This Is What Your Garden Could Look Like!

It's the middle of winter and I want to share a little garden walk with you from Walters Gardens. We go there every summer. So this video is being shot this past summer and I just want to show you and get you excited about the spring coming on. They're always developing new plants. You see some of these new darkish still bees and we're going to take a little walk through the shade garden. It's kind of comforting too. The cats are always in the garden doing their thing. So, you know, it just makes for a very enjoyable time. This clematis is really cool but look at the hostas and the texture and that pizia in the background. But just get excited about all these plants coming in. Very soon we're going to break dormancy and the gardens are going to just start coming alive with all the texture and excitement of spring. A lot of this stuff that we're walking through here is in the shade garden. Last year we carried this electrum called cotton candy. How great that is again with the texture and all the variability within the hostas. So some great stuff in the garden. The spigela have always been a favorite. This one called little redhead that can be sun or shade once established. They actually bloom for months. And look at that color and again that excitement. This is a native derivative. So again just combining all these beautiful textures, all this color, all this excitement. Spring is going to be amazing. So again look forward to this coming season.
