In this video, I will show you how to catch the Ancient Loch Ness Monster in fishing.
This secret rarity fish is extremely rare, with a base chance of 1 in 3 million,
so you need the right strategy and gear to even have a chance.
First, you need to reach level 200 to access the Ancient Ruins area.
Start in the Sacred Temple pond and find the special door that leads to the Ancient Ruins.
If you are not yet level 200, spend time grinding XP in the Sacred Temple until you meet the
requirement. The Ancient Loch Ness Monster only appears during the Ancient Loch Ness Monster
Hunt event. This event starts every 4 hours and lasts for 10 minutes. You will see a countdown
timer above the pond in the Ancient Ruins to know exactly when the hunt begins. Unlike most fish,
your luck stat does not affect your chance to catch the Ancient Loch Ness Monster.
The key factor is lure speed. The more fish you can catch during the 10-minute event,
the higher your chance of triggering the 1 in 3 dash million roll.
The best rods for maximizing lure speed are the Element Rod, which gives 130% lure speed,
and the Ghostfin Rod, with 118% lure speed. If you need a budget option,
the Bamboo Rod offers 98% lure speed and is still effective. During the event,
focus entirely on casting and reeling as fast as possible. Do not get distracted. The more
attempts you make, the higher your chances. Playing with other players also helps because
a full server increases overall fish spawns, indirectly boosting your chance to catch the
Ancient Loch Ness Monster. Coordinate with others to ensure everyone uses high lure speed rods.
A server full of players with Element or Ghostfin Rods creates the most efficient environment for
catching this legendary fish. If you found this helpful, make sure to hit that like button and
