week in my life: cozy fall upstate trip, halloweekend, NY marathon

Back to my channel. We're doing another week in my life. This one is very dynamic, as a lot of them are I feel like, but we're really going to be doing all kinds of things. Today's Thursday. My boyfriend's parents are coming to stay with us tomorrow. Tomorrow's Halloween too, by the way. Yeah, big, big things. I also got my hair highlighted today. I just brought up the brightness, updated the money pieces a bit, and I'm loving it. We do like a honey blonde. I'm into it. Like a little root smudge. You know the vibes. We get to use the good old Murphy bed once again. I am so excited. I actually won't really be here for some of their stay. They get in tomorrow morning, and then tomorrow afternoon I'm driving up with Brooke to upstate New York for Katie Bilotti's 30th birthday extravaganza. She rented this huge, like honestly, estate. It looks beautiful, and we're celebrating her 30th birthday, like s'mores and bonfires, and we're doing a major murder mystery game on Saturday, like at dinner, and we're all dressing in character, so I need to pack for that tonight as well, or tomorrow morning. I need to wrap Katie's gift, and then I'm gonna go upstate. I'm gonna bring you guys with me. Clara's coming up for it. Brooke's obviously going, and a lot of Katie's friends, so it's gonna be so fun. Ryan can't come because he's gonna be here with his family because Sunday, the reason his family is coming, Sunday his little sister is running the New York Marathon. Big deal. She's running the New York Marathon, one of my best friends ever. Mary Stephen is running the New York Marathon. My friend Kat's running the New York Marathon, and some other of my friends as well, so this was the first year that I'm actually gonna go and watch the New York Marathon. I've never been in town, but I made sure. I was like, I have to be there, and I told Katie, I was like, I'm gonna have to scoot out on the weekend a little early just because there's gonna be so much traffic Sunday morning. Anyways, lots of explaining, but I kind of wanted to lay out the weekend for you guys. Virgo in me, my brain needs to work like that. So actually, Saturday, super late at night, I hired a car service. They're gonna pick me up and drive me into the city so I can like sleep here and wake up Sunday morning and head over to the marathon. I made some signs. I'm really excited to cheer on my friends, so it's gonna be a really, really special weekend, and I'll probably go into the beginning of next week. So this is gonna be a super dynamic vlog, like I said, but yeah, I've just been tidying up, preparing for the guests to arrive, and I'm excited to spend a little time with Ryan's parents because they're gonna leave Monday, so I'll be able to spend Sunday and a little bit of tomorrow and then a little bit of Monday with them. I didn't look at the height. I was only looking at the length and width. It's so short. Ryan built it the other day, and I was like, oh. But I love it because it's got these outlets here with like USB, and then I also bought this as well. It's just so that like we can charge, like we could put laptops on here to charge stuff like that. Ryan has like his AirPods and just all kinds of things. Like obviously we charge our phones by our bed, but like I have my camera and just random stuff. Like this is the charging station, or if we have guests here, they can just plug everything they could possibly need in here, and then I would probably pull it a little bit this way, and then the clothing rack that I got from Wayfair I thought would be here by now, and I wanted to have it set up for his parents so they can hang things up. I do have like a little foldable clothing rack that I can put up for now, but that's the little update. It's very underwhelming, so this might get changed eventually, but for now it works, and it goes with the aesthetic. Katie's gift. Okay, so I got her, this is kind of like a little side gift, but I got her a candle from the brand Asolean, and it's like a library scent because she and Jack have been working on their little like study area in her apartment, in their apartment, and I thought this would go really nicely in there, but the main thing I wanted to get her, this probably looks so weird, but I also need to open this, so when she opens it, it will be like, like I need to like at least open this so she can open the tape. I got those really cute disposable coffee cups that, for like iced coffee, that are like rounded, and then I got her these to put on the cup, so it's like Cafe de Katie. I thought it'd be so cute for her coffees on the go, and you just feel like your little coffee shop, and then I got her some straws as well. I just thought it'd be cute because she's been in her coffee era, and she's always so thoughtful with her gifts for me, so I got these on Etsy a couple weeks ago, and they finally just came in, but I think this will be so cute. She could just pop it on the cup, and then she, or if like she makes coffee for someone, or if she makes coffee for Jack, and then he has it at the door, I think that's really cute paired with a candle. That's my little gift for her, so I need to wrap this and get her a card tomorrow morning. Also trying to figure out outfits for this weekend upstate. I'm texting with some of the girls right now trying to figure out the vibes because Katie's amazing and gave us like a whole itinerary. Tomorrow we're just getting there, and then grabbing something for dinner takeout, and then bringing it back, but I was like I still want to feel kind of comfy cute, so I have this sweater with some silk pants and my Uggs I thought would be good, and then like a jacket, and then this is the outfit I'm like maybe I just shouldn't even bring this, but Katie said she's bringing one cute jean outfit, so I have these skinny jeans with riding boots, and then a brown turtleneck, and then this new jacket I got from Zara in our fall mall day video, so I feel like that's a vibe, and then I might just pack another pair of loose jeans with like another sweater, just so I cover all my bases in case the vibe switches, and then this is my outfit. My character for the murder mystery is, I'm forgetting her name, but she is Gatsby's sister, and she's like a businesswoman vibe, so I was looking up like businesswoman 1920s, and it was kind of like this pinstripe moment, so I have this pinstripe blazer dress, but then I wanted to have some feminine touch to it, so I got curls, fedora hat that literally matches the dress perfectly, some fishnet tights, cigarette holder, and I'm gonna wear just like black heels with this. So tomorrow is Halloween, however we won't be going to any parties tomorrow night or anything, because we're gonna, I'll be upstate, Ryan will be here, he's actually going to our friend's party, I wonder what he's gonna wear, but I still wanted to do a couple's costume with Ryan, something fun, easy, that we could just like make a TikTok in tonight. I've never done this before where I literally wear a costume to take a video in, but like I just love looking at each year at Halloween and being like, oh I was that, I was, so I thought it would be fun. I saw this video of a couple that did Regina George and Aaron Samuels, like a scene where he's like, hey didn't anyone tell you it's a costume party? She's like, shut up, and I just thought it'd be fun and easy because Ryan can just wear a football jersey, and he was down, so this literally is giving like Halloween's the one night So I am Regina George, it's perfect because I got my hair lightened today. Very easy costume, all I bought was this white corset from Amazon. I'm gonna have Ryan tie it a little tighter, but it actually zips on the side, which makes it really easy to put on, but like this is cute, and then I also bought the bunny ears, and I don't know if I should like fold one a little bit more, I don't know, because I feel like she hasn't folded, I don't know. So Regina George is also wearing like white boa wrist thing, but no, we're gonna go simple. Then I have the black tights, and then I added these white heels to pull in the white corset, and then I'm just wearing these little like skims, boy short underwear situation. Ryan hasn't seen it yet, so let's go get his reaction. And then I got him, I mean obviously he has football jerseys, but they're all like Georgia jerseys, like we just can't, like it just, so Aaron Samuels I think wears number 37, and it's like a blue jersey, I could be really wrong, but I found 36 on Amazon, and I need to look at the scene again, but I think he's wearing like a long sleeve shirt underneath, and then like khaki pants, so, and I think he had shoulder pads on, we're not gonna buy shoulder pads for the sake of a TikTok, but I think if Ryan wears a long sleeve shirt, I could like put socks in the shoulders, and then it'll look like shoulder pads under the jersey, so. Ryan I have my costume on, I think you're gonna like it. Regina George, right? Love it, yeah, yeah, when were you wearing that at a house party? No I know, it's the perfect costume, because I don't think I would like wear this out, like I don't think I'd feel comfortable, I mean people do it, but this is just a little out of my comfort zone, but like to make a video, easy. So I'm gonna start styling you, getting you ready for your costume, he's working right now, and we ordered Greek food. Okay so I'm gonna look for a long sleeve shirt, I've got your jersey, okay we've got a shoulder pad, so it's pretty good. Now put the jersey on over top, I think it'll look really believable. Things that we do, not even going anywhere. You can wear this tomorrow night, except it'll be kind of random without me there. What are you gonna wear tomorrow without me? I have no idea. Cowboy again? Probably. Oh no, did we lose a sock? No. Ryan has to do something quickly for work before we film it, but our food just got here. I wanted to try this place called Paros Tribeca, it's Greek food. We got a couple different things, rice pilaf, just found it like inside. Oh my god, oh my god, it smells so good. This is so me. I got a greek salad, and it said it's a traditional greek salad, which is without lettuce, which you guys know I love, and it's looking like there's no lettuce. Just big old tomatoes and cucumbers, wow it literally smells like grease, like when I would go to, oh when I would go. I've been to Greece once, wait no, I've been to Greece twice, it's crazy. And then I'm trying a, I don't even want, I can't pronounce it, it was like agno lemon soup, it's chicken and rice soup with lemon and egg. I thought that would be yummy to try. And then Ryan got chicken souvlaki, which is chicken skewers, this looks really good, and french fries. So that's why I got the rice, because we know Ryan loves his chicken and rice, so I thought it'd be good for us to both have rice as a side. Oh my god, this looks so good, I hope it is good. I mean yeah, this might be a new Uber Eats ordering spot for us. Okay guys, we did it, it took a few minutes, but we did it, I think it's really fun. Oh come on, well who can blame her, I mean they're gorgeous. Thanks. Halloween 2025, couple's costume done. I'm gonna eat this food, I'm so excited, I guess I should get comfortable first. What do you think of the chicken souvlaki? He has a beer because, guys he kept looking at the camera during our scene, and he just kept laughing every time, like don't look at yourself, look away, and so I was like go get a beer, so you're like at a party, you're like think, because I get it, you're just kind of standing there, so the beer I think helped as a prop, and it's like a Thursday night. Ryan's getting into it, we just got in the mail our little clothing rack, so it's perfect timing, I'm so excited. While he gets started on that, I'm gonna take a shower, and then like kind of finish packing so I can just enjoy the morning before we head upstate, and I don't know the last time I've taken off my makeup not in the shower, like I've turned into such a nighttime shower girlie to take off my makeup, like it's just so much easier that way, it's less messy. Shower, felt amazing, I stayed in there for so long because it just felt so good. Sorry my dad's texting me good night. I'm gonna show you guys my little self-tan routine for my face, because sometimes you just need to do your face, especially when it's cold outside, I'm just gonna be wearing sweaters all weekend, and my chest is still kind of tanned from my spray tan last weekend, so what I do is I put my hair up, and then I wear this headband, and I try to cover as much of my hairline as possible without like not blocking it. This has been my favorite so far that I've discovered. Oh my gosh, I'm almost out. Salty face tanning water with the sprayer, I think you have to get that separately, and then this little kabuki brush that it comes with, it gives the best tan, no streaks, because the only thing about the serum in your moisturizer is you can't really, I don't know, sometimes I mess it up. This, it's such a good micro mist, it gets all over, I don't know, I just love it. So shake it up, and then I spray like a lot on my face and on my neck and chest, and then I just blend it out with this brush, and I blend it to the neck, the back of the neck. No, this stuff is so good, I'll show you guys in the morning. I also try to do it right, like not right before I go to bed, so it doesn't get like messed up, you know, because if you just, any face tanner you have on, you shouldn't go right to lay on your pillow for so many reasons, so I try to do it when I still have like an hour or two before going to bed, because I feel like it sets better. And this brush, this brush is key, it's the spray with, mixed with the brush, and it gives you the nicest glow. Part of me wants to put it on my hands, but I haven't done that before, so. All right, hopefully it looks good tomorrow. How's it going? It's going well. I'm so excited. Go like an L right there. No. Yeah. No, like horizontally, so it's an L with the, that's other way. They're like the cute round top, trendy ones, and then I have this idea. So this is the cup, and I'm gonna put some tissue paper in here so to like fill it up so it's like coffee on the inside. I don't know. Hear me out. I wish they had brown tissue paper because I would have done that. Kind of like the cup is full, you know? I've seen people do this. Okay, okay. I'm gonna put one sticker on it. Oh, I can't wait. Maybe I'll do one on both sides. I just want her to see the full effect. It's so cute. Match it up. Oh my god, how stinking cute. No, so everyone I've showed my fedora to, they're like, is your character a guy? And I was like, no, because everyone's basically flapper girls. But my character, she's Jay Gatsby's sister, and she's a business. Right, Katie? She's the business woman, and she takes care of the finances. And it says on her card, she is not a flapper. I'm wearing these new, I don't know if they're new, but they're new to me. Skims pajamas. I definitely wish I brought more of like a cotton pajama that's like a little bit warmer because I'm like really cold, but we will prevail. I'm so excited to go to bed. I just took a very hot shower. Everyone's starting to kind of wind down, pick up, go to their rooms, but I'm so excited for tomorrow. We were like looking at the town room. We're in Saugerties and the town looks so cute. Brooke's like, I found coffee shops, I found bookstores, like it's gonna be really fun. I'm excited to wake up here tomorrow and see all the foliage. Like we saw some foliage coming in, but it looks really nice. So yeah, I'm gonna hit the hay. Well, I'm probably gonna go to Brooke's room and be annoying for a little bit and then leave. We like always like say good night and then like we talk for another hour, but because I don't know if I said this, but Ben's coming tomorrow, so both Brooke and I are solo tonight. There's like 20 of us here and walk around. There's so many cute shops. Like I definitely want another coffee. I also need to like add a jacket because it's chilly. Where can I bring you guys? I'm just wearing this bodysuit. I believe it's from Wolford. It's just like a dark brown bodysuit. Mid-rise bootcut jeans from Abercrombie and then my Uggs again. But the main event is this jacket that I got from Zara. How cute is she? Oh my god. Let me make sure that outfit's good. Oh yeah. Yeah. This is cute with my little bag from Amazon and it's warm. Like I love when there's just like a high neck I can bury my face in and then I just pulled my front pieces back because they were in my way. These sunglasses are also Amazon and this is my little outfit for walking around town. I love this bowl of like glass vegetables. I think this is so cool. I need this pillow. It's so soft. I really want to buy this. Katie got some dish towels or is getting two. I got two of these. They're perfect. They're gonna look really good. You pointed them out. I'm so happy you liked them. Are you buying any books? Yeah. Oh my god. We just got back to the house and I definitely need to start getting ready but this mountain air just feels so good. So I see we have these chairs over here. It must be for a reason. Also it smells like a wood fire. Also someone pointed out it kind of looks like it's snowing on those mountains. I don't know. Could be but I think I'm gonna sit here, listen to my oat milk lattes in the mountain playlist and romanticize my life until I get freezing cold. Hi we are- let me get a light. I put a light on. Okay so we've had a great day. We've been watching the Georgia game. We had so much fun in the town. Like this is my favorite town we've been to like when I go a little outside of the city for like some foliage or just like a cute town. Saugerties. This has been my favorite. So basically my character is Greta Gatsby and it says that she is like a businesswoman, money girl and because like all the other girls are like flapper girls or musicians whatever and mine which Katie assigned me which I love is like businesswoman. She wears a matching or she wears a suit with a matching fedora which everyone's making me look for and I was like it says to get a matching fedora and I think it's made up. So we're gonna get dressed together. So I have this pinstripe blazer dress on that does cinch because I had to do that and then I have fishnet tights and then some black heels but I wanted like a little like more pizzazz so I got these pearl necklaces to kind of I don't know add a little something. I could tie a knot in this one. I can't wait to see Katie's outfit. She's daisy. It's Gatsby themed obviously. No my knot is not- is not very good. I might just have to layer both of them and then we've got the fedora and it matches perfectly. This is from Amazon though and this dress is Manier de Bois. No I'm sorry. It completes the look and it and it says to have your hat tilted just right. So I think and then I also bought one of these and Brooke has fake cigarettes she said. Cigarette holder. She just wanted to have control over it and she was like I think Danielle could because literally the last time I did a game I did a murder mystery I was the murderer so I thought for sure I wasn't gonna be the murderer again which is probably why she did it because people wouldn't be suspicious because we were talking about oh like Danielle was the murderer last time whatever but I was literally the murderer again when I opened it up and it was like you're the murderer I was like I was so excited though like acting came out I had so much fun with it and then we just played fishbowl which or salad bowl some people call it that where everyone writes down two words or people whatever and the first round there's two teams the first round you can explain it with words second round only one word the third round you act it out and it was so fun it's just like good giggles we're having the best time when it's like nine o'clock now the car's coming to get me at 11 so I'm gonna take this off everyone's kind of changing getting their comfortable clothes on and then we're meeting back down to the living room to hang out so I'm gonna shower get my sweat set on zip everything up so that I can just head out but this is so fun and then New York marathon tomorrow baby good morning guys we have transported back to NYC baby got in at like 12 45 last night which was not late at all love that woke up this morning had bagels and coffee with Ryan and his family and I downloaded the NYRR app so I could track some of my friends and people that are running like obviously I'm gonna go watch Mary Steven and then Ryan's sister Katie but then also like my friend Emily is running Margo's bestie Kat is running and I can like track like I have them all here and then like Kat already started my friend Adriana's running I just went to her wedding the other day I see she started Emily started I see it's really really cool so I'm getting ready right now meeting Caitlin at the train station and we're gonna go to the first stop thankfully some of Mary Steven's friends that have run the marathon before made us a plan thank god because I'm so confused and I'm like what is everyone wearing are you guys wearing makeup because there's like a party after so I'm really excited to witness this I've been out of town every single year for the marathon so we're really excited to experience this runner's high even though I'm not running and it's a beautiful day in New York a beautiful Sunday not supposed to do that yet gotta do the powder brush first and we're excited Ryan you excited for the day can't wait can't freaking wait Morgan has our signs anyways I'm just getting ready super super quick I gotta leave in 15 minutes and I'm excited happy marathon day I'm gonna make a quick ice latte to go spray on a little perfume noir le labo and I'm gonna meet Caitlin at the train station mix it up a little I decided to pull my hair back just got on my favorite fleece leggings it says my weather app says it feels like 60 out so I didn't want to like over dress okay pack my bag make a latte and go it is the most beautiful day outside like if I were a runner I feel like I would but it's not hot so you can sweat and be okay I don't know I don't know anything guys this is insanity there's so many people guys we're walking up right now and I already understand why people get emotional like I just see all these people cheering and people are running this is so crazy okay that was so stressful but we saw her thank god the one second of course when I went to go track her she she ran up and it's really stressful because you have to like barter with people because everyone wants to be against the barricades but it's like okay well my person's closer you know but you you have to because otherwise it's like one second and it's like that's the thing let them go let them and then they're gonna go try to find the next stop like no one's there for a long time it's really stressful though now we're going to a central park this is so exciting stop number two in central park about to see my steven when she was done and now I'm meeting Ryan and his family at 84th and 5th to see his sister hopefully I really have to be one thing about New York there's not a lot of public bathrooms and I can't remember where they are in Central Park and my phone isn't really helping me right now so I'm just gonna have to pee my pants that's okay I hope I get there in time like I can't track anything phone calls are working but nothing else is so hopefully I get to see Katie too this is seriously so inspiring I'm so beyond impressed I'm so glad I was able to see Ryan's sister she didn't see me but she saw her family they were on the other side I couldn't get on the other side so but I got a really good video of them waving to her so now I'm headed to Park Gate downtown I've hit like 11k steps nothing like the runners my friend Mary Steven I asked she said she hit 51k steps 51,000 steps I mean hopefully I'm walking the right way I just got to get out of the park and get into a train and go party now this is necessary I haven't eaten since breakfast got a dog for the road I just walked in the door grabbed an element I can't even imagine being a runner I'm exhausted just from like trying to find my runners but I did it it was so fun I see why people love it so much went to Park Gate met up with my friends sat there for a while and then grabbed some groceries from Trader Joe's that Ryan requested he's with his sister right now I was like because they were all the way they were further away from me because she finished after and he was like I think you should just go maybe if you could get the groceries and then I'll go be say hi to my sister and then come back because it's a Sunday night and he needs to get ready for work and all that so it was so fun the best I love you guys I don't think I'm gonna vlog anymore tonight but I'll see you tomorrow good morning guys it's Monday Ryan's family just headed out this morning so I was cleaning up around the apartment they said they slept great so I'm so happy it was honestly so fun like last night after I ended the vlog him and his parents and his sister came here and she took an ice bath I gave her the Theragun foam roller we got her and tipped I mean as good of shape as she could be after running a marathon but we were just like chatting about it all and it was fun we were just on the couch watching football it was good vibes really good vibes we ordered Thai food and I'm having about to have some egg bites I'm shopping the Sephora sale right now because I can't help myself I'm basically repurchasing things that I'm about to run out of and like mini sized things and then I'm also on Revolve because Brooke and I are going on a trip next week that is super fun and there's like themes and certain things so I'm shopping around because why not it's just like a cozy Monday morning because of the time change fall back like I woke up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed this morning and then I've got to work out with my trainer in an hour and then Brooke's actually coming here to record an episode we're doing an audio-only episode this week because because and yeah it's gonna be a really freaking good episode if you don't listen to Gals on the Go already like you literally need to I have notes on notes on notes of things to talk about in this week's episode it's gonna be so funny so we're gonna do that and then we're actually meeting up with some friends after for coffee in Tribeca so it'll be good so yeah I'm doing laundry it's that kind of day I absolutely adore these egg bites from Trader Joe's they're bacon and cheddar so good going through new bedroom lamp options I'm so excited these pillows still haven't come in you guys but when they do it's gonna totally change the bedroom like I need some darker pillows I love these lamps I almost bought these lamps or one of them for our desk in the guest room these would be a really nice option next up are these it's red technically but they pull more brown in person so I hear but either way I don't think I love those these are nice I love the shape I love that bottom detail very cute love these because I really like the lamps that we have now I like those shades a lot so I really I'm we're definitely going to utilize them in other areas of our apartment I decided but and Ryan agrees because we just need more lights around the apartment but these are definitely my favorite because I love the rich brown base and they're not super big which is the goal like trying to get new lamps that don't take up the whole space a lot of you guys said to do sconces but ran into the issue of first of all I mean you can screw them into the wood paneling but then it's also like the cords and stuff and I just didn't want to like I want lamps for some reason I want lamps so these are my favorite for sure and then this is the last option which are super unique like I mean so cool I just feel like these are a bit more feminine I don't know I feel like I don't know they definitely look really cool but I feel like this is my fave I want to ask Ryan this is nice too but I think I like how the base of this is darker it's just like a little richer I just want it to have a little bit more of a rich color in there rather than the bland to switch it up so yeah just going through this right now there's my little gym OOTD an aloe set and then I pulled out it's like a sheer aloe long sleeve snakes gonna add some ice to my water bottle and we're gonna get to working up downstairs back from my workout it's time for some lunch this is what I'm thinking Ryan now it's so sweet he meal preps for himself every Sunday night and now he meal preps for me too which is so sweet because like the grill on the roof is huge so he can do a lot and I'm obsessed with this rosemary balsamic whatever steak from Trader Joe's so he cooked this for me last night which is so nice so I can have it for the week for lunch I'm gonna try this new Spanish style rice from Trader Joe's it's like frozen rice that you just put in the microwave which is so nice and then some black this is my little lunch got a new Bath and Body Works leaves candle burning here is my lunch it looks so good benefit I didn't think about with this little clothing rack that Ryan got well first of all while Ryan's parents were here I came in here a couple times to help them with things and I noticed they were using this which is so nice I feel like it's the perfect little area like I saw you know someone hung their jacket on here they had a couple things hanging up which was really nice and then I'm also using this to air dry my sweatshirts how nice is that because I don't have like a drying rack or anything so this is kind of my new drying rack we can say also I forget if I showed it this weekend but one thing I got up stay while we were antiquing and such is this horseshoe and I really like it so I just put it there for now because it can't really like be on its own and one thing I learned from Sierra my interior designer group of threes with like decor and stuff so like this and I at first I was like it's a little busy but it actually kind of completes it up here I don't know how that counts because I had three books but then I have this on top so maybe I should remove a book and then the chain and then over here I still have to work on but the rule of threes when in doubt when you're decorating like trinkets and little things like that so I don't know I wasn't going to show you guys but you know what it's real I'm fully walking around my apartment right now with these sock curls in because I didn't sleep in them last night I'm so upset because it seriously makes such a difference my hair looked so good yesterday I feel like I got so many compliments it looks like I got a blowout so I'm just wearing them right now because I'm about to start getting ready even though Brooke and I aren't filming the podcast today we are meeting people for coffee and I want to put like a little makeup on so I want to look a little cute it's time for my afternoon latte which means my decaf iced latte right now I've got the caffeinated beans in Ryan's parents actually love this machine and it's really easy for them to use it really is such a good thing the only other thing I bought this weekend while upstate is this really cute honey jar and it's from the Hudson Valley some Hudson Valley honey because I really want to try and make some latte like some honey lattes try that out I'm not going to do it in this moment because I want to watch some recipes like maybe a salted honey moment so for now I'm just going to do my go-to hazelnut and grind and empty these caffeinated beans but I also think this will be such a cute jar to drink coffee out of once I get through the hunt all right so I'm putting a little hazelnut in my espresso little poorer situation that I got on Amazon I have an Amazon storefront called I think it's called coffee or coffee setup and that'll get you guys everything you need to know yummy so satisfying every stinking time cheers hello hello I just did light makeup I tried out well first of all I'm not really good at light makeup I'm just cleaning my lens here I still did a full face but to me it was light because I tried out this burst skin tint I think I like it I'm curious to see how it holds up it's very like glowy it's very light which I want I didn't want to put on like full foundation vibes I don't know but I wanted to see how good this navy matched yeah it matches fine ish I'm wearing just this navy sweater that I got in my fall mall haul video it's a cashmere sweater from Aritzia I'm just wearing some blue jeans but I want to have some more height with this ponytail or just some more height in general so I'm like let me do a bun I love just putting it like twisting it into a bun and then securing it with a big scrunchie I think it's a really cute like feminine look I get these big silk scrunchies from Amazon feel a little bit like a ballerina but like I think it's really cute and it's good when I just want my hair out of my face but I want to look polished I feel so feminine like I feel so girly cute I don't know and then I try to like fluff the scrunchie a bit but it works quite well I feel like a pair of blue light glasses would be really cute with this outfit let's see is that cute at I'm gonna be looking at my computer screen Brooke and I started the podcast doing audio only because it was like a fun thing because we both you know film for YouTube and do lots of stuff on camera we were like oh this is fun for us to you know not do video but then we do love doing video now but I'm trying to say is it's fun to do like an original recipe like audio only episode sometimes because I feel like we really just let it rip like it's just fun we're like oh no one's filming me I don't know it's just fun so yeah I think this is cute I'm feeling silly and we all know Brooke thought the fedora was just absolutely hilarious so when she gets here I'm gonna answer the door with the fedora on and I think it's just gonna set the tone for the podcast today okay I think she's coming up right now I'm not ready guys it's funny but like now it's expected like unfortunately you know I was gonna be wearing that feeling I was like that ******* hat she's gonna be wearing that damn hat the fedora it is still really really funny I can't explain it like I don't know if we'll ever be able to capture the humor of that night I'm sure never again it's so funny because I had it on my bun a little tip of the head I think I just saw that how cozy it is you get to do it on your couch you can watch tv while you do it you can listen to a podcast and you can multitask while you do but it also keeps you off your phone yeah no needle pointing I remember we visited Kenzie in Texas last year the year before it was cool we were all talking she was just needle pointing and hey guys had so much fun at coffee now I'm back I had dinner you would think it's like 10 o'clock it's only 7 30 I had I had to come back because I had a call at seven o'clock because a lot of my team is in LA so west coast it's not that late to them but I Ryan's on his way home I really want to carve a pumpkin our pumpkin and make pumpkin seeds so I hope he's up for it when he gets home guys I'm so excited Ryan just got home he brought up the packages and I was like who is this from I'm freaking out it's our new oh my god I was literally just saying earlier I was like I can't wait to get the new pillows why do these look big no surely once the pillow gets in there oh my god they're so I'm doing this immediately we are going to do this right now of course the bed is a mess because I'm doing laundry and folding it but this must be done this vlog I said it would be really dynamic but wow is it dynamic there's so much going on in this vlog we're New York marathoning we're interior decorating we're podcasting we're going upstate I love when I have vlogs like this where they're all over the place oh my god I really hope this like looks how I want it to I've waited like two weeks for these that's a long time these days I feel like everything ships in like four days oh my god hello okay I think I feel pressured by the camera okay I just felt pressured on camera we got it in oh my god girls and boys this looks amazing oh my gosh this is so exciting and we ordered the lamps this morning oh I'm absolutely obsessed picture with a new lumbar pillow cover more of like a rich brown kind of like the panels pulled together it's so new and so fun I'll put this back for now it's like feels more complete this is a very exciting day all right girls and boys I was looking at the footage and this vlog is getting long at least I think it is so I'm gonna end the vlog here and start a new one because that's what we do I vlog my life I love you guys so much and I'm so grateful for weeks like this past one where I just I feel very fulfilled I feel like I just have some really good people in my life and I'm really grateful for that I'm really grateful for my relationship my apartment my family for you guys like I'm just
