Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Good morning, you guys. Welcome back to Vlogmas in New York. Let's call it that. It's Vlogmas in New York weekend edition. Wow, the sun is actually so bright. Maybe I should move. But it feels so good cuz it's so cold outside. Should I go here? There we go. There we go. I just got back from the gym. And on my way home from the gym, I stopped at Duncan because you know what? I just needed a Duncan bacon egg and cheese croissant. Oh my god, it feels so warm in my hands. It is so ferociously cold outside. However, the sun is out. And this is going to be a really fun weekend because well, first off, tonight I'm hosting a holiday party with Greygus. I'm sorry, Greygus Christmas. Like, let's go. I I couldn't be more excited. It's going to be such a fun little evening. I love my outfit. I'm going to get my hair and makeup done because why not? It's going to be a really fun like intimate cozy vibe. I'm really really excited about it. And yeah, there's going to be an espresso martini tower. Past apps and desserts. Like I've never had a past apps party. I'm so so grateful. Like it's just it's really exciting when like a brand like Reuse that you guys know I love so much. It's like the only vodka. Like if I can, it's like the only vodka I want to drink. I get to work with them. It's like the coolest thing. So I'm really really excited because I Ryan and I were toying with the idea of throwing like some sort of holiday party. Usually, like back when we first moved to the city, I always did a party around Santa Con, which is so crazy actually that this is the first year living in New York that I don't even think I've heard a murmur of Santa Con. Like, did it already happen? I have no idea. And like definitely we're so not interested in that anymore. It's a younger thing. It's kind of like those first few years when you move to New York. But usually I I like to have a holiday party around Santa Con cuz I don't know. I'm like, "Okay, we don't do Santa Con anymore, but let's still have a holiday party." Anyways, this year Ryan and I were like, "We should host something at the apartment." And then this Grey Goose thing came about and I was like, "That's my holiday party." So, I made a mood board and everything. I think I talked about it in Vlogmas last week or the week before, but it's like festive holiday vibe outfits. I like was toying with the idea of like doing like sweater vibes and I was like, "No, like let's wear fancy cute outfits." It's so funny. I was texting with Brooke and Katie about it yesterday and Brooke was like, "So, what are the outfit vibes? Like obviously I saw the mood board, but like what are you wearing, etc." And I was like, I'm wearing like these this set from Retrofett with like black fuzzy sleeves and then like little micro shorts with tights. And I was like, you know, kind of like Christmas Eve vibes. And Bro was like, I don't really wear micro shorts on Christmas Eve with my family. But I know what you mean. I was like, yes, you know what I mean. Like Christmas but nighttime and like not with your family. Like cute, fun, whatever. So, I'm just excited. I'm over the moon. I slept in a little bit this morning. Ryan and I went to bed at like 10:45 last night because tonight I feel like is going to be a late night. The party starts at 9:00 and yeah, it was fun to start the day this morning going to the gym with Cass. We usually go to a class, but sometimes when we haven't seen each other in a while, we're like, we need to go and just walk on the treadmill cuz we have too much to talk about. Like the instructor will hate us. Not that we're talking during a class, but I want to talk to Cass the whole time. So, I'll keep thinking of things I need to tell her. So, really happy I started the day with that. And I'm very excited about this Duncan croissant sandwich. I don't know why. It just it reminds me it's nostalgic for me, I guess. But also, how cute is this ski fleece? Kept me very warm. if I could just go like this. Also, the Era's Tour docky series came out last night. I like wanted to stay up and watch it. And I was like, "No, got to have good sleep." But I am going to at least watch one episode today because I've been dying to like I just need to know all the behind the scenes of the store. Like I mean, we all are dying to see. So, yeah. Good morning. Hello. Might need to go brave the cold again to run some errands, but we'll get to that when we get to that. Also, how fun are my holiday nails? I was going to do like red or I toyed with doing like a plaid and then I decided I'd get so tired of the plaid. This is just like a pink chrome with these rhinestones on top, which I have to get used to them cuz I keep feeling them and I'm like something's on my nails, but no, it's just But yeah, so holiday nails. It's going to be a fun vlog. I'm doing very a lot of Christmasy things this weekend. So, don't you worry, Vlogmas is still here in a way. I started the morning with a hot coffee. You guys know the drill. The second one's always cold. Stunning. Also, thank you guys for the warning on the glass straws. I did see that Tik Tok and I will still be using glass straws, but I definitely probably shouldn't use my glass straw to mix with the ice and just be so aggressive in it. Basically, if you guys didn't see this girl, I guess accidentally drank out of her glass straw that had a chip in it or like a literal glass shard. Show you the hospital. Very, very scary. It's just like you can't win these days. It's like it's like don't use plastic, use glass. Okay, but actually don't use the glass cuz you'll get glass charge which is totally fair. But then I guess I used to have bamboo straws. I could bring those back. But now I just kind of like inspect my glass straw before using it. But let me know what you guys have substituted for instead cuz I do need to use a straw for my Invisalign and just for like life. Like I for my teeth. Like I just like straws. I mean who doesn't? It's a much more enjoyable experience. But look how good this looks. I've got my computer out and Katie Blotty and I are talking in 15 minutes. We have been It's so hard to get us like on the same schedule for something, but we wanted to have a call actually because me, Katie, Ryan, and Jack are going to Japan next year. I'm so excited. Basically, Brooke and Ben were also going. We just all couldn't. Like, we all wanted to go to Japan next year, and we were trying to all go at the same time. It just like didn't work out because Brooke and Ben have to go at a very specific time because of like med school and stuff. So, they're going before us. And then me, Katie, Ryan, and Jack are going in June. I'm so excited. Hopefully Katie is okay with me saying that. But I'm so excited. Ryan and I have never done like a huge trip together. And we really wanted to do it with other people cuz it's like so intimidating to go that far. And like it's just nice to have some buddies, you know? So, we've been working with a travel agent. And we've actually already booked our hotels. We're going to Kyoto and Tokyo. I'm so excited. Like Brian's dream is to go Japan and so we were trying to do it this year and we couldn't get it together and then we were like, "Okay, no, next year." So very very excited. But anyways, Katie and I are kind of heading it on obviously and the boys are like giving feedback and everything, but the flights are very stressful. So we're just trying to figure out what flights to do cuz we're like Delta girlies, but like that may not necessarily be the best route for us to take. Anyways, our travel agent sent us a whole email with like lots of ideas and tips and it was just a lot. So Katie and I were like, let's like get on the phone and talk this through. So that's what we're about to do and yeah, we're just going to kind of Yeah, there's so much in this email. So, we're just going to dissect this email together and figure out what's best for us flightwise, which is so crazy. Like, I I don't really ever plan trips this far ahead except for like Greece when I went with my friends at one time, but like you just have to, especially if you don't want to pay like I mean it's going to be expensive, but you know, the earlier we book our tickets, it feels like it'll be better. I don't know. Like, >> we needed this. Ryan's home and he brought us Coa for lunch and I think he got a little haircut for tonight. We're trying something new. I was like cuz I like when his hair is longer on top but like you got to get the cut the sides cut or like trimmed, shaved, whatever. I don't understand guy haircuts. So he just walked in and it's so funny when guys get haircuts. It's like, "Oh my god, you got a haircut." Like it's just so like I don't know. I really really like this. I think he like gelled his hair too. Little hair now. He got a blowout for tonight. Like that'll be the hair probably. I don't think you'll shower again. Haircut reveal. It looks so good. So handsome. You got like a It's like getting a blowout for tonight. You got your hair done for tonight. Cavahal. I go pretty simple. I get greens and grains base. Some avocado just came off. So that's I do the saffron rice with the arugula. And then I get grilled chicken, tomato with cucumber, avocado, no dips, no spreads, and the Greek vinegrett on top, which is a newer addition for me. I'm like a salad dressing girl. And then obviously the free pa. Like if you can get the free pa, you got to get the free pa. So thank you Ryan for getting this. This looks amazing. This will really fuel us up for our evening. I mean going to need to eat again before we go out tonight. But amazing. Currently pulling up some playlists on Spotify cuz I think I'm going to be on ox tonight. And I'm like just pulling playlists cuz like I could make my own but like there are some really good ones and I just want to favorite a couple and maybe download them to my phone so that I can just like shuffle them tonight. Okay, maybe I'll just stick to the other playlist I found, but I'm currently saving playlist. I just took a shower. It was an everything shower. We washed the hair. I put this mask back on. It's from Experiment Beauty. I literally love it so much because you just put on your serum and it locks it in. Like when I take this off, whenever I do, it is all still right there. And I just love it cuz of the ear loops. That's like the reason. Like I can actually look down. I can look up. I can look all around. I love this mask so much. But then I was like, I feel like the Grinch. I already filmed like a transition so that I could do the second half of the transition when I'm all ready. Yeah. Obvious answer. Yeah. She also sent this which is cute, but I'm I'm realizing I'm not I mean I do like a bow but I don't know. But I think I was like, "Yeah, I think like a half up half down cuz like I do a lot of ponytails these days and like upd." So I'm excited for a half up half down. Drinking electrolytes in my gray gooseiest open cup. It just felt right. So good. And yes, that is laundry I did yesterday that I had on my bed yesterday to make to fold everything, put everything away, and then when it was time to go to bed, I was exhausted and I was like, "That'll be a tomorrow problem." But I think I'm going to make it even more of a tomorrow problem, not today. If you guys watched Vlogmas, you know that I got Ryan a suitcase for Christmas. He's in the other room. He works from home on Fridays. And I didn't know how to like grab this situation. So, I bought this Santa sack on Amazon and I'm going to see if I can at least fit it fit part of it in here. And then, thank you to all of you for the tips. I put the shirts on the top that I got him and then the UGG slippers on the bottom in the shoe compartment so we can have a whole interactive experience as he opens. All right, let's see. Not that they're really spoilers, but you know what I mean. So, I'm going to load up Disney Plus, at least start the first episode. I'm just like in the mood. It's already dark out, obviously. Heat. Heat. Heat. Good morning, you guys. I'm in the best mood. I love waking up the next day after a party. One, not being hung over, and two, just feeling so grateful. Like we had the best time rides in the pack. I bought these pants. I'm literally manifesting another Georgia game. Like how epic are these? They're from the Frankie shop. They're sick. Like I'm sorry. Just to watch a Georgia game, just to like for the holidays in general. I was just like these pants are so cool. Thank you for unboxing that. Last night was so fun. I feel so so eternally grateful to get to work with Grey Goose. Like it's my vodka of choice. I I It's just so cool. So last night was so fun. I keep saying, but I literally just blasted Christmas music all night and then it hit like 11:45. The party was in tech was technically until midnight. I started playing Drake cuz I was like I have heard every Christmas song three times now. So I started playing Drake which was really fun and then like I kind of brought it back and I played like Last Christmas by Wham and that was the last song of the night and it was just like so fun. We were all in a circle just dancing like the last few people at my party were the ones I expected. They're always like the last few people at all my parties. It was just so fun. And yeah, so we had three different cocktails last night. We were celebrating the espresso martini because it's just like the perfect indulgent cocktail to have during this time of year. Like I had two espresso martinis last night. Yeah, I'm crazy. And then I also really liked we had like a holiday mule. I named it the ginger wonderland, which was like a Moscow mule but with like a berry twist. There was like some blackberry in there. It was so good. A lot of people were drinking that as well. And then we had the dirty martini. So it was a really really fun night. Ryan, did you have fun? >> I had a blast. You >> had a blast. It was so fun. I just I feel I just feel like during this time of year, it's really fun to just get together and have a wholesome holiday night. And the the venue we did it at was perfect. It was at the Evelyn Hotel in the Tusk Bar room, I believe. Highly suggest. It was just a really good vibe and everyone showed up and showed out in their outfits. I love seeing like how the guys dressed, what the girls wore, and I think everyone had a really good night. So, that was fun. Ryan's going to take me to his favorite Puerto Rican coffee bean shop that he got us some espresso beans from. We're running out of beans and I wanted to bring some back to Tampa next week. I wanted to ask some questions about their beans. So yeah, Brian and I are going to go walk around. Brian reported back that it's actually quite nice out when he went to get our bagels. So, we're going to go walk around Soho, West Village, and maybe get some Christmas gifts for people and just enjoy this beautiful day cuz I'm going home on Wednesday and I want to enjoy it all. Okay, here's my little OOTD. We have an evening activity, too. So, I'll come back and do my makeup and stuff, but I'm wearing this little this thing, this brown turtleneck sweater set. It has like pants as well with Uggs. And then this is the coat, the Helsa coat that I recently got that I had to get altered cuz it was literally dragging on the floor. And then my Roargo, my iced coffee, Amazon sunglasses. Oh, and I got these Amazon. They look like little diamond studs, but they're literally from Amazon. I'll have them on my Amazon storefront. And I'm just waiting on my other other half. I don't know if I've ever really said that. >> He's really excited about his hat. So, make sure to like be excited about it. Guys, look at Ryan's hat. It says Santa hat. So on days, you know, doesn't want to wear the full Santa hat. It's casual. Also, because today is Santa Con and like a lot of bars won't let you in if you have Santa Sarah if you have Santa paraphernalia on cuz they think you're like so drunk. >> Santa paraphernalia. >> So So that's like a safe way to like, you know, but I think when you are going into the bar cuz he's he's going to go hang out with his friends after we go shopping. It was during Santa Con and Ryan was dressed like Santa and he was totally fine but they would not let him in because he was wearing Santa because they just think you've been like drinking all day which but anyways let's go. >> Let's do it. Ryan just went to ask if they sell men's clothes because it's like so good. I have no plans to go to Jackson Hall or anywhere out west right now, but like this is half off. I feel like I need this. Like it's so cool. I think it's men's technically, but like this would be a I could always have this. Okay, Ryan just pieced out to go meet his friends. So, I'm going to go into anthropology cuz I haven't gone in. And usually I go in during Vlogmas. This is adorable. So many great gift ideas. I don't need any more ornaments this year, but like wow, that is so cute. This is 40% off. A little Christmas bag. Oh, I like it. A lovely day was had. Brian's off now watching the Army Navy football game with his friends. I came back and I decided, oh my gosh, our apartment was a mess. Like, it needed to be vacuumed. There was dust. Like, a true nittygritty kind of clean, you know? So, I just spent the last hour and a half doing that. I actually filmed it. It's on Yeah, by the time this is up, it's on Instagram and Tik Tok. back. I filmed a little montage because honestly it keeps me like going. I'm like, "Oh, I can edit this after and it's a whole fun little motivational video to clean your own apartment." It's how I justify or not how I justify, but what motivates me. So, if you ever need to motivate yourself to clean, maybe film yourself. Honestly, it's very satisfying afterwards editing and like watching it all become so clean. I'm getting ready. I forget if I said this or not, so forgive me if I did, but tonight Katie Botti is hosting a Taylor Swift trivia night at Brookfield Place, and I am so excited. It's like she posted it. It's like for her followers, but like, hey, I'm a follower. And also, she just like invited a couple of us that she knows love Taylor Swift and would enjoy this. So, me and Brooke are going. Delaney is actually on her way here and she's gonna go with me because actually me, Delaney, and where's my other roller? Not the time for this. Not the time. No, no, no, no, no, no. One second. Fun little fact. Me, Delaney, and Katie have a group chat called Swifties. I think it started cuz one time the three of us went to see the Easy experience. So, I don't like an unnamed group chat. like if you put me in a group chat and we're talking in it for more than a day, I make a name because I just I like to have names. So, ours is called Swifty. So, it was nice of her to invite Delaney as well. And we're going to have a fun night. I really don't know how good I'm going to do like because Katie said the company that is putting on this trivia that like came up with the questions, they are the ones who do I forget the name of the company, but they do trivia like all around the city. One of which is at Hair of the Dog, which is the trivia that I used that Ryan and his friends used to go to a lot and I went to a couple times and it's really hard. So, this is going to be difficult, but I'm there for the vibes. You know, I'm in the mood, you know, have a little drinky drink and just enjoy. I was going to wear like Taylor Swift merch, but then I'm like, it is a Saturday night and what if I'm like, let's hit the town. Like, I don't really know what my vibes are. So, I'm just wearing an intimism top. Of course, this is my brown one. And then just some Abberrombie boot cut jeans. cuz I'll probably put some booties on and I might just wear that same faux fur coat I was wearing earlier. So, just getting ready super quick. I should probably listen to some Taylor Swift right now to get in the vibes and Delaney will be here soon and then we're going to go together. I'm very excited. We're ready for Tea Swizzle Tri. I just finished the second episode of the ERS docky series cuz that's all that's out right now. And then I was like, I want more cuz they show like some concert footage. So now I'm just watching the movie. And fun fact, or I don't know if it's fun, but a fact about me, my favorite Taylor Swift song ever is Enchanted. And that's what we're on right now. But Ryan's downstairs playing pool. Delaney and I. So trivia happened and then Delane and I came back here and just like hung out with Ryan and the boys for a little bit and then she left. I came upstairs to just chill. Ideal Saturday night. It was so fun. I had a couple bruskies. We played Taylor Swift trivia. It was so fun. I actually did so much better than I thought. Like so much. There was there was like 30 of us maybe. There was like a good group of people playing. But I I did really well. Honestly, the the round that stumped me was I didn't know a lot of movies that Taylor Swift has starred in. So, it like showed screenshots of all these different like films she was in and you had to write what it was. Like I didn't know she was in CSI. I think that's what it was. I didn't know she was in New Girl, which is weird cuz I watched New Girl. I just like don't remember her being in that. I didn't know she was in that movie the or Amsterdam. I haven't seen it but I didn't know she was in it. I didn't know she had a cameo. And then there was one other I didn't know. But anyways, it was really, really fun. And it was such like an ideal Saturday night, you know, 5 to 7:00 p.m. And then Katie, me and Delaney, and Brooke hung out for a while. Brooke had another holiday party to get to. So then me, Katie, and Delaneie just like chatted at the brewery and then came back. So, it's been a really fun night. It's so nice to have the apartment deep cleaned. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and just feel like well rested. And yeah, I'm just feeling very, very grateful. It's been a really fun weekend so far. And tomorrow we're doing a whole Christmas in New York vibe. So like we're just getting started, guys. It's snowing. Like the snow's coming down really hard. We're watching the Santa Claus. He never seen it before. This is like my all-time favorite Christmas movie and Polar Express. And I think it just stopped snowing though, but enjoying it. Feels like Christmas. Well, I have just had the best morning and now I am bundling up cuz apparently it feels like 13° outside. Me, Delaney, and Mason are going to go do a whole like Midtown Christmy tour. do all the things. We're gonna meet at the Plaza Hotel, like around that area, Central Park, then walk down Fifth Avenue, go to Burgdorfs, like some shops, then go to Rockefeller Center, see the Rockefeller tree. It's going to be so busy today. Oh my god, sorry about my laundry. And then we're going to end at Bryant Park and see where it kind of takes us along the way. So, I am bundled up. I'm wearing my heat tech long sleeve sweater over top heat tech leggings, rain boots because it's like probably sloshy outside and it kind of looks cute in my outfit. And then a beanie and then the puffer. I'm literally sweating, but it's probably better that way. So, I'll be honestly excited to be out in the cold for at least a second cuz I'm so hot right now. That's how it goes. But I'm really really excited to have this festive moment with the girls. We looked at getting tickets to see the Rockheads, but it was so expensive the show. So, we decided against it. And I'm kind of glad cuz we probably would have done the matinea. And that means we'd have to like be there right now. And I'm really glad Ryan and I got to have like a chill morning. So, I'm not even using a purse. I'm just packing this bag. Hopefully, it fits everything. Lip gloss. Going to wear my got sunnies. Put my gloves on. Oh my god, I'm literally about to sweat. And then I am bringing my hand warmers, too, because as soon as the sun goes down later, you guys, here is the final outfit. Yay. And on Sundays in December, I believe Fifth Avenue is closed off. So, you can like walk on the streets. It's less like people on the sidewalks which is really nice. We're going to go into Burgdor so I want to get another ornament. It's so festive. It's very cold. My lips are starting to get like numb. >> We just took photos of Santa. He was very jolly. So, I'm excited for her. Delaney just signaled to me in line that she's vlogging cuz she can see like an up close. I literally smell the cheese. They sent us obviously they sent me some jewelry which is beautiful and then this holiday cookie mix with everything we need basically like a couple like eggs vanilla extract but we're actually not going to do vanilla extract. We've decided cuz we don't have it and one of you commented saying it's fine if we don't have it. So, but my favorite part a little Ryan gingerbread man and a little Danielle and then this says happy holidays gals on the go. Like are you kidding me? Amazing. So, we're going to get to going on the cookies. I'm excited. We got to get a big bowl. Santa hats on. >> Of course. Don't you guys worry. Now we are watching Santa Claus 3. Brian is seeing the full trilogy in one weekend and I think he likes it. It's my favorite Christmas series and then The Polar Express. I think I'm going to end the vlog here. This was one of my favorite weekends of my entire life. Like seriously, it's just been such a fun weekend and I'm so glad that I vlogged it and took you guys along with me with us. I still can't get over the bag you got me, Ryan. I'm so nice. I can't wait to wear it all the time. Today was so fun walking around with Delini and Mason. The Grey Goose party I hosted, Taylor Swift trivia yesterday. Like, it's just been such a fun weekend. a really great way to end off my time here in New York for the Christmas time because I'm going back to Tampa this week and then I'll be back for New Year's Eve.
