these pink and orange meters are different This is collect-on-delivery meaning the recipient pays upon receipt The person sending the item normally pays the shipping fee For example if I send you all a gift I pay the shipping But with this collect-on -delivery option the recipient pays upon receipt That's why when I write down your addresses using collect-on-delivery shipping the postage cost you pay is exactly what this collect-on-delivery system is all about For example one common use is when sending luggage from a hotel to one's home using a service where payment is made upon receipt after arriving home I just asked a staff member to arrange this I'd like to record a conversation about asking someone to lend me something over the phone — you can say something like that if you'd like I'd
