God Really Doesn t Want You To Ignore This

Are you ready for the end times? Are you ready for the return of the Lord? I want to tell you today that many people are rejecting the grace of God today and the grace of God is going to reject them tomorrow. What do I mean by that? This is what I mean. The door of God's grace is open today but one day that door will be shut. Jesus said that the end times will be like the day of Noah. Did you know that Noah's ark the door of it was open over 120 years meaning the opportunity for anyone who wanted to be involved in the construction of the ark was open for over 120 years but no one participated in the building of the ark only Noah and his family but after 120 years God told Noah and his family to get into the ark and when they were in the ark God, God shut the door and then no one else was able to enter and the flood came. What does that represent for us today? How does that apply to us today? People who are alive today. It applies in the grace of Jesus Christ. The grace of Jesus Christ is open today. The grace of God, the mercy of God is available today because of what Jesus Christ has done for us on the cross. He died for our sins and he resurrected overcoming sin. Now he gives you the power to be able to overcome sin also and all you need to do the scripture says is believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is the son of God and you will be saved but many people are rejecting the grace of God today while the door is open and tomorrow meaning in the future a day that I don't know but that door will be shut and the grace of God will not be open to anyone anymore. The bible says that it's appointed for a man to die once and then comes the judgment either it's going to be on the day of their death or people who are rejecting God today are going to go through something that the scripture calls the seven years of great tribulation. Now in those seven years of great tribulation there will be opportunity for salvation but only in the word that I said only through great tribulation and believe me if many people didn't receive Jesus Christ right now when everything is so easily available I don't think that some of those people are going to accept Jesus in the years of great tribulation when there's not going to be any food any medicine and the only way to get food or medicine or any type of comfort is to take the mark of the beast well pay attention because this is how we can be ready for the end times and it has to do with repentance and we find that here in the book of Luke chapter 13 listen to what it says this is Jesus he's speaking to the crowd of people following him and he's speaking to them about repentance listen to what he says there was some present that very hour who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices meaning Pilate killed them for no reason and he answered them do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered in this way no I tell you but unless you repent you will all likewise perish the word perish if you look it up it means sudden destruction and he's using this specific word because he's using it to imply and to refer to the end times meaning hell that's what he's talking about or those 18 he brings up another event that happened in his days or those 18 on whom the tower of Siloam fell and killed them do you think that they were worse offenders than all the others who lived in Jerusalem no I tell you but unless you repent you will all likewise perish meaning those people died suddenly and he's letting them know if you don't repent you're gonna die suddenly now listen the suddenly that he's talking about is not necessarily a sudden death in their time no he's talking about that destruction of the lake of fire and he's saying the same way they died and they didn't expect it there's a lot of you he's speaking to the crowd who's following them there's a lot of you who don't think you're heading for destruction but you're heading for destruction and the only way to avoid that destruction is to repent the scripture says that Christ came into this world and one reason for one reason and one reason only to save sinners why do you think the bible calls him the savior he came to die on the cross because the price of sin is death he took our place like people don't realize that the price of sin is death people don't realize that yes god is a god of love and he's our heavenly father but he's gonna judge sin and the judgment of sin has already been accomplished and it's already been satisfied through his son jesus christ but people who reject the son jesus christ god's gonna have to punish them for their sins god does not want to punish them for them for their sins that's why the scripture says for gods who love the world he gave his one and only begotten son that whosoever should believe in him shall not perish the same word that he's using here shall not perish but god does not want to judge his creation god does not want to judge male or female god does not want to judge people he already sent his son jesus to take their judgment but will god judge people yes he will because they're rejecting the grace of god they're rejecting the window of opportunity of the mercies of the lord and there is going to be a day when god will judge the living and the dead people who rejected jesus christ that day doesn't have to happen for you or for me and we receive his son jesus christ and i want to let you know if you've received his son jesus christ that day will not happen to you now you might have flaws and errors but the blood of jesus christ has already been shed on the cross and he paid the price for all your sins and all your faults and there's salvation there's forgiveness and there's repentance and salvation has already been prepared for you and salvation has already been given to you and there's forgiveness and cleansing and washing prepared for you through his son jesus christ and all you need to do is chapter one verse nine it says if any of you have sinned let them confess those sins to god and he is faithful and just to cleanse you and wash you of all unrighteousness now listen because jesus follows up his statement about perishing suddenly with the story and he calls it the story of the barren fig tree and it has to do with the tree that did not produce fruit i want to let you know that god is looking for fruit in all of our lives and what's the type of fruit that he's looking for the fruit of the spirit not necessarily the fruit of the spirit is produced in the life of a believer when they are saved that's going to happen so what type of fruit is god looking for he's looking for the fruit of repentance the fruit of repentance and you're going to know why i'm saying that the fruit of the holy spirit that's going to happen automatically when you walk by faith but the fruit of repentance god is looking for that in the life of unbelievers god is looking for that in the life of people who are living in their sins and god is speaking to them and god is showing them grace and showing them mercy and god is looking for fruit to bloom from their lives the fruit of repentance to where they see the grace of god the mercy of god and they say lord i shouldn't be living like this listen to the story that he says and he told this parable right after he was speaking about perishing right after he was speaking about repenting and he told this parable a man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard a fig tree planted in a vineyard a vineyard is for grapes a fig tree is kind of out of place right in that place where it's supposed to be for grapes so listen to this and he told this parable a man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard and he came seeking fruit on it and found none and he said to the vine dresser look for three years now i have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and i find none cut it down why should he use up the ground you notice he uses this specific number three years how long was the ministry of jesus in jerusalem in israel when he was here on earth three years this parable is referencing his ministry in israel he's saying look for three years i've been preaching to you for three years i've been here healing the sick giving sight to the blind preaching the gospel and for three years you have rejected me i've been seeking fruit fruit of repentance israel to bow down to surrender to their messiah but jesus is saying for three years you have not listen to what he says the master tells the vine dresser in verse seven cut it down why should it use up the ground and he answered him sir let it alone this year also until i dig around it and put manure on it then if it should bear fruit next year well and good but if not you can cut it down you know john the baptist echoed these words in the beginning of the ministry of jesus he was telling people repent for the axe is already at the root of the tree you know what he was saying by that john the baptist he's saying look god's not playing no more and not that he ever was let me rephrase that god's not playing games at all people think that god's playing people think that god is messing around he's not he's not god's not playing around and he was letting people know if you don't repent the axe is already at the root of the tree and then the story that jesus gave he said look if you don't produce fruit the tree's gonna be cut down what is the fruit he's looking for the fruit of repentance the fruit when a man and a woman surrender their life to the lord god you know right now everything that's going on in the middle east and wars and rumors of wars these are all just alarm clocks going off that's all it is alarm clocks going on the descendants of ishmael versus the descendants of isaac this is all biblical prophecy these are just alarms going off there's still a lot of people that don't produce fruits of repentance but if you want to produce fruits of repentance today and if you want to surrender your life to jesus christ and make this declaration of faith and you will be saved say this say father god i come to your presence in the mighty name of jesus lord i ask you to forgive me for all my sins and all my faults jesus i believe you are the son of god that you died on the cross and resurrected on the third day for the salvation of my soul and the forgiveness of all my sins jesus wash me cleanse me and make me and fill me with your holy spirit in jesus name i pray amen i want to let you know you make that declaration of faith god's holy word that does not lie says that you have the god-given right to be called a child of god your sins have been forgiven your name is written you will never be abandoned you will never be rejected by god god
