Did you ever have that one family member, friend, sibling,
that you're just ultra competitive with
and always pushing each other
to be the best version of yourself?
Well, today's that day for me.
Yo, Dipshit.
Boom.
That's the little bro.
If you're an OG to the YouTube channel,
then you would remember him in all of my,
probably first 200 YouTube videos,
working out in the garage gym,
pushing each other, PR-ing together,
and here and there in arm wrestling match.
Okay, I got him on.
Oh, he moved his elbow.
I got him.
So today, I'm gonna see if bro
can keep up with my arm day
and stay tuned to the end
for a long-awaited arm wrestling rematch.
He's never beat me in the past.
We'll see if today is that day.
So every single arm day, first things first,
we start with the dumbbells.
So I like to superset my biceps and triceps.
I don't know if he does that.
You should be doing that
because his arms were lacking in the arm department.
Is that true?
I don't know if that's true.
I don't think you superset.
You don't superset.
Bro doesn't superset.
So we're gonna start off, I start off heavy.
Maybe a super light warmup
just to get the blood flowing.
But I really like to jump right up to the heavy weight.
So I like to superset with just generic curls.
Probably can go up to like 60s.
Okay.
Right into overhead tricep extension.
This is how I grow my big arms.
I mean, to each their own.
I like to keep them together.
I'm not curling 60s without warming up first.
She's crazy.
So I think I got like six on the curls,
four on the overhead triceps.
It's a lot of weight to jump up to.
I will be fair.
It's kind of sketchy, but you know,
I kind of trained my body to get used to that
on my arm days.
What do you think of that?
Yeah, I have a different approach,
but this is Luke's arm workout.
So I'm gonna follow what he does.
I don't know if I'm gonna do 60s though,
cause a lot of weight, but I'll give it a shot.
I gotta make sure he's actually using the same weight as me.
This way at the end, he can't have more energy than me.
So as long as he's attempting it.
Eight total.
So four on each arm.
I'll take it.
I'm not doing that.
I can do, I can go up to one.
It does put a lot of stress on the triceps.
I don't really recommend it.
I think that's the best way to tear your tricep.
But again, I'm accustomed to it.
My body's used to it.
That's what I do.
Comment below what you guys do for arms.
But I believe that there's, you know,
all different styles and stuff like that
that work for different people with different bodies.
That's why I brought toys back.
Heavy.
I don't usually go that heavy on arms.
How much weight have you gained since back in the day
when we started actually,
when we started filming with each other?
It's hard to say.
When we were filming, 16 years old,
I was probably sitting around 150, went to college.
And then when I got out of college, I was actually 148.
I remember weighing myself thinking, dang, I'm really light.
But now I graduated college 22.
It's 2025 or 26 now.
I'm like 170, 172.
What was your PR before leaving for New Jersey?
I hit a 355 pound bench.
All time PR there.
But yeah, my bench is not 355 right now.
All right, just wrapped up workout number one.
Been to the gym a few times
and this is a really good like, come around.
It's kind of like a preacher curl
cause it's in a fixed range of motion,
but you get the stand.
It's like a straight bar,
but it's like the best, smoothest,
like the most smooth curling motion.
And it's pin loaded.
So I'm going to use this for biceps obviously.
And then super set up with this guy over here.
This way we can actually, almost like a push down.
We go like that.
Oh yeah.
You see that ----?
What do you think of that ---- Jake?
Good.
I'm not used to all these machines.
Yeah man.
Working with dumbbells and barbells for past three years.
So this is new to me.
It's nice.
As I mentioned, we grew up working out in a garage gym.
Even when we lived in New Jersey,
before we moved together in South Carolina.
And in South Carolina, we had a really nice garage gym.
Not to complain about it.
We did have a cable set up,
but we didn't have a bunch of fancy expensive machines.
And it really showcases that you like,
you can make a lot of gains with just like the basics,
the staple stuff.
So this is great for Jake.
He's been back for like a month now
and he's been loving all the different machines and stuff
and getting a lot more volume in now.
So you're going to see a lot more bubbly muscles
on you hopefully soon.
Let's go, let's go baby.
Yeah.
So like back dude, back at the garage gym,
what do you usually do?
For arms?
Yeah, if you can hit arms.
I mean, I'm doing straight dumbbell curls.
I like skull crushers or close grip bench,
overhead tricep extension with the dumbbell
like I was doing earlier.
And then I would probably do some hammer curls,
some cable push downs, some cable curls, the general stuff.
Hell yeah.
Same thing, hit a set, hit a set, super set,
no rest in between.
I'm going to start off probably using more of like a medium
to heavyweight.
We went heavy and then we worked our way down.
Pump's insane.
Now we're going to really just like really focus
on the squeeze.
And now we're kind of just going for a pump.
Honestly bro, it's kind of sketchy how much he caught up
in size over the past few years.
So I'm just wondering man, are you doing peptides and ----?
If I'm being completely honest with you,
I have no idea what peptides are.
Or what they're used for.
So you just, what do you take?
What do you, what do you be taking?
My stack?
Yeah, what's your stack?
I take essentials, creatine.
My creatine.
No, actually I have my own creatine.
Okay, he does have his own creatine.
Actually that's my own.
Shout out dad.
Put me on that creatine right here.
Creatine, pump usually, sometimes pre and a lot of caffeine.
That's it.
My caffeine.
That is your caffeine.
Funny enough, like I get a, I get an inventory of ghosts,
obviously like least three a day minimum.
But all ghosts, all ghosts.
Code.
Code Jimbro.
Saves 20% off.
Save your money guys.
Don't be weird.
Just wrapped up super set number two,
AKA workout number four.
Arm check.
Oh yeah.
That's a ghost power pump right now.
Pineapple.
Look it, I'm hugging this.
This ----'s double XL by the way.
They are pumped up right now.
Still got the pump covers on.
I'm only taking mine off when he takes his off.
Definitely pumped up right now.
I would have really thought that wearing a small,
you'd be hugging those sleeves.
I think this is an XL buddy.
An XL?
Buddy.
See how long it is on?
Okay, hot shot.
For the third and final super set,
I want you to pick it.
Ooh.
Yeah.
So finishing up workouts just like today,
recovery is crucial.
That's why this video is brought to you by Kinion.
If you don't know what Kinion is,
Kinion exists to empower people to move without pain.
They do this by providing cutting edge,
wearable light therapy solutions.
Their goal is to bridge the gap
between proven medical treatments and consumer products
to offer an effective drug-free alternative
for those wanting to reclaim their freedom
of movement and active lifestyle.
This right here is the Move Plus Pro,
a clinically backed red light therapy device
that uses LED and laser technology
to relieve joint pain, reduce inflammation,
and improve mobility.
Perfect right after an intense workout session.
During a Move Plus session,
the application of specific wavelengths of light
triggers a cascade of cellular signaling processes.
Unlike red light therapy panels,
the Move Plus uses targeted light characteristics
to penetrate deeper into the joint
with consistent dosing for more effective results.
Customers have seen an 89% decrease in pain
in just two to three weeks.
You can expect faster results in places like hips,
knees, and back because there are larger areas.
Smaller areas like hands and ankles
might require three to four weeks
for noticeable pain reduction.
In all seriousness, this has been a great product
to help me recover,
especially during my recent pec strain.
I want you guys to train hard, but recover harder.
So in all seriousness, guys,
head over to Kinion's website,
use code LUKEELSMAN to save,
and highly consider this for your next recovery tool.
We're doing preacher curls,
supersetted with skullcrushers.
True skullcrushers.
True.
I'm on a flat bench.
Luke wanted to do overhead flying,
he just wants to do overhead crash supersetting.
It'd still be a skullcrusher if it was on this bench.
Look at this arch.
No, but it feels good though.
Laying down is fine.
I'll let him pick it.
I said he's going to pick it, he can pick it.
So preacher curls supersetted
with flat bench skullcrushers.
Let's get it.
You like arches.
I like, I like a good arch.
Wow.
What?
Ooh.
I think it's about that time.
Not bad, right?
What'd you think, brother?
Looking good.
It's looking good.
I'm honestly pretty light right now too.
Weighed myself post gym, 178 pounds.
I tell everybody 180, but that, in that case,
I must've woke up at like 175.
And that's scary.
That's why I've been eating a lot at night.
He's been up.
They have a scale here?
I'm not doing it.
No scale, no scale.
Somebody walked up to me.
I'd be down.
Yeah.
And he's like, yo, how much you weigh?
I'm like, probably 180, 181.
He's like, step on the scale.
I'm throwing hands.
Don't ever do that to me.
Don't ever put me on the spot, man.
I'm 180 pounds, man.
Just about, just about.
I think one of the things
a lot of people forget,
everyone wants big arms,
but no one wants the ******* nail triceps.
Triceps are two thirds of your arms, guys.
All right?
I passed geometry.
So I'm all, I'm good with the fractions and ----.
Good sleeper, bro.
He's like a super build.
Cause when I was 170, he was a 150.
Used to be really close arm wrestling match.
And now I'm getting to the part,
it's getting towards the end of the workout.
Do you think you got me?
Not after this arm workout.
Maybe he's fresh.
I mean, we're both hitting the same weight and ----.
So I really don't think that's how it works.
He does a lot of reps.
I'm more of like a heavy one rep max guy.
I could get up to the sixties on curls,
but he could do it for sets.
I could do one set of sixties
and then I taper off a lot quicker.
So fatigue, heavier weight fatigues me quicker.
He can stay at a heavier weight longer.
So I think that'll translate in the arm wrestling match.
I'm fatigued.
I think he's got it, but we'll see.
We'll see.
I'm not, I'm not ultra confident.
Like it is what it is, right?
But I'm going to give it my all.
Don't forget.
I didn't forget what you did to mom in arm wrestling.
Flashback that and.
They want to see me arm wrestle more.
You don't think you should do it with Jacob?
Too easy.
But you, the challenge.
You want me to call it?
Three, two, one, go.
Get him mom, get him.
I'm hot.
Jesus, dude.
She's good.
Get him.
I didn't want to hurt her.
Three.
All right, guys.
Arm workout was a success.
What do you think of the arm workout?
I thought it was phenomenal.
Rank it from one to 10.
One to 10, that's definitely a solid eight.
Okay.
I'd say it was a bit of a slow start,
but once we got into it, we started rolling.
Good workout.
Moment of truth, guys.
We scouted the gym to find a arm wrestling pad.
There is none here because we're just at a normal gym,
but we found a seal row,
which is a perfect elevation for arm wrestling.
So I'd say this is the next best thing.
Long awaited.
It's been years, man.
Oh yeah?
It's been years since we've put our strength to the test.
Start off with the right arm and then we'll go left arm.
All right, let's do it.
Dabs, dabs, dabs.
All right, let's get it.
All right?
Be safe.
Of course.
All right, elbows look good.
Luke, you ready?
I'm ready as ever, B.
Jake, you ready?
Yeah, I'm ready.
All right, three, two, one.
It's okay, brother.
One day you'll get there.
Oh, ----.
Good ----, good ----.
So that was right arm.
I guess we'll give left arm a try.
Left arm, let's give it a shot.
Are you more confident with the left arm?
I am more confident with my left arm.
Oh, really?
Okay, let's see what happens.
Three, two, one.
Woo!
Come on!
Got it.
You pull out some arm wrestling techniques.
Yeah, I went for the tricep push down.
To be fair.
He's got some training, I think.
Yeah, I got a little training in.
What the hell?
Yeah, that was good as hell, bro.
Thanks, seriously, that was sick.
Thanks, man.
That was good ----, bro.
Yeah, no doubt.
That will be the conclusion of the video.
Great arm day with the bro.
Good catching up.
Re-reunited.
We're gonna see a lot more of the bros versus
or just the bro dynamic for future videos to come, guys.
