First time in Brussels, Belgium: Things to do, places we went 🇧🇪

Honestly, Brussels is the sh!t Brussels sprouts, belgian waffles, and belgian chocolate That's all I knew about this quaint european country and here we were on a pit stop to the city for two days Before heading to paris in my last vlog. We already checked into our hotel. So we're gonna start the vlog from here Oh my god, it's so beautiful So we're gonna walk to ram place and like the city center and try to find something to eat So we just randomly found this restaurant apparently brussels uses mostly french So we were translating back and forth with the guy at the restaurant and we finally settled with our menu So Our lunch was so good and they were like so nice And so we ended up tipping and paying them 40 euros for the chicken and the plantain We're trying to rent these bikes out We're gonna go see the mannequin piss yeah, it's There's already so many people over there So one of the famous landmarks in brussels is the mannequin piss which was made in 1388 And he supposedly has a thousand plus outfits and today he was wearing a bullfighter fits There's like so many tourists and so many people here at least it's not as bad as yesterday because yesterday was crazy Oh Nice nice, okay, can I give you this? Okay. Okay. Thank you Grand place One of the must-see places in brussels is the grand place which has buildings with crazy crazy details And it's also a unesco heritage site so, you know, it's real Yeah Next we went to the royal gallery of st Hubert and also the architecture of this place is crazy and you'll find a lot of chocolate ice cream and so many decadent treats here And we stumbled upon newhouse a famous chocolatier since 1857 And we had to try this chocolate mousse Caramel, okay She is Destroyed We're gonna try waffles too and this is supposedly another famous waffle shop Wow Itaewon This waffle is so light and airy it just melts in your mouth and I can honestly say this is one of the top waffles I've eaten in my life kind of bums that we only had one of these and I def recommend if you ever go to brussels What is this So right now mino's in the bathroom and i'm waiting for him hopefully he comes out okay Foreign We stumbled upon the brussels stock exchange building which was also crazy with details And mino wanted to have the brasserie experience and this cafe called legrand cafe opened in 1874 Can you have a coffee? Can we have a coffee? Sure Thank you We're just gonna walk around and look around and then go eat but yeah just everywhere it's just so Beautiful Many stores were closed since it was a sunday So we explored this open to secondhand bookstore, but most of it was in french So unfortunately, I couldn't read anything, but then I spotted this cutie We pretty much walked over 20k steps on this day because every corner we turned was just so beautiful And so different from where we live in seoul And we saw this cathedral of saint michael and saint cadula built in 1519 And it is the main catholic church in all of belgium. Someone left oranges for this monument of a king And I thought that was pretty funny. The sun is about to go down. We came to this garden near brussels central station Like bro, look at that sunlight that's crazy, though This area is called monte arts where you can find a beautiful garden with stunning views and monuments And it's also ranked number 12 for things to do in brussels It's a playboy You got two girls with him. She a baby mama You are not the father That ---- is a work of art Wow Salon please pasta chicken with cheese Is Chicken i'm so tired. I don't know. We've just been doing so much Since we've came here and Just like walking so many steps every day. So i'm just gonna end this vlog here. Bye So I lost my camera in europe and I think it got stolen So here are some of the things we did on day two. I am so done with walking We tried those bikes on here, but those are just so hard to like ride on these cobble streets So we're trying to do this motor scooter this moped right now and then Probably go to the shopping area of brussels Let's go After riding the motorcycle my body recharged Finally big coffee everything all coffees here are so small. I need a big coffee So we came back here again and we're gonna eat some little snackies Apparently my boyfriend wants this Can we have one sausage and fritz sausage with onion I heard that this is good on tiktok It's good It's crazy Churro We're gonna go to a park now We are too tired to do anything so we literally just Laid down at the park. We already saw so many things in brussels now that We're kind of over it ready to go to paris tomorrow Honestly, this is the best way to enjoy the city These like felix mopeds Overall day two was chill and we ended the day early because we had an early morning to get to paris the next day I'm, so bummed to be missing clips from my lost camera, but i'll try my best to make the best of these vlogs as I can So I hope you guys enjoyed this vlog and I hope to see you in my next one.
