewelry case that's pretty [Music] cool some kind of sign and download download the app maybe can't really read it um but there's definitely an outside section to this pennies that we will be looking at oh wow looks very spacious in there before we go outside look at this mall this must have displayed like jewelry or something just look at it you guys I have to update this real quick do you remember the koi pond it's dry in April 2024 this was running I wonder when this shut off the fact that this Pond isn't here that scares me for this mall cuz it could be As Dead As It Wants To Be and this was this was always is running but it's gone check out this food court it's very hard not to want to film this place wow what an awesome eating area in this weird enclosed Space by the food court look at all these Beanie Babies these you guys remember these some of these are $60 some of them are 12 15 yeah I had uh quite a few of these back in the day and this one is 60 this one is 60 remember they were $5 at Hallmark back in the day all right I can't um leave here without a restroom review um I did not go in the restroom when I originally came here so we are going to have to review this place okay so this restroom is not bad it smells a little bit Smokey um there's some streaks on the uh stainless steel but it's not that bad um this tiling is really nice it it's it's really not bad but I can't give it an a uh B we're going to give it a b ice drops lip rages oh my gosh okay now I'm outside um so we are going to look at the outside um entrances to the pennies so this was the former loading docks and the trash compactor as well as the benches full of snow so can't really well maybe many employee breaks were taken at these benches oh my gosh that is bad look all these tracks looks like a bird this is this is bad logo scar right here this Penny's closed in um 2020 three same day pickup I wonder if this was like the salon area cuz I feel like these shelves would have maybe had some products on them like hair products enjoy your free Wi-Fi while you shop oh so this is the salon and um thought this sign was pretty cool oh yeah it's a salon right there ship to store okay I don't think I've ever filmed a an abandoned JC Penney um by itself I think I have filmed them inside of malls part of a mall video but I don't think I've ever um specifically film the JC Penney I like doing snowy walks around the outside of the mall very unique architecture here that's unique to this mall so there's no other entrances like this to any JC Penny this would have been one of the main entrances I think yeah cuz I think I was looking at this area in the mall [Music] um but from the opposite end and they got a light right [Music] there it's hard to see in cuz they didn't open the doors but we'll see what else we can find when I was here in April um I thought I remembered there being uh JC Penney signs still up was there a sign up there there's the Kmart I filmed that no you know what they took it down they took down the JC Penny sign and that wasn't Joann's right there [Applause] [Applause] it's kind of hard to see but yeah that's inside um you can see a little bit there definitely the best view was from the inside of the mall and look they took the door handles off I wonder why [Applause] we'll look at this Joann's real quick complete by look at the abandoned JC Penney in Ash tabula I hope you guys enjoyed it and I will see you on the next video
