Perugia vs Trentino _ Highlights _ Italian Volleyball League 2026.

First sets, away we go. That's a good start as well. Jordi Ramon for Trentino in the white Perugia. And it's Trentino who get the first break point and then Spirtoli. Tease it up, Theo Four lets it fly. What a ball into Giannelli. Look at the senior players, look at Bela Barta and the way he's embracing young Alessandro Bristot. Just pump the brakes on that a little bit so Giannelli can tee it up. It's another block. This time it's Flavio. Set point. Wow. And the block by Barta wins the first set for Trentino. Totally dominated. Nobody has dominated them like this this season. Absolutely nobody. And interesting that it was a Bristot ace and a Bela Barta The whistle goes. Everyone's just about picked their jaws up off the floor. That's a nice touch. And a great start for Trentino. Surprise, surprise. This time it is Theo Four back on court. 1-1. Float service. Lorenzano receives. Spirtoli and put away by Flavio. 21-18. Great dig. This has to be a Trentino point. Looking less and less likely now. Well played. Bristot. Phenomenal from the young man. So Pessari has come in. Trentino up to 20. Good serve. Four. Saves the first set point. Perugia 24, Trentino 23. Bristot. For the set. Done. Perugia level. Starts the third set. Spirtoli gets his first touch. Enough swing, but great defense. Oh, somebody's got to play that ball. Free ball here for Perugia. Oh, wow. 3-0. Great start by Perugia. That's not even gone well for Theo Four. Four again. Not quite defended this time. Trentino really needed that. Oh, look at Barta with the footwork. Well played, Bela. But Botnitski on hand. Holding on by their fingertips. It's 24-14 at set point. Perugia for a 2-1 lead. Nice touch. Not nice enough to get the point though. Oh, decent block. So the first set point saved. Service error. Perugia, both sets. And unless something changes, I think it might be the final one. Jordi Ramon starts with a service error. Is there any belief left? Here's Botnitski. Oh, Botnitski, but what a save. Lorenzano in the crowd. It was a great serve. It's a great finish. 4-3, up off the net. Good side-out chance taken. Fast ball to the middle works. 4-5. Nice hands from Spirtoli. Tail four paints the corner. Now this is an interesting set now because Perugia are in charge. But if the level drops, Trentino have got enough quality on the court to manage that. They could be going five, and then who knows? Nice. 6-6, game on here. Oh, I don't know if they play like that, not for long. 9-8. Side-out required here to take us to Brooklyn. 9-9. 9-8. Side-out required here to take us to Brooklyn. 9-9. Pushed over. Five-point game. Free ball, Trentino scrambling. And Plonitzky finishing. Oh, where's that gone? It's gone in. Big. Such a good middle blocker, isn't he? Loz here. Not the biggest, just a... 17-24. A swing for victory. The young man's not done yet. He's been great tonight, hasn't he? Match point. Jordi Ramon sends it on its way. Couple of players taken out of the attack, but you only need one, and that one is Agustin Loz here. Perugia.
