Hi guys!
Welcome to my channel.
My name is Anna.
Today we're going to do something slightly different.
We're going to turn a no makeup makeup look into a date night look.
And this is the final result.
I feel like it's a very realistic scenario when something just comes up and you don't
want to do your whole makeup routine again, you just want to change it a bit so it looks
more date night friendly.
So that's exactly what we're doing today.
So this is what my makeup looks in the evening after I wore it for a whole day.
As you can see, it's not too bad.
I added some concealer after lunch because I felt like I needed a bit extra because I
didn't sleep well yesterday.
I have concealer, I have a bit of mascara, I have the Hourglass Skin Tint and I think
I have a lip mask.
It's not there anymore.
But this is what we're working with and today I'm definitely going for a very romantic look.
So let's begin.
So the first thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to use a bit of bronzer and a bit
of concealer to add more structure to my face.
I want to make my cheekbones a bit more sharp and also my jawline.
This is to make my chin look a bit smaller and of course nose and my huge forehead.
Don't worry, I'm just joking.
Oof, I put too much.
I want to put a little bit here because I saw it in another video and I liked it.
Cute.
Okay, now I'm going to blend it with my finger.
When it comes to bronzer, make sure to blend it next to your ears well because otherwise
it will look like you're wearing a mask and that's not good.
I always try to blend it in a downward motion so it doesn't go too much on my face but instead
it contours it.
And when you blend here, next to your cheekbone, I always blend upwards.
So for my jawline I go downwards but for my cheekbone I always go upwards because it kind
of gives you this very sharp lift.
Here you can already see it.
And of course the ear.
I guess to make it more realistic I also gotta do it very quickly because I would probably
be in a rush if someone told me that I have last minute plans and I had to redo my makeup.
Date night makeup that I do is always way heavier than my natural makeup routines.
And the reason is that if you go out at night time, the light is not good which means your
makeup is not as visible.
So you gotta put a little bit more for it to work.
Oh I really hate what I just did to my nose.
Okay, gotta fix it later.
So now the same way as I added bronzer to make my face darker in some areas, I'm gonna
use my BB cream to make some parts of my face slightly lighter.
And I'm gonna show you how I do it.
So first I'm gonna put a little bit on my hand.
I'm blending it by the way, I'm warming it up with my hand.
I really didn't blend it well, did I?
That's okay.
So what I'm gonna do now is I'm gonna add a little bit here to make my jawline sharper.
I'm gonna blend it later.
A bit in the middle.
Same thing here.
A little bit on my cheekbone here to make my face look a bit flatter in this area.
Like you know this triangle, I like it to be very flat.
And also a little bit under my eyes to freshen it up a bit.
And in the middle of my nose, just a bit.
And this is actually just enough, surprisingly.
And now I'm gonna blend it so it's not too visible.
Okay, I'm gonna let my face dry before I add anything else.
So we're moving on to my eyebrows and for the eyebrows I'm using the same eyebrow pencil
that I've shown before.
The one from Japan.
It's from brand Fasio.
If you find a website where people can buy it from, please let me know in the comments
because lots of people have been asking and I bought it in Tokyo so I really don't know
where you can get it from.
Also if I finish this one, I would love another one.
I think when I was 14 years old I was really obsessed with using a lot of concealer but
I think at some point I was using a concealer that had a different undertone to my skin
so my under eyes were like slightly yellowish.
The dark times.
Anyways, I like my eyebrows right now.
Anna, when you edit this, I really hope you like it because right now I don't see anything
wrong with them.
My rules for the eyeshadows, always pick the lightest shade first because if you pick something
that is too dark and you want to change it later, that's it, you'll have to redo the
whole thing.
I'm going to use a slight pink color from the Rare Beauty palette and before I apply
it to my face I'm going to slightly tap it on my hand so I know exactly how much I'm
applying.
What I'm going to do is I'm going to trace it right there like this.
You see that?
That's it.
Cute and pink.
I'm going to do the same thing to this eye.
Now, depending on what eye shape you have, for my eye shape I know it works well when
I put a little bit under my eye because it kind of brings it all back together.
Now I'm going to take a slightly darker shade but it's still pinkish and I'm going to do
the same thing but only in the corners and in this corner too but just a little bit because
I'm trying to add more dimension in the outer corner.
So I'm going to take a bit of this sparkly eyeshadow and I'm going to put it right in
the middle to add a bit more dimension and I'm also going to put it in the corners of
my eyes.
Okay, I'm pretty happy with it.
So now I'm taking this eye pencil.
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to fill out all the places where my lashes are inconsistent
but I'm going to do it very carefully because I'm afraid to touch my eyes with the pencil.
So here, when I lift it, you can see there's like a little bit of inconsistency for example
here.
So I'm just going to trace the line of my eyelashes.
It definitely takes practice to get used to this and it's probably not really good for
your eyes but it makes it really pretty.
I'm also going to do the outer corner of the lower eyelid.
It looks so funny.
I swear, this always makes the biggest difference.
So now I'm going to use a bit of mascara.
I already have one coat on but let's add a bit more.
Now I'm going to use the Rare Beauty lip liner in the color Wise.
I always forget to mention the colors and the shades so I'm really sorry, I'm doing
my best.
Okay, let's do the lips now.
I don't like it when it's too visible but I still want it to be present and I like to
make the corners of my lips a bit darker than the middle.
I know, it looks insane but trust me, we'll fix it.
And now I'm going to put a little bit of tinted oil in the middle.
Blush.
I'm going to put a little bit on the palm of my hand and I'm going to blend it.
Place it a bit higher than you think you should because I swear it will make it look much
better.
I really like blush on my nose and maybe, just maybe, I'm going to put a bit more blush
but with the brush this time.
I've seen this trick somewhere that if you put a little bit of your eye pencil right
in the corner of your eye and you put your finger right here, so I'm going to put a little
bit just in the corner.
Okay, okay, well, they're sisters but not twins but I'm not mad.
I'm just going to erase a bit of this one.
I like it.
I mean, maybe I would add some shimmer or like a highlighter but I'm not feeling it.
I'm not feeling it today.
But before I forget it, I need to set my makeup.
Almost forgot.
So I'm going to use Rare Beauty setting powder.
We don't want our makeup to move later and we want it to last long and we don't want
to look sweaty or greasy.
Beautiful.
I'm actually really happy with this makeup.
I don't know about you but I'm very, very happy with it, especially with the wing because
it worked.
I was not sure about that one.
I think it's very different from the no makeup makeup look and it's definitely heavier but
it doesn't look too much but I am very happy with the look.
Here, I'm going to give you more of a close-up and especially if you have blue eyes, I think
pink, peachy pink eyeshadow really makes your eyes pop.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
I really, really appreciate it.
Please let me know in the comments what you want to see in the next video and I'll add
all the links to the products that I used today down below.
I really hope to see you again and thanks for watching.
Bye!
But now I have a problem.
I didn't have any last minute plans.
My plan for the day was to order a burrito and watch some Gilmore Girls.
No, but seriously, what am I supposed to do now?
Just take it off?
Is this my life now?
Is this what it was all about?
I guess I can at least go and grab some bubble tea, the least I can do.
If you've never tried bubble tea, go and try a milk oolong tea with no ice and let's say
30% sugar.
If you don't like sugar, don't put sugar at all and I don't know, you can add whatever
you want, but that's my tea.
I know it's probably very, very basic, but I like it a lot.
Every single time when I go to the bubble tea store, I am tempted to try something new
and I always go back to the same milk oolong tea, so go try it.
And I'm pretty sure if you don't like bubble tea, you've never tried milk oolong.
