If you love the smooth, refreshing,
less acidic taste of cold brew coffee,
then you're also going to love cold brew iced tea.
It's so easy to make.
I'm gonna show you the step-by-step process.
So let's get started.
You'll need large teabags for this recipe.
If you do wanna use regular size teabags,
you'll need three of those for every one of these.
So we've got four large iced teabags here
that we're gonna stick in our pitcher.
And then we're using cold filtered water
that we'll pour right in.
That's it.
Seriously, so easy.
So we're gonna pop the lid on here
and place it in the fridge.
Let it brew for around eight to 12 hours,
depending on how strong you like it.
And then it will be ready.
All right, the cold brew iced tea is ready.
Look at that color.
It's absolutely gorgeous.
So before we move on and enjoy it,
let's remove these teabags.
Just remove them, don't squeeze them,
because that could potentially result in bitter tea,
which we obviously do not want.
Add some lemon slices directly to the pitcher if you'd like.
Now it's already chilled,
so you don't have to serve it with ice,
but I love a little ice in my iced tea.
So I've got my glass of ice here.
Fill it up.
I'm dying to try this.
Look at that color.
It's so gorgeous.
You can tell it's a little lighter
because it's just been brewed
with that slow and cold process.
Let's give it a try.
It's so refreshing.
It's so smooth.
There's no acidity, no harsh tannins.
It's just absolutely delicious.
Make a batch of this for the next time
you want to enjoy it on a hot summer day.
I'll see you back here next week
for another meatless meal or drink
that everyone will love.
Until then, cheers and happy eating.
Mm, so good.
Should I pour it with the lid on or the lid off?
Here, here's ours.
Oh God, what am I gonna say?
Whatever, whatever happens.
