So one image that became sort of an iconic symbol of the Iran protest was this one.
So Owen Schroer says, ask yourself why and who force fed a video of a radical feminist in Canada.
That's right.
It's a Canadian woman from three or four years ago now.
How time flies from 2022 into your timeline, making you think it was an Iranian woman in Iran.
Well, James Lee gives a hint there.
Israeli flag.
And actually, one of the only outlets that actually reported on this in article form
is I-24, an Israeli-based outlet.
Young women lighting up with Khomeini's photo become the instant icons of Iranian resistance.
A series of viral videos on X and other platforms saw young Iranian women
using the photo of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khomeini
to light up their cigarettes in a gesture of ultimate contempt and defiance for the Islamic
regime. The images have instantly become iconic of the Iranian protest movement and the centrality
in it of young women. One of the most viral of the posts was confirmed to feature an Iranian
based in Toronto, Canada, a radical feminist who answered critics pointing out she was not
based in Iran by saying that, quote, the Islamic regime failed to silence me in Iran for years.
Despite torture, humiliation and threats.
Now, by labeling me a Zionist and exploiting the fact that after years of struggle,
I was forced to flee my country because my life was threatened by the Islamic regime.
Are you attempting to complete what the regime itself could not?
The message was endorsed by France's collectif Nemesis, a right wing feminist group.
Wow. Right wing French feminists.
Those are some complicated armpits on those women.
I don't even want to guess what they look like.
This is a great example of a psyop, because obviously this was put together by it must
have been put together by some sort of PR company or something, you know, to go get
images from years ago. And sure, of course. Yeah.
But but it's it's it's a really meaningful example because it has to do with cigarettes,
which were kind of the first it was the first manipulative marketing campaign,
apparently, was to convince women to start smoking in the early 1900s, late 1800s.
And apparently, Edward Bernays had some had some
input into it or came up with it or something. You know, these these campaigns basically
telling women that, you know, the cigarette can be an extension of your dick since you
don't have one. And right. And so those were the first like manipulative,
as opposed to just straightforward like this soap works really well.
It was the first manipulative ad campaign. So here you go. Still using the cigarette.
Yeah. Manipulate the masses.
That's right. That's right. Those are the the torches of freedom.
So, you know, who buys this hook, line and sinker and amplifies it? J.K. Rowling,
if you claim to support human rights, you can't bring yourself to show
solidarity with those fighting for their liberty in Iran.
You've revealed yourself. You don't give a damn about people being oppressed and
brutalized so long as it's being done by the enemies of your enemies.
Max Blumenthal writes a billionaire fiction writer, tweets an A.I.
rendering of a photo of a monarchist fanatic in Canada.
I'll add a billionaire children's fiction writer.
She writes children's books. She's a big, big genius.
Oh, it's brilliant. Yeah. ------- Three Little Pigs is brilliant, right?
Little Red Riding Hood is brilliant. It's a clever idea.
The wolf eats the grandmother, he dresses up as the grandmother, tricks the girl.
Oh, she's a genius because Harry Potter.
They're kids books. They're nice books.
I know. I know. They're lovely books, but it's a nice book.
They're children's books.
It used to make me angry where you'd see people just like they got all 47 of them
up on their shelf. And it's like it's like you're you're not a child anymore.
Like they're ******* children's books.
But when I started dating my wife, she had never read them.
She started reading them. She got hooked on them.
So now the movies would come on and it's just I don't understand.
Like they're nice books.
They're kids books. The thing about Harry Potter is
the only thing interesting about him is that he's a wizard.
He has no other qualities that make him.
He's not interesting in order for it to be like if if that were
if that book were relatable to adults, in my opinion,
he'd have other qualities that make him an interesting character.
If the only thing that makes your character interesting is that you're a wizard.
Well, that's a book for a child.
They're nice books. They're kids. Anyway, we're going to get.
No, I think we should dig into this for a while.
He's also quite good at riding a broom. I think that's really important.
It was amazing that the night before the last book came out, I think it was 2007.
I was doing some video work for a solar car race,
a cross-country solar car race that happened to be going through this.
Like, I mean, you talk about an ultra conservative,
deep south town of Houston, Mississippi.
I mean, this is everything like storybook,
like guys selling watermelons out of the back of pickup trucks.
Every business is named after Jesus Christ.
And, you know, there's controversy around that book because it was pagan or whatever.
Even in that town, people were lined up at Walmart to get that ******* book.
Even in that town, that book was a huge hit.
I mean, an unbelievable sensation.
For what? I don't know. I mean, they're nice books.
You don't think there's any level of infantilization
of the U.S. populace going on at all, right?
You're right, exactly. Exactly.
It seems that way to me.
Anyway, Blumenthal goes on.
A billionaire fiction writer tweets an A.I.
rendering of a photo of a monarchist fanatic in Canada.
It is then algorithmically astroturfed,
that's the key, by the ultra Zionist defense contractor who owns this site.
Yes, Elon Musk.
A perfect symbol of the current round of Iran regime change psyops.
Yes, that's right.
Elon did boost this by responding to it.
True.
The Mises Caucus says,
No, everything about this post is fake.
The picture is old from Canada.
The text is regime change war propaganda.
And nothing has been worse for human rights this millennium
than the U.S. empire's foreign policy.
No more war with Iran.
So I wrote,
Why don't you go write Harry Potter and the curse of the woman's prostate
or whatever ******* stupid bullshit you're made famous for?
And she seems out of her element here.
Nico House had a great video on this.
We'll play a couple minutes of it and then we'll talk more.
Why is J.K. Rowling posting fake A.I. pictures
claiming that there is some large feminist movement against the Iranian government?
J.K. Rowling tweeted out this picture saying that if you claim to support human rights,
you can't bring yourself to support and show solidarity
with those fighting for their liberty in Iran.
You've revealed yourself.
You don't give a damn about the people being oppressed and brutalized
so long as it's being done by the enemies of your enemies.
Irony abounds.
So clearly J.K. Rowling is high off of that good stuff she was hufflepuffing
because how can she put out a tweet like this
when J.K. Rowling has had absolutely zero to say about what Israel is doing in Palestine?
Nothing whatsoever.
And yet she all of a sudden cares about human rights that are allegedly being violated in Iran.
Now she, like many others, has used this picture as if it is a woman in Iran
that is smoking and burning the picture of Khamenei in protest,
except for this woman doesn't live in Iran.
It's not even from this week.
And she lives in Canada and she's a Zionist and anti-Palestine.
Now, why would she have to use this particular image
to make a fake AI photo claiming that there's a massive feminist revolution?
Well, it might have something to do with the fact that the majority of the protests
that are happening in Iran are pro-government protests.
And they're probably not out in the streets protesting that they're being
forced to wear a hijab because, well, if you look here, there's a Syrian girl.
In Iran, in Tehran, in the mall, she's not wearing a hijab.
Oh, interestingly enough, her friend isn't wearing a hijab.
In fact, if you look in the background there, yeah, they're not wearing hijabs either.
And no one is getting beat.
No one is getting arrested.
And I'm not saying that it's not a theocratic government,
but a theocratic government does not necessarily automatically mean
that there are somehow some unique human rights violations being made
as compared to these Western Christian governments.
But what's disgusting, honestly, is the way that X, Elon's platform, has boosted this tweet.
Three hundred and thirty six million likes by my last count.
Yeah, exactly. And that that to me is the big story.
I mean, with Rowling, it's it's just it to me, if I were a billionaire
and the only two issues I cared to speak out on were, you know, about the
trans issues and regime change propaganda.
I mean, I just can't imagine, you know, having those things be my top priorities.
If I had the capital, she had.
But the other story here is the boosting.
Go ahead.
Well, she just doesn't know enough about Gaza yet to speak on it.
OK, right.
Doing a little bit of research.
Give her some time.
I mean, not everybody can just have it ready to go like that.
Yeah, I know.
I know.
Maybe I'm being a little bit hard on her there.
But what Nico says there about the boosting that echoes what Max says,
and it's absolutely true.
I mean, look at how that was all over the place.
You could barely find you compare.
Now you're telling me that this tweet from the Cuban president wasn't a newsworthy tweet
that barely got this got 3000 views.
Another retweet of it got 15000 views.
Like you're telling me there's no suppression of that and there's no boosting of that.
You're telling me that what we're seeing on these feeds are not
manipulated to an enormous extent, to an enormous extent.
I mean, obviously, if it bleeds, it leads.
Right.
I mean, just there's a natural tendency towards sensationalism and imagery and graphics.
But I'm sorry, like the the the gulf between the reach that regime change propaganda and
Western propaganda is able to penetrate the discourse on X is just insane.
It's outrageous.
This was everywhere.
You're forgetting that there has never been a hot woman lighting a cigarette
off a burning photo of Donald Trump.
It just doesn't exist.
I'm sure if anyone would ever do that, I'm sure Elon Musk would just elevate it to the moon.
Exactly.
Just crazy.
I like that.
I like that video you showed of the where the photo came from, because she's like looking
for advice on how best to angle the cigarette goes like.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, you just talk about the dumbing down of of the population through these kinds of
techniques.
I mean, you've been doing this a lot longer than I have.
Have you noticed a difference in the ability for these these psyops to work?
Because it seems like they're lazier than ever, yet more effective than ever.
You know, seems like they've stopped trying and they've gotten more successful.
That must be in the areas that the people have just gotten dumber.
I mean, I don't know.
I mean, as you know, the bots are getting better.
It's getting a little harder to tell their bots than than it used to be.
They don't all say the same thing anymore.
So, yeah, a lot of these things are being being propped up by these are true bot armies.
It's not it used to be one of those things.
Everything that you hear a friend saying and you're like, dude, put on the tinfoil hat,
you're out of your mind, give it three years and it'll be the norm.
Right.
You know, like you go back five years or 10 years ago and your friend was like,
dude, they can track us through our phones.
And you're like, stop smoking that ----.
And now someone says, dude, they're tracking us through our phones.
You're like, yeah, of course they are.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
You just give it time.
But yeah, yeah, these things are just elevated like at a crazy level.
And and, you know, hopefully people are getting savvy to this ----.
But I think a lot of people still most Americans probably still believe a video they see
instantly.
I was talking to Richard Wolff recently.
He's apparently got just loads of fake versions of him saying they have him saying stuff.
And people believe it's him.
And they're fighting he and he and, you know, his tiny staff are fighting this on YouTube,
like on a daily.
It's a daily effort to stop these videos of Richard Wolff saying ---- he didn't say.
So, yeah, it's getting it's getting good.
Well, that's crazy, because, you know, you would think, OK, well,
you know, a lot of these A.I.
programs will not impersonate, you know, famous people for that reason,
because they don't want them to be represented in that way.
But I guess if you're if you're at like the Richard Wolff level of notoriety,
that's kind of like you're the perfect target for the A.I.
bots because you're you're not famous enough for the program to know,
you know, that you're off limits the way, like if you try and create like stuff with.
Oh, right.
It's a lot harder, but they don't know you're off limits.
But at the same time, you have enough influence where people can be tricked in that way.
Yeah, because I'll use I'll use some A.I.
joke images on unredacted tonight sometimes.
And if I type in like, you know, Donald Trump falling over or whatever, it'll give me that.
But sometimes it'll cut off.
I'm just like Donald Trump frothing at the mouth.
And they're like, oh, that sounds dangerous.
Yeah, no, it's too.
Yeah, exactly.
Why is that dangerous?
It's too much.
Yeah, they do censor you around like important figures.
But I guess Richard Wolff is small enough where they don't care,
but big enough where you could still influence people through that kind of trickery.
Please clap.
