We are in a brand new community out here in Phoenix, Arizona. It's called the Burton. Our builder for today is Taylor Morrison, and we are conveniently located off the Desert Sonoran Parkway. And if you are a lover of hiking and biking, well, we have a mountain preserve area right near here you're absolutely going to love. But how about I tell you a little bit about the house? After all, that's why you came here. Single-story home, as you can see. Four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a flex room, two and a half car garage, 2355 square feet. It's a really, really cute, unique, nice home inside. And again, the community is Burton. Our builder is Taylor Morrison. And of course, your realtor, me, Mary Kay Marino. Alrighty now, so we're standing in front of the poppy. How about 2355 square feet, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a flex room, two and a half car garage, base price starting right at $715,990. Let's go ahead and show you this one. You may actually say I want it. So let's go show it to you. Alrighty, it does say come on in. So we might as well just go ahead and go on in. And in we go. And look at that. Nice wide hallways. Look at that nice long tray ceilings. Your eye travels all the way down and out. So we are going to take a few steps up, turn and circle all the way to the right. And this is going to be guest bedroom number one. Nice window out to the front. And right over here is going to be your walk-in closet. High low bars and a single and I'll back up so you can see the room again. That's not a very good angle. Let me get you a better angle. I'm always trying to get you the best look so you can get a feel for it. See if you might like it. Then as we back up here, I want to show you this. They have a nice drop off area in between the two bedrooms. There you go. That's nice. And then just on the other side of that here is going to be your shared bathroom. Hello. And then it's right around the corner. Here's going to be your tub and shower combination. And then a nice window right above there. And as I back up out of there and next to this is going to be guest bedroom number two. Window to the side and then walk-in closet. Let me take you over there. Same configuration and I'll back up so you can see this one. And then as I walk out, there's guest bedroom one down there. So I'll give you a brief recap. I know we just started, so you understand where we're going. Front door around the corner, guest bedroom one, drop off, shared bathroom, guest bedroom two. Then as I back up, look how wide those nice hallways are. Beautiful. So let's go ahead and walk on down the hallway. We're going to turn to the left. There's garage door entrance with a drop off area coming in from the garage. Cabinets, counters may have it, may not. If you're building from the ground up, which you most certainly can do, you'll just need a time frame right around eight months. This will be an added upgrade. However, if you're going to go with a quick move-in and you want it and your quick move-in does not have it, all you have to do is let me know and, you know, I will give you references and recommendations. Here's your flex room. Two nice windows out to the back. Very, very nice flex room. And then as we back up out of here, this is going to be your favorite room. Yay, yay, yay. No yay. This one is showing it with cabinets behind it and then also above the washer dryer and beside it. And again, that's going to be an upgrade if you're building from the ground up. But if you're lucky and you want a quick move-in, it may already have it. So backing up out of this part, we're going to walk down the hallway a little bit more, turn to the right. This is going to be your guest half bath. And then backing up out of this, continuing down the hallway, we're going to turn to the left again. Guest bedroom number three. This is a very, very nice size bedroom. Window to the side and then walk-in closet. And then guess what? On this one, you get your own bathroom. Hello, which is super duper. Nice walk-in shower. And then your bathroom again. I'll swing back around, show you this bedroom. And I'm going to swing all the way back around, walk you down. And this is what's on the other side of the hall. You have a side courtyard. Isn't that sweet? So you not only have your backyard to enjoy the weather outside, you also have a nice place to go to on your backyard and enjoy your peace and quiet there as well. So we're going to walk past that into the main part of the house. It's really nice. Go ahead and enjoy. All right. So let's go ahead and bring you back into this nice big kitchen area. And it's nice. And the island is actually very long. Let me show you here on this angle right here. It shows comfortably seating for, you most definitely can put a fifth in there if you want to. They're also showing it with a gas stovetop oven with a microwave right above. I love the color of the cabinets. It's like a chocolate cover color cabinet color. Very nice. The Browns are definitely coming back in. Not that they ever really left. At the end here is your pantry. I'll open that up so you can take a look at it. You're definitely going to need a ladder to go all the way up to the top. Let me show you. See? How about that? That is fantastic. Absolutely love it. And I'll give you another look of the island on this side. And then I'm going to give you a look from standing in front of the center of the island. It looks directly into your family room. And if I glance over to the left, it's going to show you your large spacious dining area. And they are showing it with a round table in there. Obviously you can put whatever size and shape you want. You have plenty of room. Lots and lots of room. It has two nice windows out to the backyard. And then over near the family room, you have those nice slider doors out to your back patio. And then two nice windows out to the side of the house. And then also just as a reminder down the hallway again, this is your side courtyard, which is fantastic in my opinion. So swinging you back around, give you another up close look at this nice large family room area. And then glancing into the dining, I will in fact zoom in for you. You have a lot of room in there. Then I'll back out. I do apologize for the music being so loud here. I just don't have any control over it. Give you another look at this kitchen. Nice place for the coffee bar as they're showing it over there next to the refrigerator. And then as we walk past this, I'm going to bring you into the primary room and a very spacious room as well. They're showing it with tray ceilings above. Nice large window out to the backyard. As we walk through this into the bathroom, very spacious as well. Right here is going to be your water closet. And then they're showing it with a nice big super shower party shower. Now, you know, it has a pony wall and glass the rest of the way up. If you're building from the ground up, you can do the whole wall or you can do all glass or you can do it the way they're showing it a pony wall and then glass. I like that they show it with the three windows out there. So it brings in some more natural light. You have a nice step up right here. And then as you step up, you'll step back down and then you have it with a nice bench, one shower head. However, if you want more than one shower head when you're building, you most certainly can do that. And then right over here, hello, there's your vanity. Plenty of room in between the sinks, which I really, really like. If I can't have split, I definitely want enough space between the sinks. And it also has a nice place for your makeup area as well. And I'll go all the way up so you can see what that looks like. And step down, walk into the clothes closet, which is pretty nice as well. Of course, Taylor Morrison does fantastic clothes closets. They give you high, low bars and also another shelf above. So I'm going to walk in here and show it to you. Plenty of room for everything in this closet. Very, very nice. So as we exit, give you another look at the vanities and then up and directly on the other side is going to be your shower. So as we walk past this into the primary bedroom, and then as we exit, it brings us right out to this beautiful kitchen right here, your family room, and then also your dining area. I will walk you out to the backyard if they allow me to go out there for you. And they do fantastic. So lot sizes out here are going to be right around 6,000 square feet. If you want to pool in your backyard, you most certainly can do it. You don't need it because your HOA, unbelievable amenities out here. But if you want to pool, you need recommendations and referrals for landscapers, pool people. I definitely have that. It's something I provide for all of my clients. It's just one of the many services I provide. We're with you every step of the way. We're not going to be here just when we're writing up the contract and then we're going to leave. We're going to be with you throughout the whole process. We're going to be keeping in touch with you throughout the process. And of course, they're showing it with pavers, a fire pit, artificial turf, and then the various trees and bushes that get along well with the Arizona weather. They work for the builder and the seller. And when you're buying your largest and biggest asset you ever buy in your lifetime, don't you want to make sure it works out exactly the way you want it to? Of course you do. And don't you want to make sure that whoever's representing you is representing only you, nobody else. Of course you do. That's called exclusive representation. The community is called The Verdon and it is the Discovery Collection by Taylor Morrison. The HOA out here is $250 a month and you're going, oh my gosh, why is it so expensive? Well, let me tell you about it because you're getting a whole lot. You are getting two pools, not just one. You're getting two pools. You're getting a resort style pool plus a lap pool. So if you're someone who likes to swim laps back and forth and back and forth and even back and forth, well, you're going to love it because you're not going to have to worry about the other swimmers. You're going to have your own lap pool to do your own thing. You're also going to have pickleball. Do you like pickleball? Well, you're going to have eight courts out here so you can enjoy yourself to your heart's content. You're also going to have parks, both for the two-legged and the four-legged kids. You're going to have dog parks, actually designated dog parks out here, as well as other parks for you to take the kids or whatever else you want to do out here. You're going to have a cafe bar where the clubhouse is. You're going to have a fitness center. You're going to have, again, those two pools out there. Common trails out here throughout the community. But remember, we are in and near the areas for outdoor activity. If you like hiking and biking, the mountain preserves are almost like a stone's throw away. So if that's something that you really enjoy, you're definitely going to like this area. And if you're kind of wondering, where are you really, Mary Kay? I know you're in Phoenix and you did mention that we are on or off the Sonoran Desert Parkway. We're conveniently located to so many things out here. We're just a hop and a skip away from the I-17 and the 303. The chip plant is right over there. And as far as shopping and restaurants and things like that, we're also close to Norterra. There are others coming up and coming close. They're building more and more for the convenience of this area. But always remember, the homes go in first and then after that the businesses come in. So when they all come in, you're going to absolutely love it. And as far as getting downtown to the Phoenix area, well it's only about 40-45 minutes. If you are a Cardinal fan, love football, go Cardinals! Maybe about 30 to 40 minutes to the football stadium as well. If you love concerts and you like museums, you want to get to downtown, maybe about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the day and time that you travel. Also, depending also how heavy your right foot is on that pedal. So just trying to get you some more information as far as the community and and where we are located. I did mention if you want to build, you can most certainly do that. You'll need a time frame right around eight months. However, if you'd rather have a quick move in, which I don't blame you, you can do that. But as the time of this filming, October 2025, there aren't any quick move-ins yet. Because like I said, brand spanking new community out here in the Verdon community.
