Hi everyone, welcome back to the channel. Today we're exploring a 3D designed narrow lot
modern home concept. A digital model created to showcase smart proportions and clean minimalist
architecture. The design features smooth white walls, a gently sloped roof for a sleek modern
profile, and bold dark trim that sharpens the overall look. Up front, large black framed glass
doors bring in natural light and make the interior feel more open and connected. A small raised wood
deck adds warmth and creates a welcoming transition into the living space. Stepping inside the home,
we enter a calm living room focused on a cozy seating zone. The sofa pairs with two lounge
chairs to form a balanced conversation layout, while a wood coffee table adds warmth and anchors
the space. The TV wall stays clean and minimal, with a built-in media panel and low storage for a
tidy look. Beside it, integrated shelving with soft accent lighting adds depth and a refined
lived-in feel without clutter. Directly across from the living room, I've placed a dedicated
laundry area. A sliding wood door separates the space, keeping it discreet when needed.
At the same time, the door acts as a design feature, adding warmth and visual interest to
the living room. In this concept design, the kitchen and dining area sit right next to the
living room to keep the main level open and connected. This layout explores a single wall
kitchen that lines up the fridge, sink, and cooktop for a clean, efficient workflow, while keeping the
center circulation clear around the dining table. Lighting is layered with under-cabinet LEDs for
shadow-free prep and a soft, diffused pendant to evenly light the table without glare. Materials
stay warm and simple. Light wood cabinetry and a continuous stone backsplash to visually stretch
the wall, while consistent flooring supports smooth flow through the living, dining, and kitchen zones.
In this design proposal, a small garden courtyard sits right beside the living room and kitchen,
working like a light well that pulls natural daylight into the home's main gathering space.
This layout explores an always-there view, so whether you're on the sofa or sharing a meal,
you're looking out to greenery, creating a simple chill moment that makes the whole space feel
calmer and more restorative. Moving into the shared bathroom, this design proposal focuses
on keeping the space practical yet visually soft. A mirrored storage cabinet is integrated above the
vanity, helping the room stay organized while reflecting light to make the space feel larger.
The round vessel sink was intentionally selected to soften the strong lines of the cabinetry,
reducing visual sharpness and bringing a more relaxed, balanced character to the room.
Moving into the first bedroom, this design proposal places a modern glass door wardrobe
right at the entry, creating a clean and organized first impression. The glass panels keep the
storage visually light and help reflect natural light back into the room. The headboard wall
extends seamlessly to connect the wardrobe and the floating desk, creating one continuous design
line. In this concept design, that continuity prevents visual breaks and makes the room feel
wider. Subtle LED accent lighting adds depth and highlights textures, giving the space a calm,
refined atmosphere. What makes this bedroom special in this design proposal is the small
garden placed just outside the window. This layout explores how even a compact green space can
function as both a natural light source and a visual retreat. The large glazing allows daylight
to filter softly into the room, reducing the need for harsh artificial lighting during the day.
Moving into the second bedroom, this design proposal focuses on symmetry and visual balance
to create a calm sleeping environment. The bed is centered against a softly lit headboard wall,
forming a strong focal point while keeping circulation clear on both sides. This layout
explores clean geometry and horizontal lines to make the room feel structured and restful.
In this design proposal, a compact workspace sits by a large window facing the courtyard light well
beside the living room and kitchen. This layout explores staying connected to the home's greenery
while bringing in soft daylight for comfortable work. The desk stays minimal, so the room feels
calm and uncluttered. This is the private bathroom for the bedroom, and in this design proposal,
the layout stays straightforward. Everything is placed in a familiar, functional way,
with a glass shower panel to keep the space feeling open. The main accent is the rounded
mirror with backlighting. This layout explores using soft curves and a subtle LED glow to add
depth and calm without overcomplicating the room. And as night falls, the interior lighting gently
comes alive, adding warmth and depth to the space. In this design proposal, the layered
lighting is meant to shift the mood from functional daylight to a softer, more intimate
atmosphere. After a long day of work and daily routines, this becomes a place to slow down,
relax your body, and simply enjoy the calm. In this design proposal, the home measures
approximately 6 meters wide by 16.5 meters deep, about 19.7 feet by 54 feet, and is organized with
two bedrooms within a compact footprint. This layout explores how a narrow lot can still feel
open and comfortable through careful planning of circulation and natural light. With a central
courtyard light well and strategically placed glazing, daylight reaches deep into the interior,
so you won't have to worry about a dark or enclosed space.
