Jana Duggar Welcomes Her First Baby At Age 36! All The Adorable Details Inside!

Jana Duggar-Wissman has announced that she and her husband Stephen welcomed a baby boy on December 30th. On a social media post Jana wrote Archie Gerald Wissman arrived on December 30th 2025. We're soaking in these early days full of love, wonder, so much gratitude. We took some time to settle in our new rhythm before sharing the sweet news. Now obviously this is going to be a big adjustment for her going from the single life, no kids, no responsibility to boom a baby at 35 years old. Yes she has had literally decades of experience with babies as she was kind of a sister mom to her younger siblings. They have been very vocal about that. Her mom Michelle had 19 kids. Do you really think she was able to mother all 19 kids appropriately on her own? No. Jana and her sisters Jill, Jessa, and Ginger all had major roles to play in the family. They were broken off into teams and each team had a leader who was the older sister. And the team players were the little ones they had to take care of including brushing their teeth, getting them dressed, and keeping up with them while they were out and about. And they were still kids themselves might I add. I'm actually very surprised that Jana announced the birth of her son at all. He seemed to be more on the private side. For the ones that don't know her husband, Steven is the brother of her sister-in-law Hannah who is married to Jeremiah, Jana's brother. And that's a twin to Jedidiah. Jedidiah has the first set of twins in the family. Jana's twin John David is expecting a baby very soon with his wife Abby. Oh my goodness that just sounds like a lot.
