Now did you know that you can make a collagen cream at home with zero oil, zero chemical,
all from natural ingredients that you can find in your kitchen. Now if you have oily skin,
acne prone skin, if you're looking to tighten and firm the skin, if you're looking for glass-like
skin, if you're looking for glowing skin, this recipe is for you. Hi everyone, welcome back to
my channel and welcome to today's video. In today's video, I am going to be making an oil-free
collagen cream for you, a natural collagen cream that you can whip up in the comfort of your home.
Now this cream is loaded with ingredients that are known to tighten and firm the skin,
that are known to protect the skin, that are known to give you glass-like skin. It is lightweight,
is perfect for the winter months and it is just great for anyone that is looking for a boots
in their skincare routine, for anyone that is looking for that natural plumper, firmer looking
skin. So here I have the collagen cream and today I'm just going to demonstrate it really really
quick for you. I am going to use it on half a side of my face and I'm just taking a little bit
and when I use collagen cream, I like to just apply it in my laugh line to start with.
I'm only applying it on half a side of my face for you to see how effective this is when you
apply it on your skin. So I'm just taking just a bit and I am just rubbing it in like I'm showing
you here. Once I do that and I take it as close as possible under my eyes and take a look at that
this also not only is giving you this nice dewy look to the skin guys but it is also filling in
all the little fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. Now once I apply it on my skin, look at that
glass-like appearance guys. Now once I apply it on my skin, I'm letting it dry on my skin,
half a side of my face guys. I could feel the tightening sensation on my skin already. I just
love this and take a look guys. You let it sit on the skin for a few. Now we are going to compare
side and take a look. This is the side that I applied it on and this is the side that I didn't.
You can clearly see it's almost like I get a little Botox in this side of my face. Look at
just a plump up my cheekbones. Look at my laugh line that I just applied it in guys. This is such
an amazing natural remedy that you can try at home. Look at that guys and not only that right
now I'm feeling the tightness on my skin. This is it right here. Now if you're interested to see
how I made this guys, do not click off because of course you want this recipe. So what I'm going to
do, I'm going to share the full detailed recipe with you before I jump in the kitchen guys. If
you have not yet subscribed, look at that. If you have not yet subscribed to the channel, what are
you waiting for? Go ahead and hit that subscribe button guys. Oh the tightness on my skin. And
while you're at it, click on that bell icon so each time I post a video you will get a notification
right away. Now we have our own skincare line if you're new here. It's Chichi Beauty skincare and
you can find us on alexmaxie.com. However, I am going to tag some products right where you're
going to see that little I'm back. You can click on it and it's going to take you to our store. Now
now guys I know you can't wait. Let's jump in the kitchen. Amazing. You know what? Let me balance it
out while we are jumping in the kitchen and whipping this up. So I'm going to be using some
gelatin and I'm going to use a half a pack. Now gelatin is made from collagen usually from animal
bones and connective tissue. When we eat gelatin our body break it down into amino acid and that
are used to build new collagen. Gelatin is rich in glycine and proline, two key amino acid that
your skin need to produce collagen. So we're going to use the gelatin and let's just put a
little in our hands and bring it up close for you to see what it's like. It's in powdered form but
you could feel the granules there. So what we're going to do we're going to activate it. So let's
pour it out and we're using about a teaspoon of the gelatin. Pour this in. Just use everything in
a teaspoon of gelatin. This is it right here. Now to activate it we're going to use some hot water
making sure it's to boiling point and here we have a tablespoon of the hot water and we're
going to just work really really fast with it since it's going to get a real gel like consistency.
One tablespoon of hot water and we're mixing this well totally diluting the gelatin and
we're using unflavored gelatin. I know a lot of you might have some jello at home but that
have flavor and coloring so you do not want that. You want the plain gelatin like the one I have
here. Plain gelatin. Now once this is done we're going to set this aside to cool down a little.
Set it aside and what we're going to do we're going to work on the other ingredient.
Now I have two ingredients here. One is a fresh aloe vera gel and the other one is the store-bought
aloe vera gel. You can choose to use the fresh aloe vera gel or you can choose to use the store-bought
aloe vera gel. It doesn't matter which one you use however if you use a fresh one it has a shorter
shelf life than the store-bought. Today I'm just going to use the store-bought to make things
easier but go ahead and use a fresh one if that's what you have. So now we are just going to pump it
that's a teaspoon not a teaspoon and this is one tablespoon of the aloe vera gel.
We're just going to mix it. You can also choose to use the pink aloe vera gel. I'm just going to
put a teaspoon of this in it. Just use whatever you have and you can get these on our website
or click on the unbag. We're pinning them on the video. So now let's just mix the aloe vera gel
and we're mixing well. We're making a oil-free collagen cream moisturizer. Now once this is done
we're going to move on. We have some natural honey and it's a humectant. It has a lot of moisture
in the skin. Now when it comes on to the honey you got to be careful you don't want to use a
lot of the honey because it do get sticky. So I'm using about a half a teaspoon of the honey in this.
Today we're using raw honey. See just a little half a teaspoon of the honey. Adding the honey
to the aloe vera gel is really good for hydrating the skin and we're just mixing the honey into the
aloe vera gel. Natural collagen is what we're making right here with no oil. Amazing!
So just mix and mix well. Now if you have collagen powder at home you can also use that
and even if you have you know those with collagen powder that you could you know mix in water that
a lot of you might be taking you can use a little for this if you don't have the gelatin
but the gelatin is preferred. If you're vegan go ahead and use your regular
plant-based collagen powder. And now that we totally mixed in the aloe vera gel what we're
going to do we're going to use an optional ingredient and this is a vegetable glycerin.
Take a look at that. Now for this vegetable glycerin you can use it if you have it
if you don't have it you can always choose to leave it out. So we're not using a lot of this
either I'm just going to use about a teaspoon or so of the vegetable glycerin. We're pouring this in
and we're just gonna mix this in the aloe vera gel. We're mixing well so here in our bowl we have
aloe vera gel we have honey we have vegetable glycerin three ingredients this is quick and easy
collagen cream guys and now we're gonna reach back for our and look at this guys you can see
how jelly like this is this is our gelatin and we're just gonna pour it in and let me
measure because some people like the measurement one two this is a tablespoon of the gelatin so
one teaspoon of the powder and let's just really scrape everything out of this really scrape it
all right and now we're just gonna mix this in with the aloe vera gel honey and vegetable glycerin
and we are mixing well let me use my whisk in this to get it you know so I'm bringing out my
little whisk instead of the spoon I love this little whisk all right put this aside and now
we are just gonna whisk away a really quick and easy collagen cream mixing well now because I use
store-bought everything no need to store this in the refrigerator but of course you can if you
want to keep it nice and cool if you use a fresh aloe vera gel you better keep it in the refrigerator
and now look at this this is ready and I like to set this aside to infuse well let me get my
storage jar guys you want to make sure your jars are sterilized like really nice and clean now when
it comes on to collagen guys collagen tend to just help your skin to look plumper smoother
and more hydrated and I like to use collagen cream to like fill in my laugh lines and basically give
you a more youthful glow when used on a regular another thing that works well with collagen guys
is vitamin c so you can actually use this along with vitamin c or if you have any vitamin c drops
you can actually drop it in this and you know the aloe is just naturally oil free and just
basically protect your skin so let's go ahead and pour and look at the consistency guys look at that
so let's just pour it we're getting all every last drop out in our jar if you want to make more of
this all you have to simply do is just double up on the ingredient let's just clean up the edges
wipe the board clean wiping up the edges and this is it this is your natural collagen cream
that anyone can whip up in their kitchen and this is perfect if you have oily skin acne prone skin
or if you have lines and wrinkles on the skin if you're just looking to plump that skin up
you're looking for that natural youthful glow and you know you're looking for a collagen cream
that's not going to clog your pores this is it right here now everything that you use always
patch test before you apply it on your skin especially when you are using a diy and this is
it now as i said you can choose to store it on the countertop or you can choose to store it in
the refrigerator let me just patch test it right here for you look at that see that it's just going
to blend in the skin like that amazing not greasy at all water-based and once it's dry on the skin
you're going to feel that tightening sensation on the skin amazing preferably use at night guys
i like to use this one at night
