Really easy, really, really simple, and this is the perfect start to your romantic
Valentine's Day dinner. So, I'm starting out with 13 to 15 count shrimp. You can use whatever
shrimp you want. I'm using that many because I'm only preparing for two people. If you're
preparing for a crowd, you know, of course, you'll use more shrimp. I've got my my oven
preheated to 450 degrees. I'm just going to drizzle it with some olive oil, sprinkle with
salt and pepper, put it in the oven, and that's it. And if I was preparing a lot more shrimp,
I would put this in a sheet pan, a sheet pan with lines of parchment paper. But I have a nice
little pan here that'll work just fine. It's nonstick and they'll cook up really well. When
I come back, these will be all done. I'll have them plated up, a special Valentine.
Well, just like I promised, I'm back, all plated up. See how nice it looks? I've tried one,
tastes really, really good. Believe me, I believe that the roasting adds a different
flavor to it as opposed to boiling. I definitely recommend that you roast them the way that I did.
I used store-bought cocktail sauce. If you have a favorite that you make, then by all means make
your own. But I made it easy for me. Happy Valentine's Day. Please like, share, and subscribe
and enjoy. Talk to you soon.
