Hello our citizens. My name is Chris and
welcome to Brain Education TV. Today
we're going to do a keyong flow for
chest tension and heart health. This is
really good for tension in the chest
created by stress by our work our
hunching shoulders. We create a lot of
tension here. They will also as we
release that tension help for emotional
release and then it helps to create
circulation that can help correct our
posture, help improve our emotional
condition and help our health in every
way. Now to begin training, let's open
our feet about shoulder width. Sink into
our knees. Tuck your tailbone. Feel
strong in your legs. We're going to be
solid through the bottom. We're going to
tap our sternum over our heart. So you
can put your hands in a prayer posture
and with the edges of your thumbs you
can start to tap your sternum and start
to breathe out through your mouth and
try to relax your shoulders. Try to let
go of tension. Some of you will want to
tap a little stronger. Some of you will
tap a little softer. But if you like a
little bit more tension, I like to clasp
my hand and it feels stronger to me. I
like a little more intensity. So you can
tap as hard as you need or as soft as
you need. Through the tapping, we want
to bring our focus to our chest. We want
to bring our focus to our heart. So your
inner eye starts to watch. You're
welcome to close your eyes at any time.
Breathing out through your mouth.
When there's a lot of heavy tension, use
a sigh ah and even a sound ah is a
really good release point for emotional
energy, emotional tension. So ah we want
to bring our focus into this heart
space. Heart space, chest space. Release
the tension. Try to lift your heart a
little bit. Try to put your shoulders
behind you a little bit to release some
of that tension. So we want to bring our
focus here into our heart. Heart. Heart.
Focus.
About 10 more seconds. Tapping,
breathing, and smiling. And slowly
release. Let your hands fall down to
your sides. Feel the tingling around
your hands. Feel the sensation around
your chest. Maybe warm, maybe buzzing.
Just keep focusing in this heart space.
We're going to move into a flow to help
us open this space. So, we're going to
take our hands, extend through the
fingers a little bit, and then bring
your pinkies back behind you, lifting
your arms up. I'm going to turn so you
can see. I want to take my pinkies
towards the ceiling as much as I can. My
heart meridian runs through the inside
of my pinky. Good. So, I want to focus a
lot on my pinky for my heart meridian.
Good. And then as I exhale, I'm just
going to bring my hands back down to
neutral.
With my next inhale, I'm going to bring
my hands up. Palms are going to face up.
My pinkies are almost going to touch
right in front of my heart.
Good. As I exhale, I'm going to open
wide. So, I'm really opening my chest.
You want to release a lot of the
tension. So the more I reach, the more I
come back behind myself, the more it
starts to open. So this first time we
want to get a feel. And then we'll find
the flow and sink the breath. Good. With
your next inhale, you're going to bring
your hands back to meet near your heart.
Almost touch your pinkies. And then as
you exhale, you're going to float your
hands up and out. Your hands are going
to curve like the top of a heart. See
the top of the heart? and then sweeping
down back of the hands almost touching
but not and then coming back to our
starting point.
So with your inhale your hands go back
pinkies towards the ceiling.
As you exhale your hands come to
neutral.
Inhale palms face up to your heart.
Exhale open wide. Really focus on
opening the chest. reaching, extending
as you inhale coming back to center.
Exhale, circle top of the heart. Exhale
down.
Relax your arms. So, I want you to flow
with your breath. Inhale, arms back,
pinkies up to the ceiling. Exhale, back
to neutral.
Inhale, palms up to heart.
Exhale open.
Hands back to the center as you inhale.
Exhale up. Heart and down.
So I'll guide the breath. Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale. Try to feel the energy on the
palms. Good. Inhale. Back to center.
Exhale.
Down.
We'll do a few more times. Inhale. Back.
Exhale. Down. You're always welcome to
close your eyes if you got the hang of
the flow.
If you do the flow many times,
you'll get the feel for it. And you
won't have to focus on what you're
doing. You just feel
rinsing the tension around the heart.
Releasing the stress and tension.
Inhale. Fingers go back.
Exhale down.
Inhaling up.
Exhaling open.
Inhale close.
Exhale. Make the top of a heart and let
your hands pour down.
One more time. Inhale back.
Exhale down.
Inhale up.
Exhale open.
Feel the heart opening. Inhale back.
Exhale.
Pouring energy down. Good. Relax your
arms down. So, feel that space. We're
going to do a little bit more cleansing
and purifying energy around this heart.
So, with your left hand, I'm mirroring
you. Bring your hand up like you're
gathering energy, like you're picking up
and scooping energy.
And then you're going to pour it into
your heart.
As this hand starts to sweep down, the
other hand's going to gather energy.
and pour into your heart. So, one hand
is scooping energy,
one hand is pouring the energy down
through your heart.
Now, with the breath, you'll inhale as
one hand rises
and you'll exhale as the other hand
rises.
You're welcome to close your eyes.
For your imagination, I want you to
visualize that you're taking the clean,
fresh energy and you're pouring, rinsing
any emotional tension, any stressful
tension down
out of your heart
down towards your second chakra
where you can burn it all away.
Inhaling.
Exhaling,
feel the sense of energy on your palms.
Feel the mind become more clear.
As we connect to energy and our mind
clears more and more,
our emotions go quiet.
No thoughts leaves no fuel for the
emotions.
Keep rinsing through the heart. My
shoulders are relaxed. No tension.
Allow your breath to guide your flow.
Good job.
Two more breaths.
And out. Now bringing your right hand
right in front of your heart almost
touching. Left hand will stack over it.
Now I want you to get a sense. The
middle of our palm has our jung shim
energy point. It's connected directly to
your heart. So when you stack them, you
feel the amplification of energy. So
feel the energy between your palms. I'm
going to turn so you can get a sense of
what I'm doing here. So there's a space
between my palms and my other palm and
then my chest. I can feel the energy
resonate between them all. lining up
those jung acupressure points help me to
amplify the energy, focus it more
powerfully.
So as I'm focusing here, I can breathe
into my heart. Energy comes into my
heart. My hands will expand away.
As I exhale, I push energy back into my
heart.
Inhale. See energy coming into your
heart from the crown from the universe
from the feet, the earth,
all meeting inside your heart. It
expands,
cleanses, purifies.
Now bring your hands to rest right on
your heart. Now we can touch palm to
heart, other hand to the back of the
other hand. Feel the heart beating.
Visualize the heart smiling.
Now you can begin to sweep down from
your heart to your abdomen. Sweeping any
stress, any tension. Good. You can sweep
your whole body. Maybe your arms, chest,
maybe your lower back, down your legs.
Sweep wherever you need. Rinsing off any
tension.
And as you come back to standing,
ex focus on your chest. Feel the release
of tension. Feel the shoulders more
calm, more soft, more back. Feel your
breathing more deep. Feel your mind more
clear. So we can release a lot of chest
tension through very simple movements,
very intense focus. We can really take
care of our body and our health and
improve our heart condition.
With that, we'll finish our practice
today. Feet together, hands together,
and thank you.
