Zion & Bryce Canyon | My First National Parks

You know, funny enough, this board behind me actually came from the Christmas market in Helvet.
Now, I know I was kind of bashing on the Christmas market in my previous episode,
but one thing that I did walk away with that I absolutely love is this.
I didn't want something that felt like checking boxes.
I wanted something that would grow slowly, one park at a time.
Zion National Park was my very first national park.
You see photos of places like this your whole life, but standing there in person,
everything feels different.
The walls feel taller, the silence feels heavier.
I remember thinking, how is this even real?
And at the same time, realizing this was just the beginning.
Bryce Canyon National Park felt completely different.
There was this quiet that morning, you know,
the kind that makes you slow down without even realizing it.
Standing there, watching the light move across the hoodoos,
I felt this overwhelming sense of gratitude.
Gratitude for being there.
Gratitude for the timing.
Gratitude for the chance to experience something so many people dream about.
That was one of those moments I knew I'd carry with me for a long time.
Okay, but just to be clear, this is not like a challenge or anything or like a race for me.
This might take years to finish, even decades.
But what's fun for me is to see this board just fill up over time.
Make sure to stay tuned so you don't miss out on those adventures,
because I can't wait to bring you along with me.
I'll see you next time.
Damn, that's a lot of parks.
