The bow I'm going to teach you how to make is this curved one right here
Look at this amazing detail there's even a little leftover bit over there
Oh wow
He ended up with about twenty pounds or so
And it looked amazing
This bow here is really easy to make
Most people say "Oh no my bow broke I was just trying to do it "

So without further ado let's get to the list of materials
You'll need a 32mm pipe that's 1.5 meters long for the conduit
There's about 2 meters of it lying around here
You can find this cord at camping supply stores
A crumpled PVC sign
High-voltage high-fusion tape
Spray paint I'll take black
And spray varnish
Aluminum foil
Tools such as a heat gun micro grinder scissors small saw and others I'll be mentioning
A wooden plank the size of the pipe
And these are the materials
If you missed anything it's all neatly listed in the description
Take a piece of aluminum foil and cut it to the size of the tube
There you go take this sheet and
fold it Fold it nicely right here
And if you have a corner table like mine you'll prop it up to make a sort of L
If you don't have any you can just use regular boards
Then you'll take them arrange them neatly and apply tape
That's how it needs to be to distribute the heat evenly
Now for the fun part—heat up the entire pipe
This process takes quite a while so take your time be patient and it will gradually come together
Heat it thoroughly
You can see that aluminum disperses heat evenly so it doesn't get hot in just one spot
Take the board and press it firmly over the pipe
Then wait until it cools down
Now mark 65 cm from tip to center and do the same on the other side
This will give you roughly the right space for the grip
There you'll heat that area again until it returns to its original state
Place it on the table to stand nice and straight
Now mark 15 cm from the tip and heat those 5 cm
Press the surface with a damp cloth to shape it
into a curve obviously to create a bow-like feature
His models are already ready you can see it turned out nice and straight
Now let's draw the classic tip design
You can do it another way if you'd like
So are you going to cut it with the small saw or the mini jigsaw
For those who don’t know the tip is that small part where the bowstring fits
He'll stay like this right here
Now heat the tip
Apply pressure to the clamp to finish
The arch is almost ready Take that PVC
sheet and draw a design roughly 5cm in size
Heat it thoroughly on both sides and cut with
scissors just like we did in the aljafa video
Round the edges and heat again With a
reference rod gently bend it into place
He'll stay like this When you paint always wear a mask and make sure everything is well ventilated
And he's applying the spray in thin layers waiting for it to
dry The matte black spray dries very quickly so there's no issue
The key is not to let it
drip And don't forget to paint the rest
We'll apply the varnish to set the paint and prevent it from chipping
or sticking Apply it well along the arch especially on the rest as well
Look at how stunning the painting turned out
With a paracord you'll tie a bowline knot
Anything you need has a tutorial right here in the video description
Take a look there
The string is about 1.3 meters long
Now carefully assemble the bow
And check that it's not crooked
Anything can be fixed
Now take a small piece of the tape and peel off the plastic backing
And join the rest just to hold on tight
Note how the arrow's shaft passes perfectly through the
rest providing greater accuracy without hurting your hand
Now take a larger piece of the tape
and keep moving it along You'll notice it's somewhat rubbery
That way you can stretch it and make it resemble leather
It's not my fault if it breaks
Hey everyone we've reached the end
