Well, finally, finally, finally,
we have an update on the crashed Ferrari.
I know it's been forever,
but we finally have an update in today's video
on the 812 Superfast.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the channel
and welcome back to the vlog.
Now, if you guys remember,
you're gonna have to backtrack a long ways.
The car's off at the body shop.
That Duke Dynamics wide body kit is being fully installed
and it's been a little bit more complicated
and maybe a little bit more difficult than anticipated.
Now, in these boxes, we got four of them.
We got wheels from our friends off at Rohana.
We're gonna unbox these babies.
Let's say they're a little bit bold,
first of their kind in the world.
I think you guys are gonna dig them.
We're gonna get these mounted on tires at Envision
and then we're headed off to the body shop
to see the 812 Superfast.
It's been forever, I realize that,
but we're getting close, I promise.
Well, we're not gonna take the full walk down memory lane,
but to refresh you guys,
blue Ferrari, red interior, bronze wheels.
Starting to come back,
crash into a Kia on the side of Sunset Boulevard
in California.
You guys remember the car, frame damage.
We had to trailer the car to Pennsylvania.
We had to bring it back.
We had to pull the motor, put the motor back in.
We got it fired up.
Pressure feel we need.
We drove around the neighborhood.
It's all starting to come back.
I know, I know, I'm just a dude.
I just work in a garage and I've never done this before.
I never pulled a motor on any car in my entire life
and we pulled a six and a half liter V12.
I'm not trying to compliment myself.
I'm just trying to express why it's taking forever,
but we're getting there, slowly, surely, kind of.
I am so excited to unbox these wheels.
You guys know we have the Rohanas on my carbon Aventador
that are absolutely crazy.
These are gonna be just as wild.
It is so cold here in Utah.
I'm pretty sure the Duke Dynamic kit
that is going on the A12
is the first of its kind in the world.
That's part of the reason it's taking longer
than anticipated.
It's gonna be well worth the wait.
The spec of these wheels is gonna somewhat allude
to the final specification of the A12.
Remember, we're painting the entire car
and it's gonna be very, very bold.
And of course, shout out to the homies at Rohana Wheels,
ladies and gentlemen, for the crash Ferrari A12 Superfast.
If we could get a drum roll.
Dun, dun, dun.
Oh, baby.
I know what you guys are thinking.
They look just like the wheels
on my carbon fiber Aventador
and you're kind of sort of right,
but not exactly right.
Oh my goodness.
These turned out so ridiculously cool.
Holy guacamole.
Now you're probably thinking
they're very reminiscent of my carbon fiber Aventador.
Yes, they are very similar.
I wanted there to be some symmetry in the car collection
and Rohana certainly achieved it.
These are gonna look ridiculous.
I had to move out here to the sunshine
because you guys gotta see these wheels
under the Utah sun.
It may be sunny today, but it ain't warm.
We got snow in the mountains.
Winter is on arrival.
I cannot wait to get this car painted
so you guys can see this.
The wheel discs are pink.
That doesn't necessarily mean that the car is gonna pink.
More to come on that.
That is beautiful.
Oh my goodness.
I just love all the little design details on these wheels.
The little cutout here for the wheel spokes,
just accentuating that makes the wheels look so aggressive.
You got the carbon fiber back center cap Rohana Forge.
I love the little cutout here for the valve stem too.
Just integrates in so nicely.
These wheels with the carbon car are gonna go so crazy.
Now the carbon fiber Aventador is often envisioned,
remember, through its serpentine belt.
So we're actually gonna get the two wheels
lined up side by side
so you can see all the unique subtle differences.
This color is just gorgeous.
Now on that bombshell,
today's video has been brought to you guys by Aura Frames.

Well, a minor change of plans.
Yesterday, I went off to Envision without you guys.
It really wasn't all too exciting.
We got the tires mounted up onto the Rohanas.
We're gonna try to climb on up here
and see if you guys can get a proper look.
We got the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's
looking absolutely killer.
I really shouldn't be doing things like this.
It's very slippy and that is gonna hurt the knees.
So, finally, finally, finally,
we're headed to the body shop.
I just realized before we go,
Sophia, we gotta get your on-camera reaction
to the A12 wheels.
Did you take them off the Aventador?
Sophie, no!
They are very, very similar, yes.
I'm gonna put a photo of the Aventador wheels here.
You will see there's a lot of symmetry,
but that was kind of the goal.
And also, the pink is a placeholder.
I do like this center cap.
Isn't the center cap sick?
That's really cool.
Nate, we gotta get your reaction to the Rohana wheels.
They're in the back of the TRX.
I know you've already seen them
because you helped mount them,
but that is irregardless.
Did you leave them out in the snow?
No, no, no, no!
I put them in the garage.
They remind me of a certain Aventador.
That's what Sophia just said.
You set a goal, you achieve the goal,
that is success, and that's what we achieved.
The color's gonna change, though,
based on the A12 spec.
What color are you?
We gotta figure that out.
Me?
Yes, collectively.
Nate, we need your input.
We gotta go, what color is the car gonna go?
That's what we're trying to figure out.
That's the question!
That's literally the question
we're trying to figure out, Nate!
And then based on the color of the car,
that's how we dictate the wheels.
I haven't seen a purple car here in a while.
Ooh!
Burgundy.
Burgundy!
A burgundy and silver spec.
Okay, burgundy and silver.
Would we do these burgundy and silver, too?
Maybe all silver?
Maybe.
Hmm, silver would look nice.
My imagination can't do that yet.
It's too early.
It's not even, it's like, it's noon!
Well, we're heading off to the body shop.
Now, the body shop is actually a buddy,
and it's his house.
His name is Chaz.
You guys haven't met Chaz before.
We're not gonna reveal where Chaz lives.
We're also not gonna reveal where my Ferrari 12 is,
so we will see you in his garage in three, two, one.
Well, it's been a long time in the making,
but ladies and gentlemen, the A12 Superfast.
Now, I know a lot of you guys are gonna see the car,
and you'll be like, not that much has changed,
but you guys don't realize the labor of love
to get these gaps just perfectly,
and there's still a ton of labor love to go,
but the A12 is coming together.
So, what do you think?
Imagine this painted.
It's gonna go crazy.
And of course, we got Chaz, the master here,
who is putting in the time and energy.
We definitely wanna try to see
if these Rohanas fit perfectly,
but the A12, we got a lot to go over.
Now, you can see these rear fenders.
They're molded on in place.
Like I said, a lot of work to do.
This is starting to get lined up ever so perfectly, too,
but man, she is gonna be so wide.
I think all the body guys watching this video
will really appreciate the level of detail.
I mean, you can see the hood fits absolutely perfectly,
whereas when I dropped off this car to Chaz,
obviously, I just kinda sorta put it together in my garage.
The gaps were just absolutely atrocious.
You can see even these carbon fenders
where Chaz had to cut it.
We're gonna sand that down, smooth it all out.
We're gonna make it look absolutely perfect.
Still, like, all these tiny little details,
we still gotta sort on out,
and we are getting this Rohana wheel fitted on in place.
It's gonna be crazy.
It's gonna look pretty goofy.
Obviously, because you have like this hot pink
that kinda like fades to red.
You got the blue, you got the red interior,
you got the bronze wheel there on the back,
so it's a bit of a Frankenstein car right now,
but a little bit of visualization
is gonna be needed in this video,
but just imagine once this thing gets painted,
it is gonna go so hard.
Well, a little bit unfortunately,
we actually don't have the right lug nuts.
They're not quite the right size.
I was hoping to drop the car down to the ground,
but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen.
We also gotta get new ones anyways,
because they're titanium.
We need to have black painted titanium ones.
Can you do that?
Can you paint titanium?
You could get just completely new lugs.
Better black.
Better black, okay, we're definitely gonna do that.
They're not gonna be as light weight as these.
They're not gonna be Ferrari spec,
but they'll work better.
The car is clearly not Ferrari spec, by the way.
If there's any Ferrari executives watching this right now,
this looks ridiculous right now,
and I realize that.
We need your imagination, guys, okay?
You can imagine, right?
I can imagine.
Little chat, could you do a chat GPT render real quick?
Of what?
Of like, with these wheels?
Is that possible, you think?
I think so.
Maybe.
This rear tire is so thick.
I can't wait.
Spin class?
Can you imagine?
Brilliant exhaust, straight piped?
I remember you doing spin class one time
in the other A12.
That's right, I did.
That's right, we went out to Mexico.
Yeah, yeah, a couple hours south of here.
I didn't have my passport on me.
That's about, yeah, that's what it is, yeah.
Well, Nate usually isn't allowed in Mexico.
We're not gonna mention why,
but yeah, he lost his passport.
We'll leave it at that.
You probably can't really tell right now.
It is significantly wider than a factory A12.
We're probably, oh, maybe three inches on each side,
give or take.
This thing is gonna be a crazy machine.
These Rohana wheels just accentuate
the sidewall of the tire so much.
It makes it look so thick, and I love that look.
It's almost like a more muscle car feel to it.
I don't know about that, but a race car feel.
It's an A12.
A muscle car?
A12 is a muscle car.
What are you talking about?
You're gonna get blacklisted from that remark
more than anything you're talking about.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
These guys, they agree with me.
The Italians don't?
Nah, the Italians, they obviously,
you wanna talk about the Italians, Nate?
What do you Italians think of this right here?
I can see them rolling their eyes so hard.
And Soph is done.
A chat GPT render.
Oh!
Obviously, obviously not the right spec.
That's sick!
That's sick.
I mean, obviously, yes, of course, the spec,
but that gives you an idea.
That goes so hard.
That is dope.
That's gonna be crazy.
Maybe we just do that.
Silver to black with pink wheels?
Because why not, right?
I'm kidding, we're not gonna do,
well, no, we're not gonna do that, right?
This is a joke.
Are we joking right now?
You don't want any silver cars, do you?
Nate, keep, loose lips sink ships.
A lot of you guys might have noticed, too,
check out this Miata.
Soph, what happened?
Is this what happened to your Miata?
This would honestly be the perfect track car.
I don't know exactly what happened,
but based on that quarter panel right there,
it looks like a little bit of an oopsie.
You want a track day Miata?
I don't know if I'd actually trust a Miata on a track day,
because they do so well, but if you crash one,
I never felt so safe in my Miata.
Your Miata!
I wish we would've got your Miata.
So, Sophia, unfortunately, sold her Miata,
which meant the last video we were in Victoria
with Joe for Toyota, well, Sophia had her Miata,
but she sold it to a friend in Victoria.
It didn't make the vlog, but she was very, very cool,
but not very safe, not at all.
Did the seatbelts work in that bed?
No airbag, the seatbelt would just unbuckle itself.
It wasn't even put down properly.
Bad Sophia.
And I don't know about the brake situation.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I remember when I rode in that thing.
The car stalled, there was only manual brakes.
So, over on this side, you see these vents right here?
Obviously, there's gonna be a grill in place.
Well, the passenger side isn't done,
but here on the driver's side,
you have this piece right here, you can see,
and we're actually gonna slide it on in place.
This car's gotta go to paint, et cetera, et cetera.
So, after paint, this will officially be done,
but this will give you an idea
of what this rear vent is gonna look like.
Fully functional, fully functional.
The brakes, the brakes.
It's Instagram functional.
Yes.
It's gonna look good on Instagram,
which is functional for you.
Honestly, Nate, you did read the script.
You did, Nate read the script last night.
Very Instagram functional.
It's gonna look super cool.
I love this mesh pattern as well.
Now, that's not the look.
The more renders you do, the worse they get.
But that first one was pretty nice.
We're now trying to change the pink to silver
for that render, to give you guys a better idea, but.
Black and white the photo.
Oh yeah, you keep black and white the photo.
I keep saying it's so hard for you guys and for me
to fully appreciate the level of detail
that Chaz has done on this,
and I'm gonna be honest with you guys.
The kit, it fits okay, okay.
It's okay, and that's probably being
maybe a little bit nice.
So there are all sorts of little things we had to do
to get this thing to fit perfectly.
You can see these special custom little brackets, kind of.
I don't know, what did you call it, a rib?
Aluminum ribs.
Aluminum rib, and that is to make the hood
sit completely flush, because without those,
it would sit a little too low.
The corner was lifting.
Oh, the corner was lifting.
Okay, yeah.
Well, I mean, you'd think that doing this
would make it go higher, right?
Right.
But it did the opposite.
It actually brought the hood down.
Right, because it actually dropped the front down.
So this rib dropped this side of the hood down
so it'd sit flush, because before it was sitting too high,
but you would assume this would actually
raise the hood higher.
Yeah.
So it's counterintuitive sometimes to,
I guess, idiots like me.
Not to Chaz, not to these guys,
but yeah, that is kind of sort of crazy,
and these are the little things
that are hard to showcase on camera,
and building this thing doesn't take
like five minutes.
This takes a lot of little time
just to get it perfectly so that it sits perfectly,
and that's really the goal of this car.
At the end of the day, this, if it was a clean title,
is a $400,000 Ferrari,
and we want it to look like a $400,000 Ferrari,
so there's just so much extra little work,
and that takes time.
Another detail that you guys wouldn't notice
unless I pointed it out,
so that is like the factory bracket,
and when I say factory, the Duke Dynamics bracket,
but over on this side,
none of those brackets really lined up,
and I didn't show you guys that.
Getting this fender to fit on
when I brought it over to Chaz was a disaster,
and nothing fit at all,
but you can see these custom brackets
that Chaz had to make there, there, and there,
and you got all these different little pie cuts as well.
You can see this front fender had to be cut as well.
Obviously, that's gonna be glued,
but these little brackets,
they take so much time and energy to make.
It's a labor of love.
This is a very, very important process
that if you guys see this car in person,
it's gonna look perfect.
On camera, you would never notice,
but I wanna display this car.
Obviously, if car shows in the future,
maybe SEMA, maybe?
Here on the back half of the car,
we're trying to figure out
kind of like the last minute little details.
You can see these little slits right here,
and I don't know if you can tell,
but there is daylight there.
We're actually gonna open that up just a little bit more,
maybe like half a centimeter,
and then this piece we're trying to figure out,
do we paint this little inlet black,
do we cut it out, put like a mesh behind it,
or do we just body paint all of these?
And then along the same line up here,
you can see these slits,
they're just not quite open enough,
so we're gonna open those up a little bit more.
Lighting's a little bit tough.
You can see more on this side.
We gotta open these up ever so slightly,
and then I think we're gonna body paint these for sure,
because you can see the exposed carbon right there.
We're actually just gonna paint.
Okay, got rid of the pink.
That looks crazy, actually.
I think it looks pretty cool,
like the lippy, the silver.
Yeah.
I don't know, I like it.
I dig it, and that's obviously an A12 Superfast.
This obviously has the comp knockoff wide body,
is that what we're calling it, a knockoff?
It's kind of like a replica.
Are we fakes, are we cheating?
You're the team mover.
Oh, hey, the team move version.
Copy Tishione.
Yes.
He's not even a dad.
The dad jokes.
The comedian that is me.
Yeah, the comedian.
We were just pointing out, though,
how much we love this line right here.
It looks like a massive dinner plate.
That silver to black fade is cool.
I think it looks really nice.
And the red interior would look really, really nice.
It would work with that,
because that's one of the concerns.
A full red interior.
You guys kind of,
you kind of remember the full red interior right there.
So whatever we paint the car has got to work with that,
unless we want to redo the interior,
but then the budget goes way up,
and the budget is, the budget's cooked.
The budget's already cooked.
You say you hate the spec,
but you're both matching the spec perfectly.
You got the blue pants, you got the brown shoes,
you got the silver jacket.
And you're wearing a pink, oh, there's no,
well, there's pink wheels on.
Yeah, pink wheels.
I'm just saying, you're just acting for the camera.
This is your dream spec right here.
Did we just leave it like this?
And you got a gray shirt that matches the carbon.
You're manifesting your favorite thing.
Yes, manifestation destiny.
I'm excited.
You know when you have this idea and this vision,
and then it starts to come to reality,
and there's a lot of different things
that still got to happen,
but my imagination is good.
This is going to go hard.
This car's going to be crazy.
I feel like it's going to be one of those,
like, iconic cars on your channel.
It is, yep.
Like the Aventador, the Gladiator.
Well, and that's why whatever paint scheme we do,
it's got to be bold.
It's got to be me.
And side skirt on, just like that, as easy as could be.
That really accentuates how wide this thing
is going to be soapy.
That's sick.
That's crazy what a difference that does right there.
Wow.
I think that pretty much sums it up
on the Michael B. Jordan A12 Superfast.
If Michael B. Jordan is watching this video,
Iroh, or you think he loves it?
Iroh.
Iroh, what?
He's classy, right?
He was Creed, and he was in Black Panther.
He's very classy.
I think this is a very dark point in his life.
Yes.
I think you're blocked.
I don't think you're on his recommendation on any platform.
Enjoy this view.
The next time you guys see this car,
she's going to be headed off to paint.
Before we leave, I just realized
we have not gotten Sophia's on-camera reaction
to the new wheels.
Okay, okay, okay.
What do you think?
That laugh.
I just, they just look like the other ones.
Allegedly.
This is allegedly Michael B. Jordan's car.
It was registered with him.
Who knows who was driving it?
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Allegedly.
Who knows?
A very fit male was running from the scene.
It could have been him.
Hey, hey, hey.
A lot of you guys are probably a little confused
because those wheels used to look like these wheels,
and we got these ones repowder coated
trying to match the interior.
That didn't work.
So it's like the old school powder coating
with the new school,
but I actually like this a lot better.
And you will see the wheels are very, very similar,
but not similar.
So Sophia just suggested we pay Nate in Texas Roadhouse.
Trevor, can you confirm that's okay?
100%.
Okay.
That's how he pays me.
100%.
I love it.
Could you imagine being the guy who owns the Kia
and you come back at 2 a.m. and somebody hit your car?
I'd be like, yes, thank you.
I don't have to drive a Kia Soul anymore.
Right?
It's payback for history.
They got one on us.
We got one on them.
Anyways, on that bombshell, enjoy this view.
Next time we see it, it'll be at paint.
