I took my wife to one of Helena’s most iconic spots — Lewis & Clark Brewery 🍕🍺
In this video, we walk through the brewery room by room, talk about the atmosphere, and then settle in with a large pizza and two beers. If you’re curious about Helena, Montana nightlife, local breweries, or what a casual date night looks like in Montana, this one’s for you.
Lewis & Clark Brewing Co. is a local favorite, and we wanted to capture the full experience — from the space itself to the food and drinks. Whether you’re visiting Helena, thinking about moving to Montana, or just enjoy brewery walkthroughs and laid-back couple content, thanks for coming along.

Now we are in a Lewis and Clark brewery. Yeah, and this brewery was established in 2002. It's
family-owned and I believe it's the largest brewery in Helena. Maybe in Montana, I'm not
sure, but definitely in Helena. So let's go check it out. Okay, here we go. Got the tanks there.
Lewis and Clark Brewing Company. They have a lot of things going on here. Yeah, oh yeah,
they got a gallery. Everything Montana. Not too big, but it's a place where you can drink beer
and have a pizza and look at some art, artwork. Very cool. All right, there's another room. Oh,
here's the bar. Here's the main bar. It's kind of the main area right here and they have a stage.
So there's live bands that play in the evenings, basically on the weekends. You can watch sports
here. You got upstairs. It's quite nice. Okay. What do you got here? Oh, it's a gift,
the gift store. So you can buy some t-shirts with their logos on it.
Oh, what is that? Like a big coaster. Oh, it's for like, for like the dinner table.
Yeah, got the glasses. You got hats. Definitely gift baskets, hoodies, thermoses.
Oh, 64 ounce growler, $50. Okay, cool. And you can buy beer by the six pack or probably four pack.
Let's see what it is. Oh, six pack. Okay. All right, great. Oh, let's go over here.
Oh, we already went here. Okay. Oh, I'll show. Okay. So you can actually buy pizza here.
Uh, Lewis and Clark doesn't actually, uh, serve food, but there's a pizza company
that's in the building where you can build, or you can order pizza right here. It's called
vigilante and we're probably going to have, probably going to have a vigilante pizza with
our beer. Okay. Good. Uh, we want to get two beers. What is your flagship beer?
So Miner's Gold is kind of what we're known for. Okay. We have, we have their flagship beer
called Miner's Gold. Let's do this. You like it? It's like blue moon, huh? Yeah. Okay. Now that we
have our, uh, Miner's Gold, it's very good by the way. Um, I just ordered a pizza. The pizza
is called the East Helena and I had it a couple of weeks ago. It's very delicious. So, uh, you
know, about 10, 10 minutes, we'll have it. We'll share a slice with you. Okay. While we're waiting
for our pizza, I'll share a little bit about Helena and the people. People are really, really
nice. Uh, my parents are from Idaho and you know, everyone from Idaho is really nice. Um, nicer than
California and New York or Boston. Uh, but Montana, the people are nicer. It's kind of nice. Uh, it's
very slow, slow paced here in, in Helena. There's really no traffic at all. Uh, I had an appointment
and I got the wrong address and went to the other side of Helena and realized that I had the wrong
address and I had eight minutes to get to my meeting, my meeting, and I made it in five minutes.
So you can get from one end of Helena to the other end, other side of Helena in five minutes.
It's like two and a half, three miles, no traffic. You can take, take the highway. So, uh, yeah,
no stress here, no stress here at all. And, uh, what I found is a lot of the Montana
guys are Niner fans, which is a, which is a surprise, delightful surprise.
So, uh, there you go. Okay. While we're waiting, we still got like 10 minutes for the pizza.
Uh, there's a room that, that we missed. It's, uh, for adults only adults only
no minors. It's like a game room. It's a shame that kids can't come in here and play, uh,
play pinball machine. Anyways, there you go. It's a large board for their beers throughout the years.
Okay, guys, that's it. So we had, uh, one pizza, two beers, and it costs us exactly $30.
No sales tax here in Helena or Montana, just so you know.
All right, guys, I hope you appreciated it. Um, until next time, ciao.
