Buckingham Palace Through Time (1632-2025)

I speak now from my home and from my heart to you all. The evil which we strove unceasingly and with all honesty of purpose to avert fell upon us. Let us welcome to our shores of the many members of our British Commonwealth and all the visitors from other lands. And for the years I may by God's grace and mercy be given to reign and serve you as your queen. Of which we share is our belief in freedom. Work in an increasingly complex and demanding world where events and developments can and do take place at remarkable speed. I am determined with God's help and with yours to follow that inspiring example.
