Hello everyone Welcome to my channel
Today I'm going to show you how we use it
First we'll conjugate two very common Russian verbs
The first is the first conjugation and the second is the second conjugation
So essentially nearly all Russian verbs are conjugated following these two patterns
These two verbs—first conjugation and second conjugation So a
first conjugation verb and a second conjugation verb
Master these two verbs and you'll be able to conjugate nearly all Russian verbs
Then I'll place these verbs in context and demonstrate
the Russian present tense or Russian perfect
tense or Russian continuous tense—these are all essentially one tense in the Russian language
So let's begin First conjugation The verbs
are ЧИТАТЬ and the second one is ГОВОРИТЬ
To read and
to speak READ SPEAK
Learn these verbs and you'll be able to conjugate nearly all Russian verbs
First conjugation I read
I read
You are reading
So this is the end I am reading
This is the end The end is you for the first person
You are reading
The ending is -reads
You read
He she reads
He she reads
He she is reading
ET is the ending for он она he she
We are reading
EM is the
ending for we We read You read
ЕТЕ is the formal or plural form of "you" in Russian
And the last one is Они ЧИТАЮТ
They read Они ЧИТАЮТ
Sorry it's not A it's I
They read
And the ending is YT
So memorize these endings
Yoo
Eat
ET
EM
ETE
Okay like that
So these are the endings for
the first conjugation verbs
Another verb is second conjugation is TO SPEAK
I am speaking
And the ending ГОВОРЮ is Ю
I say
The ending is
Ю You speak
And the ending
is -ISH You speak
The ending is -
ISH He she speaks
And the ending is IT
SAYS
The ending is IT
WE SAY
The ending is IM
We speak
You speak
The ending is ITE
They speak
The end is AT
So first-conjugation verbs second-conjugation verbs
These are the endings used to conjugate these verbs
Now let's place these verbs and their conjugation in context
and we will use the present tense in Russian
All variations of the present tense in English
correspond to just one present tense in Russian
So for example number one
I love reading
I love reading
I love reading
This is a present tense in Russian language
I love even if it's in general I love reading
I love reading
We use the
present tense here
Number two
Are you reading the news
It could happen right now
It might be happening right now
Are you reading the news
Are you reading the news right now
Reading the news
But we still use the present
tense simple present tense
Are you reading the
news Or do you usually read news in general
The same sentence we use the same present tense
Are you reading the news
Next number three
She is reading an article
She is reading
the article
The end is not yet She is reading
an article It is
happening right now
Every evening she reads
She is reading an article
It's happening right now in this moment
She is reading an article
Next the following example
We read every day
We read every day
If we do not continue it
will mean we are not reading
We are doing it right now
But we'll add it every day
We read every day
Nothing will change here
We read every day
Alright next
Do you read gossip
Do you read gossip
Like in general Are
you reading the
gossip news right now
You'reading gossip
Nothing
will change
So the context
doesn 't matter Well then
The last one for the verb ЧИТАТЬ is
They are reading the letters
They are reading
letters right now
or they read them in general—it doesn't
matter One tense in the
Russian language
They read letters
Next
Let's continue with the verb TO TALK
To speak
TO SPEAK
Number seven is I am telling
the truth
It means I'm telling the truth
I'm saying the truth It could
be happening right now or in
general I always
tell the truth
I always tell the truth
I speak the truth
Number 8
I am saying
Memorize this ending 8 is
He is on the phone
He's talking on the phone
He's on the phone
It's happening right now
Or for example if were to add
here he often speaks on the phone
He often talks on the phone
Nothing will happen to the verb
It will remain the same
The same tense
He talks on the phone
9

Do you speak
English Do you speak
English in general
or right now in this moment

Let's go with Spanish
In Spanish
It can be a statement or a question
The Russian language will remain unchanged
She speaks Spanish
Does she speak Spanish
Or just a statement
She speaks Spanish
She speaks Spanish
And the same applies
to the present tense
Present continuous
She is speaking right now
Or she speaks general Spanish
And twelve

For example they speak Chinese
