vlog: christmas shopping at target + packing for a disney cruise!

Good morning, guys, and welcome to today's vlog. Today, I am going to be basically doing all my Christmas shopping for um like various people like maybe some co-workers and friends, extra stocking stuffers, game gifts, and everything. So, if you guys are my family, don't watch this. I mean, if you do, it doesn't really matter. But since I'm going on a cruise, like I need to do everything kind of before um because then like time is just going to go so fast. So that's why I'm going to use today to do it. I'm actually wearing my cute little set from Lululemon today because I'm going to Cycle Bar and then I'm going to like do my shopping and stuff. So yeah, that is why I'm wearing this. Um, I really wanted to like not go to Cycle Bar, but then I'm like, no, you know what? I need to go because I'm paying for this and I will feel so much better after the workout. So, that's why I'm just going to go and do it. Um, also too, I can hit my fitness goals on my Apple Watch. I took today off of work because I wanted to do this and I was like, if I'm going to do this and I'm going to film a video, I'm going to edit and upload it, too. I've been behind editing and uploading and I'm really trying to finish my book, but that's just not it's not working out. So, that's fine. Um, but anyway, I am going to get on the road. Got to feed the dog. Okay, so I just got my coffee and the guy made it so good today. I'm so happy. You know, it's going to be a good day. I went to spin like I was telling you. I'm going to Target in the Millennium Mall because the Millennium Mall because like I want a cute Thanksgiving outfit and [gasps] I don't like what I have planned to wear for Thanksgiving and like now that we're hosting it. I mean we've been hosting it like that was the plan but like I kind of forgot. So like I want a cute outfit to wear. You know what I mean? So I'm thinking like either like a plaid skirt. I've always wanted a cute plaid skirt with like a turtleneck, which I already have a black turtleneck, but like I want a cute plaid skirt. That's like a goal that I'm going to have. And then I have a list of like things that I need to get. Um, so I need a gag gift. I need a real gift. I need my best friend's card. I need stocking stuffers for Sher and Valerie because like I want to get them like something else, you know? And there's a guy walking so this is awkward. It's fine. And then I want to get like my co-workers just like a little something. Maybe like a $5 Starbucks gift card or like I don't know, but I have like a whole a number so I can just get one of the packs, you know. And then I need to get a retirement card for the gift that I have for my coworker who's retiring, which honestly I found this bag and the tissue paper in the bag like match. So I'm like it was kind of meant to be. I got her this anatomical heart crystal and it's honestly one of my favorite things, but I want to like give it to her in honor of like being on the heart team and stuff. So, I hope she'll like it. Um, but anyway, I have a lot to do, a lot to shop for, so I'm going to get started. Let's go. T the season Christmas at Target. Okay, so this is what I have so far. I think this pickle ball set will be good for my game gift, the real one, but I'm not sure. I just put it in there. This is my gag gift, cuz I think it's really funny. Um, and then this is something good for Valerie. This is for my coworker. Um, and then these are Oh, this is what I got for my friend. And then this so far is what I got for my co-workers. four people are going to get the Starbucks gift card. But anyway, I'll see what other little things I can just come up with. Okay, so I'm back and that was like a lot longer than I thought I'd be in there, but I'll show you guys what I got. So, I changed to these gift bags because they were cheaper. They were like $5. And then I got, you guys saw this earlier. And then for Valerie, I got like plant flags. So these are them. And then they're so funny. Um, and then I got the cookie cutters. I think you saw them. They're like a gingerbread man and stuff. And then the cards for my co-workers. And I was really dumb and I got chocolate. So I'm going to have to carry this into the mall with me. because I don't want it to melt. And then I got for the good game gift, I got a gingerbread plush. I think that's really cute. It was like $5. And then this was like 15. So, um, it's actually like good quality, the blanket. [snorts] I love that. Uh, we used to have one in gray and we would use it all the time. So, I'm hoping we win that one. Um, and then I got M&M's. I got Reese's Reesei trees and M&M's for my co-workers. That is pretty much it. I've got to pee like really bad. So, I'm going to go to the mall. I have to take these in with me, which is unfortunate, but it's fine. So, so far so good. I still don't have anything for Sherry, like anything extra. So, I'm going to have to see if I can find anything at the mall. But yeah, all of that was under $100, so I'm not It's not bad at all. And yeah, so anyway, going to get on the road now. I also forgot to mention I did add um some badge reels because I ordered um I ordered a couple from I ordered a like a set from um Amazon. So, those should be coming in pretty soon. But yeah, just a little something to put together. And yeah. All right. Next stop is Millennium Mall. And hopefully I can find the skirt. I'm kind of looking for. >> All right. I know Abberrombie will have something. [music] Fingers crossed. They normally always have like good outfits. [music and singing] >> So, I like this one, but I don't know. All I see is my stomach. I know that's crazy, but like [music] I don't know. I feel like every girl should have like a staple like faux leather, but I just don't like the way it looks on me. I really like the shorts though. Let me show you. So, these are the shorts. I absolutely love them. [music] I think they're so cute. I think they're so cute and I can definitely see myself wearing these with like a um black turtleneck, which I have already. So, I'm definitely going to get these. I'm going to try that on. Hopefully, I like it cuz that might be my Thanksgiving dress. And I would check out Aritzia, but like I am not really looking to spend Aritzia money today. So, but I'm definitely going to get these. These shorts are a little bit bigger size, so I'm just not going to even try those on cuz these fit uh really well. Okay, so these shorts were only like $55. Can't complain. Um I think I'm going to wear my silk um like top with it for Christmas. I think that would be cute. Um, but now I'm still looking for Thanksgiving. I'm going to go to Aritzia and see. I just want something like brown, like a dress maybe. I don't know. But I've always wanted shorts like this that were black. So, I'm very happy that I got these. I did come into Aritzia because I couldn't really find anything else. And apparently they're doing their sale. So, that's good. I already got a fitting room started and stuff. So, yeah. Oh my gosh, I just had to get [music] >> actually really like this one. >> Okay, so this is the second part of the video, but I'm going to quickly pack and I'm just going to like name off the things I'm bringing because I'm kind of in a hurry, but I wanted to film this, so I was like, "Okay, we'll just do it later. later later I kept putting it off and now I'm like we're leaving pretty soon and I have to like hurry up. So anyway, first I'm going to take these like nicer shoes. I always like to put in the shoes first. I just have this matching set for pajamas. This is Fabletics. It's so comfortable. We don't board the ship until like later afternoon. This is my first time really wearing this sweatshirt. It's definitely not like cozy. Like it feels like a towel on the inside. So, I don't fully recommend it, even though I think it's really cute. I like it. Um, so I don't regret my purchase. Um, then we have this little like shaw thing. It's basically so I don't have to wear like a jacket. It's still cute, but it's like it's a thing I got at Aritzia. A pair of workout clothes in case I want to get a workout in. The biggest workout I really do on the cruises um is 12 through30 on the um on the treadmill because yeah, I'm not ever signing up for a spin class or any sort of class again on the cruises cuz they're not that good. Um not going to lie. Um you're supposed to be relaxing on the cruise anyway. So then we have this is a casual wear. It's just kind of like a spirit jersey, the one that I have matching with Piper. And then some leggings. These are instead of my slippers, I just put on some fuzzy socks. I have my little cute black dress. This is in case we get off. This is for either Bahamas or like day at sea. All of my new Aritzia tops I'm taking because I like to have options. I got my new skirt and another Aritzia top. This set is definitely for Bahamas. um if we get off the ship. And then I have this dress, which is cute. And then because it's like a Christmas cruise, I'm gonna bring this dress. And then I'm bringing my silk my silk outfit. And then the new dress that I just wore for Thanksgiving. I'm actually borrowing this hat from Valerie because it's really cute. It'll match everything. Um and it's just a Mickey Mouse hat. So, I don't know. I think it's cute, but I always need something for my eyes. This is all like my bathing suit stuff. So, I just have my two bathing suits. I'm gonna bring this pink one. And [clears throat] then I have my gingham pattern bathing suit uh with these shoes, my little Birkenstocks, and then I have my um sunscreen in here. And hopefully I can just lay this across here. I'm hoping this will like work out because I still have like my makeup bag and all of that. For the cruises, I do like to take my Alex and Annie ears and then I also have my cruise ears. Those are the only two pairs I'm taking. Almost also forgot my pirate costume and I wore this like in 10th grade and it still fits so it's kind of convenient. That's pretty much all the clothes. Um I'm going to definitely need to use the extender piece like to stretch out the suitcase. And then I'm taking these ears. These are my cruise ears that I got a while ago, but I think they're cute and it'll definitely match this outfit. I'm just wearing biker shorts and like this top, this like black Fablettics top underneath here. And then here's all like my toiletries like my toothbrush, toothpaste, soap. I'm just going to use their hair stuff. Um, makeup wipes, stuff for my eczema, brush, dry shampoo. I am going to do my makeup because um I have like acne clearing up here. It's so annoying. Like I hate seeing it. It's just like gross. So I'm going to I am going to wear makeup and I'm going to curl my hair because like I want to and it'll be easier to like do the rest of the time and stuff. So my gosh, I'm slacking on drinking the coffee. I just want to give you an overview of what I'm packing, what what it's looking like. All right, so this is the official look of boarding the ship.
