Hi guys, it's been a long, long day, but I couldn't let the day pass without me showing you some
book mail. So, I've got this package. It says it's from Amazon Prime or Amazon, Amazon period.
Opening it up and I have, oh, I think I've seen it together on our own. A lovely paperback.
I haven't talked to this person yet, but apparently this person will be soon coming
on my channel for an interview. It's a lovely color. Cover by Ileana Megerman.
You see how tired I am. I couldn't even pronounce cover. Oh, so it says Alex Gallon is 31,
an emergency medicine resident, barely holding it together. After a patient's unexpected death,
puts her on probation, her confidence and sense of purpose begins to unravel. Outside the hospital,
she's alone, anxious, and drowning in a sea of law and order, reruns, and social media feeds
that make everyone else's life look perfectly put together. Okay, so there's more to it,
but this is one thing that I got and then I got this nice white box here.
Let's see what's in here. This may take me, I'm losing my, I might need to go to the gym.
I'm not having very much strength these days. Oh my gosh, this person really put the sticky tape on.
Okay, got a lot of this and this book. Oh, oh my, oh wow. This book is called Fox Creek
and it is yet another lovely, lovely book. It's a hardback. Oh, it's book one of the Fox Creek
Plantation Trilogy and I can't remember this person, but I knew I wanted to receive this book
and I have it. It says the year is 1843 when six-year-old Monique,
the pampered and beloved daughter of a French Creole sugar planter, is taken to New Orleans
and sold into slavery. Sold along with her is Cyrus, a boy big for his age,
torn from his mother without a chance to say goodbye. Oh my gosh. So yes, I definitely wanted
this book too. It's pretty thick and it's part of a trilogy. Okay, so that's what I received today.
I am happy about these books. I'm happy about all my books, but maybe you just let me know in
the comments below if you would like to see and hear more about these two books. Let me know.
