Watch the best shots and moments from the third round of the PGA Tour's 2026 Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines.
Needs to hold on or get a bounce.
Oh yeah, another good start.
Trying to play a little draw wedge in there.
Good shot, got a chance to keep the
pedal down right out of the gate.
Back to 11.
And the save for Koepke.
Oh boy, terrible start back to Koepke at 11.
Wow. Boy, just a terrible start for Brooks.
Bogey at 10. Couldn't get it
up and down for par there.
Three putt double here at 11.
Racy once it comes over that little Ridge.
Now let's start for Joel Damon.
Really good start.
He's not fully exempt this year on the PGA TOUR.
So Rosso is 4th at the par 513th.
PGA TOUR Q school when he hoops
one from the bunker there 13.
Oh yeah, the crowd got back to 12
and it's a long ways away,
but Brooks could sorely use one to fall,
but without a doubt up this Ridge right here
and then break into his right picking up speed.
That's a great call. Steve, you're right.
Sometimes it takes an unexpected birdie.
Pretty aggressive line here,
Noda pays off what a shot.
That's a player that's got 100%
belief in how they're swinging.
We talk about angles he can attack from this angle.
124 drives it down a little bit left
the flag trying to use some of that slope.
Will check for him all it does.
Joel Damon on top a little rich here.
That whole location in the bowl today.
Oh yeah, catches just enough of the whole.
Well done moment ago at the 9th
and Brown. At this par 5.
Like he was hitting drivers off the deck
there and if it keeps tumbling,
it's going to be great.
It is great.
Wow, what a shot out of Dan Brown.
The top 10 off the DP World Tour last year.
Well, this would be some kind of Eagle
with the driver off the deck for Dan.
That's how you play the 9th.
Kurt, that is how you play the night.
That's Keith Mitchell.
See if he can keep it going here.
Boy, this appears to be on a great line.
It is. He is really swinging the club well.
You know why he's playing great?
Because he spent some time in the booth
with us at the Optum Golf Channel game.
Head up to the 13th where Brooks
Koepke has this birdie putt.
You got a nice read off a Rico
Hop always putt speed in line.
Starting to heat up just a touch.
It's back to back now.
I like his chances here to get this really close.
He almost jarred it.
Nice call there, Billy. Yes.
Oh, he makes it from off the green,
which means he still has not made a par in this third round.
Three over to begin the day,
and now three under on the next three.
Brooks is back to even par.
Yeah, this is just right on the flag,
but still looking good.
Well, let's stay on that ridge.
Oh, it does. Again with Justin Rose.
A machine right now.
Now back to the six Joel Damon.
This is for Birdie.
Nice. And with authority.
Beautiful touch.
30 feet right of the flagstick.
Play to the peak and now find
the fall line and let it trickle.
Oh, come on.
He's not backed off once from going at flags.
160 yards after that first cut.
Looking to try and cut this a little bit left to right
with that tree in front of him.
He's got 10 yards shy of this pin to work with.
Is this guy on autopilot or what?
Let's go to 17.
Brooks Koepke, Bunkhead here.
Johnson Wagner with his group.
Slightly on the upslope.
Pretty easy shot.
And this is beautiful, Frank.
Still got touch, hasn't he, the big man?
Five times a major champion.
One of the longest hitters on the PGA Tour.
Chris got her up.
Going for it in two here at the 619 yard
par 5.
What a shot.
Tap-in eagle for Chris.
Got her up at the par 5, 13th.
Across to 13.
How about a little tap-in eagle from 286 yards?
This man is on a heater.
Keeps getting better and better.
Now a top 20 player in the world.
How'd I end this week?
And you're wondering, is the door cracking open
for the rest of the field to start walking through?
Well, this was on the next hole
and it was a great bounce back.
Yeah, just when you thought he was starting to leak oil,
he goes and rights the ship with this beautiful pitch.
Very difficult shot.
He had to navigate a bunch of green there
up over a huge ridge.
He is human after all this week.
And now on 18, a really lovely approach on the par 5.
Yeah, just a little icing on the cake.
Back left pin.
Drives it in there low.
Lands it short.
Gets it to spin and check up about three feet from the hole.
Another birdie.
Six shot lead for Justin Rose.
