I do too and you know what is really nice, which is kind of silly, but they have a half bath right here. So many of these smaller models don't have the half bath so that's a really nice little plus to me. Yeah, I love the entryway how you have these tall ceilings right off the jump. This makes it feel so much bigger. It does. Yeah, I love it. I mean the 409, you know, I mean this is just an incredible deal. So anyway, you've got that half bath, you already showed that, but what's interesting is take a look at this. You've got your primary bedroom right on the front of the home, which I like, right? It allows all that natural light coming in, you know, that you normally don't get or you get it off the back of the home. But this is a rear entry, so that means your garage and all that good stuff on the back of the home. So that's why they moved the primary up to the front. To get a little smaller backyard, but not everybody wants a big backyard, so. There's so much activity here. Oh, I know. I mean, I can't even tell you how great this community is going to be. There's so many walking trails, I mean miles of walking trails. There's infinity edge pool, gym, everything, pickleball courts, everything that you could possibly want is going to be right here. You won't have to leave. There's even a coffee shop. Yes, and we're going to do all the models in here, so stay tuned and watch for those because there's a ton of them. We truly believe in this community and think it's going to be absolutely phenomenal. So we definitely want to showcase it. Yeah, in fact, they haven't even done the grand opening. So you guys are getting kind of sneak peeks right here. We're getting early access. So here you've got dual sinks, loving everything about that. Everything is just really good quality. Jeez Louise, you've got to be kidding me. And then look at this. Beautiful shower. I call this the beachfront shower, right? You just walk right in, just kind of like those beachfront pools that are so popular. Right? I love everything. I wish I had a niche, but if you're building, you can probably put that in. Cabinetry is really good about stuff like that. That's true. Those cabinets that they've used are very modern looking. Very nice. And then here is one closet, which isn't huge. No, but they have two of them. And then you've got another one right here. And I like that. You know, so many times it would just be this one big, you know, space and you have to share it. And that's normal. But I like it having kind of split up. I've had several clients who that is like a must have for them to have separate closets. So right here is your utility room. How do you feel about that being right off the hallway? I don't know. It's an interesting thing. It's close to the primary that's there, the two bedrooms upstairs. So it makes sense in that respect for me. But I don't know. I mean, I would definitely get used to it. Okay. Let's see what you got working here. You got a coat closet and then a little storage area as well. That's nice. The vacuum cleaner and all that good stuff. Then you come on in and here's the heart of the home. I love the high ceilings. Like I mentioned before, I love the just all that wall space that you can put art or however you want to decorate it. It just feels like a big open space. It doesn't feel kind of closed in. Yeah, it's very homey feeling. I like the windows. This is perfectly big enough to perfectly big enough. Look, you've got a nice size dining area. I like how they did this. Oh, yeah. Those are huge chairs. I mean, this is not your normal size, you know? So this is this is really good space. I'm going to show it from right here too. So you get an idea of just it's just a really pretty look right there. And then I'm going to turn around so we can see this kitchen, which is also a great size for bed island. Really big. I love how all the thick courts that they're using right here. You got a deep sink. The drawers are all so nice. They glide so nice. Yeah, not just smooth fronts on all of them just to give that sleek look. You've got your five burner cooktop, oven, microwave. This is laid out really, really well. It is laid out really well. And even with the sink in the island, you get a lot of space right there. Yep. And then you've got a snack closet, which is just kind of normal, I would say. Perfect for like a family of three or four, you know? Yeah, I mean, you can fit a lot of canned goods and stuff in there. Yeah. Cereal. And Rambles right off of Preston. And so you're going to have all the conveniences, shops, restaurants, HEB, Costco, all that within a short drive. And like I mentioned, you do have a coffee shop that's going to be in here. So they've got Wi-Fi all throughout the community. There's so much I can't even begin to tell you everything in this video. Now, this would be your two car garage. So you come through here. And if you look, Patrice, right behind you is your mud area. Well, that's nice. Yeah. And then we'll kind of show you the backyard. It's going to be like a longer patio area, which I think is great, especially if you've got a corner lot here. I think it's great, too. Yeah, you get plenty of space to kind of put a barbecue and grill and all that stuff. And then you have some seating here and then probably would not have the railings and that little walkway there. It'd probably be more grass, but plenty of space for like a small dog or whatnot. You know, you don't have to go crazy. Like I said, there's so many pocket parks and so much activity for the kiddos to do that, you know, you're not going to need a big space if you're not ready for that. This is the type of community that you're going to buy in and you're going to you're going to stay here for a long time. You're going to kind of grow into different aspects and maybe maybe you sell this house down the road and pick up another home that's a little bit bigger as your family grows and your needs grow. Let's go upstairs and check out those two bedrooms and see what's going on up there. Okay. All right. So now we're upstairs. I love the way they decorated this. I think this is so cool. It's kind of like an Italian little cafe, huh? Yeah. Like you're sitting outdoors at a cafe. I just think it's a cute idea. Yeah, that is cool. All right. So you've got this loft area which you can design any way you want. You can make it a game room, media room, that sort of thing. So that's really cool. And then you've got two bedrooms. And then right behind Patrice is the bathroom. Now the rooms aren't overly big, but they're not small either. No, they fit. I mean, we've definitely had smaller rooms than this. You could fit. I mean, that's a full-size bed, but you could fit a queen in here easily. Oh, yeah. No, absolutely. And the closet I'm thinking is like the snack closet. Yeah, just a normal closet. I like it. I'm trying to get all angles for everybody here. And then across the way is the other one. Yeah, and if you don't mind, like if you were a empty nester and you're looking to downsize but not downgrade, this is a great option as well. Because you've got your primary downstairs. You've got bedrooms up here. It doesn't take up a ton of square footage. You know, you've got easy care on your backyard. So this one is the bathroom for both bedrooms.
