Hollywood's laughing stock !!

If you celebrated Christmas yesterday like I did, I hope you had a good time. And if you're celebrating today like they do here in America, I hope also you're having a good time. And if you're not celebrating any of that, I hope you're having a great Thursday. So I wanted to jump on here quickly because there were a lot of things that were filed a couple of days ago and since I took yesterday off, I wanted to update you on what's going on right now. It's so ridiculous you guys. If you followed my last couple of videos where I talked about, amongst other things, these new articles that Blake Lively's team has planted in the media, insinuating that there's been some really inappropriate questioning going on from Baldoni's lawyers, well now we know the truth and the judge has ruled and this will make your day. Also attached to that is a letter from Kevin Fritz, one of our favorite attorneys on the Baldoni's team, and he is putting Blake's team in their place and letting us know what really happened here. And Hollywood has spoken again and it's not in Blake Lively's favor. They are making her into a laughingstock and we have to talk about this wonderful article in People Magazine where a source for Blake Lively is explaining to us that she's focusing on her children and on Christmas right now and a little bit on her haircare brand as well. Let's get into it. I've spoken about this media stunt that Blake Lively's did earlier this week. It started in Variety when they published this story that made it seem like Justin Baldoni's attorney had asked Blake Lively really inappropriate questions and they were even saying because of this, they had to implement this grape rule, meaning I had to put a G in front there because YouTube doesn't like that word, but meaning that everyone was like oh my god they've been really asking her so many questions about her personal intimate life and this isn't heard of. All of this started with a letter that Blake Lively's attorneys sent to the judge asking him to sanction the Wayfair parties. This is something they keep doing. I think this is the 10th time they're asking the judge for sanctions and they were saying they interrupted us in depositions, they're acting like bullies and then they're asking these inappropriate questions. One of the things that they mentioned that got picked up a lot on is this expert witness called Nicole Alexander and I spoke about her and I thought that Nicole Alexander was some kind of psychologist and body image expert because that's what I read online, but that's wrong. She's an expert in digital ecosystems and AI-mediated brand perception and online reputation analysis. So why would she get asked about Blake Lively's intimate life makes no sense and she didn't get asked any of those questions because now the Wayfair parties have attached her entire deposition and there's no such questions in there. So what actually happened here is that Blake Lively's team said those questions are off limits but they never happened. This is so shady. Don't you think Blake Lively's team would have attached examples of those questions of what they thought? Hey judge look at this, they asked this, isn't this inappropriate? They didn't attach anything and they can't point to anything and that is what Kevin Fridge is pointing out in this letter. So basically this witness was called in to analyze whether the backlash against Blake Lively was organic or not and she concluded that it was a hundred percent organic and of course Blake Lively's team doesn't like that. So that's why they started arguing and they're saying to the judge hey we need more time with this witness because we were interrupted so much. So they're basically saying that they didn't get the evidence that they needed because Baldoni's attorneys were interrupting. So now the judge has ruled and it's not in Blake Lively's favor although he is giving them a little bit of what they want. He is saying that they can get an extra hour with this witness and that Baldoni's team has to pay for that one hour. I bet they spend a lot more money on attorneys to actually write these motions for sanctions than they actually getting from this one hour but anyways no sanctions on Brian Friedman or on Kevin Fridge here but the judge is saying please stop interrupting each other in the depositions and as we know now discovery is over but Blake Lively's team will get one more hour to try and convince this witness that the smear campaign was not organic. Anyways as far as we know now there has been no depositions, no witnesses, no one has ever been asked any questions that this article in Variety is insinuating that has been asked. So this was all a big PR stunt and that's exactly what Kevin Fridge is saying in this letter. He's saying that Ms. Lively submitted to the court only 35 pages from Ms. Alexander's deposition transcript, a mere 10% thereof, presumably to create a false narrative. Oh yes she did. And he continues to say the motion seemingly was filed solely to generate inflammatory headlines and falsely besmirch the character of the Wayfair parties. And he also points out what we've been talking about here the whole time. The only ongoing matter is Ms. Lively's use of the issue at hand. Yeah that's what she keeps doing here of course because she doesn't have any evidence. She needs to make a lot of locomotions so we forget that she doesn't have any evidence and we think wow the Wayfair parties are such bad guys. Also Kevin Fridge is pointing out that Blake Lively's teams are the ones interrupting them and he's saying here examples of improper speaking objections are those made by Ms. Lively's counsel at the deposition of non-party Jenny Slates. Of course we can't see Jenny Slate's deposition yet but I'm dying to see that. I'm guessing she was deposed for about seven hours as well. I don't know if they only talked about her leather pants for seven hours because that's the only accusation she had against Justin Baldoni but I'm sure as a lot of the other evidence is going to get unsealed in just a couple of weeks we are going to see that as well. Okay and I have to read a little bit from what Blake Lively's team filed here because this is a conversation between the attorneys. As I said the other day this is like kindergarten and here's another episode from the kindergarten with the attorneys arguing with each other. Lively's attorney is saying are you following your counsel's instruction not to answer and Ms. Alexander is saying yes and then she asks again well you mentioned and then Mr. Fritz interrupts her and he's saying just going forward she's always going to follow my instructions not to answer so and then Ms. Governsky is saying can you articulate your basis for instructing her not to answer and then Mr. Friedman jumps in and he's saying can we stop with these speaking objections and then Mr. Fritz is saying sorry I didn't know who that is and Mr. Friedman is saying that's Brian Friedman. Ms. Governsky is saying it's my deposition and Mr. Friedman says yeah that's right and you're you're improperly handling it and you don't know what you're doing or how to practice law so stop with your speaking objections and Ms. Governsky is saying counsel please mute Mr. Friedman who has not entered an appearance in this deposition and I'm not giving speaking objections you're instructing your own counsel not to give speaking objections it's my deposition and then Mr. Friedman is saying no you're the one giving speaking objections as your mouth is moving right now I just find it so interesting that this behavior occurs in these kind of depositions that the attorneys are speaking to each other this way I think this is a toxic work environment to be honest but anyways I just wanted to read a little bit from that so you guys know what's going on in court and what these guys are arguing about at this point okay so let's get to they made a list of 2025's biggest losers and biggest winners and guess who's on the loser list well they put both Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni there but I'm guessing they just don't want to pick a side here because as you know Justin Baldoni didn't have a choice I mean Justin couldn't say hey please don't sue me I don't want part of it he was forced into this and that's what we have to remember he wasn't forced to suing her back for defamation but he chose that at the time because he thought it was so important to get his side of the story out as quickly as possible and I'm so glad he did that but as we know that lawsuit was tossed out because the judge said you can't sue Blake Lively because she sued you for sh and retaliation which by this law doesn't allow you to sue her back he didn't look at any of the evidence he didn't rule on the lawsuit itself he just ruled on the law saying you're actually not allowed to file this lawsuit but it allowed us to see the real picture here and for the truth to come out anyway back to the Hollywood Reporter this is what they're saying these two pointing at Justin and Blake sure weren't boring but they were and somehow still are locked in mutually assured destruction it's like watching a social and legal death spiral where everybody who gets sucked into these two people's orbits ended up looking worse and nobody has actually gained anything I don't agree that everyone who gets dragged into this gets looks worse but the people who get dragged into it on Blake Lively's side definitely looks worse and they continue to say that nobody has actually gained anything except for the lawyers and those of us texting popcorn emojis every time another story broke out about their feud how bad it was question mark it ends with us author Colleen Hoover recently said she's now embarrassed by her own book so what does this tell us it tells us that no one in Hollywood believes Blake Lively's claims if they believed that she was traumatized by the way Justin Baloney treated her on that set they wouldn't say that people texted popcorn emojis every time another story broke this I think for Ryan Reynolds especially is not a great Christmas gift because now he knows people are mocking his wife she's become the laughingstock of Hollywood and he is married to her and as you know this has really hurt Ryan Reynolds reputation as well as he's one of the main characters here yeah it doesn't look good for Blake Lively and I'm betting her Christmas this year is not as good as it was last year a source told me that her sister and her husband are going to celebrate Christmas with Blake and Ryan anyway they got disinvited and then they got invited again so now all of them are looking forward to spending Christmas together and of course People magazine had to make another reputational buffer piece and this time they're using an exclusive source it says here that Blake Lively is focused I don't know why they put that like this on holidays not Justin Baldoni's legal battle right now it's all about the kids and family time for the actress not the litigation a source tells People I can assure you that Blake and Ryan are terrified right now they know that there is a bomb waiting for them in the new year when all of this evidence is getting unsealed and I think if Blake Lively wanted to focus on her children she should have thought about that a long time ago before she filed these lawsuits because this is not only affecting her and her husband it's of course affecting her children as well I can imagine how much yelling and screaming has been going on in their household since this happens anyways this story continues here saying that Blake Lively is trying not to think about her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni she's trying not to think about it okay the actress who shares four kids with husband Ryan Reynolds is staying focused on the present as she heads into the holiday prioritizing time remember she's just like us and really relatable and she has really good values because she values family and her kids and it's Christmas so we have to be nice to each other while she continues to balance work including promoting her hairline yes never forget Blake Brown even during Christmas we have to mention Blake Brown her mindset right now is about being a mom and creating a special Christmas for her kids the source adds anything beyond this is something she plans to take on when time comes her mentality is very much next year is next year right now it's all about the kids and family time if she actually thought that family and family time is important she would never have filed that lawsuit before Christmas last year because she knew she probably met Justin Baldoni's kids she probably met Jamie Heath's kids and still she chose to do what she did before Christmas last year to make sure that everyone that she sued would have a horrible horrible Christmas anyways thank you guys so for responding to my community post I was asking you guys if you could help me remember all the public backlash 100% organic backlash that Blake Lively received in 2025 a lot of you guys pointed out things that happened before but I wanted to see what has she done this year that backfired on her 100% organically and there is a lot so I'm going to make an episode about that I also have other interesting fun episodes planned for
