Before You Buy in The Fields Watch This Prosper Luxury Home

Today we are in Prosper, Texas taking a look at this Britain home and we are in the brand new community of Starview and I love this outside. This white brick with this cast stone and I love this entryway. I know, I mean there's so much to talk about right here. You've got the arch right there, you've got the beautiful flooring that they did. Yeah, I was just going to say that arch is kind of a unique look. I like it. Yeah and then of course it looks out to your backyard with that amazing patio that we'll see in a bit. Now Starview is one of these location, location, location. So all week you're going to hear us talk about this and if you're new to this channel, we're Andy and Patrice. We do videos every single day at 5 p.m central showcasing everything that there is in DFW real estate and look at this office Patrice. This is phenomenal. Now it's two, like it's not quite two stories but it's like, I don't even know how high that is, like 16 feet. I mean it's high and then you've got these glass doors, you got all this light coming through. Yeah let me show that. I mean look at those doors. Of course you know we love these big metal doors that are just so neat and I love the black wall. Yeah. And then look at these windows, just absolutely amazing with the built-ins. I mean they spared no expense in this model that's for sure. Patrice, I can see myself negotiating a great deal for our clients and then coming over here to my little bar and celebrating that deal with a nice little whiskey or something. Yeah that is so nice. I mean this is a great office. It really is and it's just huge. Yeah I mean even they have like the black crown moldings. I know. They really designed this very nice. I can't wait to see the whole thing. Yeah so this particular house is like five bedrooms. It comes standard with the four bedroom layout but it has the optional fifth bedroom and yeah look at this room. Look how big it is. Yeah this is so nice. Could have put a king-size bed in here easy. And then you've got that little kind of hallway. I like when you see those. I do too. Where you have the closet and then the ensuite attached to it. Yeah this is very nice. Look at that huge sink. Look at the counter space. I know. I mean right it's a lot. And then you've got this walk-in closet. Everything is solid core doors. Beautiful. Loving everything about it so far. Now we are like minutes from the gates of prosper. Like I'm going to show you right there. On the other side are the gates of prosper. And you've got home goods, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Ulta, Nordstrom Rack. They just put a Carhartt in. I mean I could go on forever. I think there's like over 80 shops and restaurants in there. Yes and they're going to build a convention center. Yeah it's amazing. Now I know you guys some of you watch this channel strictly for the decorating ideas and look at this. That is cool. They just did some wallpaper in there and trimmed it out. That's beautiful. As you come through and you step into the great room. Look at this. I love that fireplace. Look how you got this big beam. You've got these big chandeliers and I love what they did with this fireplace. First of all it's centered on the on the wall which we love. I love how it's black. And then you've got that that trim all the way up to the ceiling. And those windows on either side are amazing. This is great. This is a great home. Now this is Britain and you know their standards are amazing. Like you may not even want to upgrade when they you know give you the standard flooring and the standard countertops. You may just want to go with those which is totally amazing. Speaking of though Britain they're giving you sixty thousand dollars to go towards your design. And most clients are putting in about a hundred thousand dollars above and beyond their price the standard price. So that's a good savings. I mean yeah sixty percent. That's a great savings. Okay now I can't wait to show everybody this kitchen but I know we need to get to here's the dining. This is a huge space for dining. I mean look at it. It's eight people. You got a four bed island. That is so nice. Look at this. I'm going to start over here because I love this cabinet and I love all of it just I just love the feel and the look that this gives this kitchen. I love how they put all of the cabinets all the way to the ceiling. That just gives an elegant look regardless of who you're building with or what you're doing. If you can do that believe me that comes tenfold when it comes time to sell. And these cabinets are beautiful. It's an espresso stain and I just that I think that's what I would pick if I was building. Yeah no it's really clean modern looking. You've got the two-tone so you've got that espresso like you said around for the most of the base cabinetry. And then you've got this island which is white all soft clothes. Got this awesome granite which is nice. You've got a six burner cooktop with a griddle. Well I like the little ledge right here for your spices and things. I think that's really nice to have. And then I like where the microwave is for people like me who are short. Yes yeah no that's awesome. But the star of the show Patrice. Yes. Are these fridges and I say fridges because you've got the main fridge right? Nice. Yeah very nice. Freezer but then look at this. Picture all the wine and all that beers and everything you put back there. Yeah. And it's got all this where you put your lines and all that good stuff right here and then it's got its own freezer. So you've got all the ice and you put like your cocktails in there you know like your vodka and stuff like that. So it's all sitting right here. Oh my heart. All right maybe we step over here. You've got your laundry area. Oh that's cool. I don't know how you get up there but I like it. And it does have a sink on the other side of the door. I'll squeeze on in here. Look at that. That's a cool. They did a cool countertop in here too. Yeah. With the cabinets and then more cabinets up above. Wow. Yeah so right here would be your kind of entryway from your garage. So you got a nice little mud area and like I said you got your laundry and then here is your snack closet which is definitely Costco approved. Oh yeah that's a good size. And then Patrice if that's not enough look at these sliders. Now one of the nice things about Britain is that these sliders are generally speaking going to run you probably about 25-30 percent less than other builders. So something to keep in mind when you're looking at different builders and this is what we help you with is running through the standards right because at the end of the day it's what your final cost is going to be is what is going to determine you know obviously how much you're spending on a house but you want to get and design your house especially if you're building it from the ground up exactly how you want it and some builders you know it's kind of I don't want to say bait and switch you got to be careful because at the end of the day if you want this level it's going to cost you exponentially more than if you just came with Britain for example. I love how deep this lot is love the patio area how big it is with the fireplace and the outdoor kitchen it's perfect. That is perfect. And then I like how they did that gazebo out there in the back with the fire feature picture us sitting around with some friends. Yeah that's a great size then you got all that space over there we go out but they're doing a lot of yeah there's a lot of construction going on but they've got a lot of grass on either side too so you've got plenty of space for your dog. Yeah and this is a corner lot but to be honest with you they have a lot right behind us that is for sale with Britain it's 90 feet on the back. That's crazy. So I mean it's 64 feet wide in the front and then it just pie shapes on a corner. Yeah that's great. Oh look they've got a little half bath right here look at that and I love when they put the lights underneath there I think that's really neat but they took that all the way up that is amazing. Okay now here's the primary Patrice what are your thoughts? I think it's a perfect primary yeah perfect size. I like how they have the ceiling the way it is. Yeah that's really nice. I would probably accent that with beams because you know us. There's so many options really that you could do with that. Yeah. You could put wood inside the inserts you could do all kinds of cool things but that back wall is pretty neat. Yeah no it's really cool I can assume it's wallpaper. Yeah I would assume that also. Yeah let's go see this ensuite. Oh my heart. Oh look what they did in here too they put these that is crazy look at that wall that light fixture and everything this is a neat little space I never would have thought of that. And you know it wouldn't be it's not that much to know you can do this yourself. Yes. And just really accent everything but look at this you've got a two-person soaking tub. Yeah. You've got a huge shower it's a jewel box shower with a rain head. You know I was thinking about this when I was editing the other day what exactly is a jewel box shower? I don't know it's just the first thing that came to mind when I think of the frameless glass is kind of where like I feel like you're in a jewel box. Oh okay that's interesting I was just curious. You know snack closets don't make any sense either you're just gonna have to kind of roll with it. That was your kid that came up with snack closets so that's. But this shower is is it's a unique shape but it's really really cool. It's beautiful. It's got you and it's roomy like I'm telling you it's a lot of room. Yeah that's very nice and then so you've got the sink over here that one and then you've got this one over here and then you've got two closets so that's awful nice. This one's got some cubby space for baskets and then you can go around there and then let's go see. So how I'm thinking I'm thinking this is would be my sink. Okay. Okay I think it's a little you don't get as much counter space as you do on this side. And then you've got your own closet here I didn't go in that other closet but how how does this compare? No they're about the same. They're about the same? Yeah that one might be a tiny bit smaller but not the other one to make a big difference yeah. Okay so that's perfect. All right let's go upstairs I guess right? Yeah I think so. All right. Okay Andy we can go to a side. It's decision time. Let's go left. All right. This is cool. Oh and we're going right into a bedroom. Look at these windows. This would be a great shot to kind of explain where we are. When we say location we're talking about if you're familiar with the gates of prosper we're right inside the gates of prosper essentially all across the street are shops and restaurants and then you cross Preston and you've got more shops. Yeah yeah like I can see Gloria's from here Sleep Number you know you can see all kinds of stuff they're building a hotel over there. Yes and you've got like steakhouses coming in all sorts of things. You've got a nice park coming in over there as well and if you look right where that water tower is that is the fields. So you are right here in front of everything and a house like this in the fields is going to be about $400,000 more. Yeah you get a little more space here in between houses and I mean I don't know I'd be dangerous here because I'd be walking over there to home goods and all those places. Yeah you'd probably shop us out of that $300,000-$400,000 seat. I absolutely would but look at this I love this whole thing right here. I could picture sitting there reading a book or something that's nice. Look at this room. This is awesome and are those like cabinets? Yeah they open. Storage? Storage all underneath yeah. I don't know if we said it or not but Starview is going to be is a boutique neighborhood. It doesn't have like all the fancy amenities and all that stuff. If you're looking for that there's plenty of places around here. You know Winsong Ranch, Mustang Lakes to give you an example but this is going to be 173 homes and what I love about it is that you're talking about some of the top builders our favorite builders in the entire Metroplex. Oh yeah. Highland, Tradition and Britain. So what that means for the neighborhood is that they're all going to have that quality and that feel of luxury. You know what I'm going to just go over here real quick and I'm going to show just a little bit of the neighborhood. So they have like this nice water feature when you come in you can see some of the houses that are being built. You could see some of the other models that we're going to be doing. So definitely hit that subscribe button because we'll be getting into those later on this week. All right now let's go to the right wing of the house. You got this closet as well. Okay that's nice and then a nice linen closet right there. Perfect. All right. Holy cow Patrice look at the bees. Look at this space right here. Oh man. Almost feels like a cabin. Like a luxury cabin feel. Game room and look it's attached to the media room. I love when a game room and a media room are kind of one. Joined together. They're two different separate spaces because if you're entertaining you're watching the Super Bowl then you want it's it's just kind of like you're in both right. You're in both spaces. I love it. Yeah you could be playing pool and watching the Super Bowl if you want. Exactly. I love what they've done in here. Very nice. I love these built-ins and I like the way they did the lights underneath and then I mean these chairs. I'd definitely change the chairs. I don't think those look super comfy but no for sure but I mean you could do your own thing. Yeah but I love the walls. I love how they did that. This is a very this room has a great feel to it. And this is like if you are like they wanted to put in a pool table and still have a bunch of space. So they put in just the smaller the six foot. That non-regulation. Yeah which is perfect for most. I mean none of us are pool holiday except for Patrice. Patrice is right is a pool shark. Right. I did beat you last time we played but oh look at this room. So you get you've got some stairs right there. This is the closet right here. Oh my goodness good size closet. I know. That's a big room. And then you step down right here and then you come into this room. You've got another bench across the back here. This is fabulous. I love it. This is awesome. Our son is in a band and he plays guitar so this would just be. This looks like our house actually. Guitars everywhere. All right. This is great. And we've got. Okay so this doesn't have its own ensuite. I see. So this is the bathroom for not only upstairs but for we'll call that hunter's room. Okay that's great. All right and then we come across here. I love all these is this art walls that they've done. Is this a room? I mean it almost looks like I'm going to do a different wing. This is some lucky kid right here. Yeah you've got an ensuite. Yeah it's a room. Very well done all this. Okay nice size closet. Closet and then let's check out this room. And these rooms are very spacious. Yeah this one's a little smaller than the one the two across the way but they get a bathroom. And and they kind of have their own hallway their entrance. So wow this is this home is absolutely stunning. It really is. I love everything about it. You've got let's see here prices are starting in the low 900s and like I said for base prices going up to just over a million. So you're kind of in that ballpark. This is throw that $60,000 in. It goes a long way. It does. Right so you could get a nice home for right around that million dollar mark. You know they have plenty of single stories. It looks like they have six single stories and probably like nine or ten two stories. So plenty of options to kind of choose from.
