So, I think having a powerful social
presence nowadays is what makes the
difference if you're going to land that
listing, if you're going to land that
buyer. And so, that's what we help
realtors do. We make sure that they
position themselves properly with the
best social presence possible. And then
we help them actually connect with
buyers and sellers every single day.
>> Really? So, tell us a success story.
>> So, I have a ton of success stories
right now. one of my top clients that I
work with personally, Angel Nicholas,
who's actually part of Sirhan's company.
Um, he just closed a deal with Dave
Portoy for 27 million two weeks ago. So,
it's amazing to have clients like that,
you know, as part of, you know, our
resume and the clients that we help. And
every single day, we land realtors, new
buyers and sellers every single day. So,
it's a great feeling to do what I do.
>> So, how did you help this uh 27 million
uh 27 million sale?
>> So, the 27 million sale actually was a
lead from Sir. So I don't take credit
for that lead that we brought. But what
we did do is we positioned our client
Angel in the best way possible so that
he can be one of Ryan Sirhan's top guys.
>> Right. So tell us a little bit about
this what has changed either on the
social space or in the market that
allowed you guys to be so successful so
far.
>> So it's not so much what has changed.
Maybe what has changed is that you know
social media is constantly evolving and
certain people don't know how to
leverage it and utilize it correctly.
And so we're bridging that gap, showing
you exactly how to do it and most
importantly doing it for you, right? One
thing is, you know, selling a course and
you have to figure it all out yourself.
We don't do that. We like to offer done
for you services so we can actually
guarantee the results for you.
>> How are how are your clients feeling
about the market at the moment?
>> Well, you know, interest rates are kind
of going down. People are always
waiting, right? There's this kind of
funny meme around like you wait and you
keep waiting and then the prices just go
up, you know? So I think the market is,
you know, at at a at a weird time right
now, right? We just started, you know,
new presidency, right? It's fairly new.
So maybe in 2 years we'll see the market
start to boom again. I think right now
we're kind of holding that stagnant
position, but there's always different
things happening in different countries,
right? So there's different
opportunities everywhere. You just have
to capitalize on them.
>> So I'm sure in your line of business,
you're looking at you can help in any of
the different sectors. social media
these days can help whether it's
LinkedIn whether it's Facebook there's a
platform for everyone seems to be using
it where do you see or where do your
clients perhaps see the the
opportunities moving forward say the
next 5 10 20 years
>> so there's there's opportunities like
you said on every social platform I
always recommend being on all of them
because there can always be somebody
that comes from a platform that maybe if
you were just posting on one they
wouldn't have found you right if
someone's only on LinkedIn you're only
posting on Instagram they may not find
you on LinkedIn Right? So, it's good to
be omniresent, right? Stay everywhere.
Everyone has their benefits. You know,
each platform does. Tik Tok is great
for, you know, going viral to more of a
general audience, but also a targeted
audience. And Instagram, I love it cuz
it's a great salesunnel, right? You have
the amazing content that's laid out
smoothly. It works great for DMs.
There's so many features there in the
DMs. So, I personally love Instagram the
most, but as you mentioned and and I
mentioned, right, all platforms are
great.
>> You've been in business for eight years.
How has the uh the real estate market
changed over that time?
>> Well, you know, there was a time when
you know co happened, right? Things
started to be virtual, right? So, even
showings were done on FaceTime, you
know, and you were able to close
international clients easier. So, I
think it's just becoming a more digital
game, right? Back then, it's just been a
lot of door knocking, cold calling, you
know, now it's just posting the right
content could literally get you millions
and millions of dollars in transactions
just because a video goes viral
organically, right? So, I think it's
just super important to stay active on
content because it's a free tool. Back
then, there wasn't ways that you can
market yourself for free. Today, there
is.
>> Sound like Gary Veaynerchuk. Um, what
does it take for a video to go viral? It
takes a good hook, which many many
people already know. Um, you know, so
those first three seconds, you don't
want to start it with, "Hi, my name is."
You want to start it with something that
is going to catch the audience's
attention whether they know you or not.
You can also start those first 3 seconds
with a video that has already gone
viral. So maybe you've seen something
like, you know, a meme of somebody
slipping and falling and then the
realtor starts the clip also slipping
and falling right after those first 3
seconds. So a lot of different
strategies like that will make it
happen. You know, drone shots,
everything, aesthetic, all that.
>> Nice. Hey, appreciate it.
>> Of course. Thank you. Thank you so much
for having me.
