Hello everyone Hello From Thailand Today I'm back once again in the capital city of Bangkok And I'll take you on a tour of Bangkok's brand-new areas With the latest updates for 2026 straight to you Now let's explore an area called Sai Ham One Square — I 'm back here today after about four or five months folks But it has an abundance of new areas Now I'm heading straight to the brand-new shop in this area—Hirono's place everyone Anyone who's played Pop Up knows this character The space here will have coffee plus clothing and souvenirs for everyone Goodness there are so many Hirono-related merchandise items The T-shirts in this store are also really beautiful guys Prices fluctuate around 1 000 to 2 000 folks There are little cute bags like this one It looks like this is a blind box too this paya salad giving it a tangy sweet taste The green mango salad comes with chili peanuts and purple onion everyone I want to try eating it with this pickled garlic and green chili — there's so much chili It's salty with fish sauce so watch out It's incredibly delicious everyone And its flavor is also quite unique You won't find this flavor at any fast-food chicken chain in Vietnam—it's truly unique Now I'll walk through Sai Am Square 1 to reach the BTS and head straight across to Sai Am Paragon Over there there's a brand-new shopping mall that's absolutely stunning And this seems to be the elevator that'll take us up to the Nextopia Looks so sleek doesn't it And here is the entrance to Nextopia Located on the fifth floor of the Siam Paragon shopping mall in Bangkok Wow It feels like stepping into the trunk of a fairy-tale tree Wow Goodness me it's so beautiful Wow amazing work everyone According to the latest information I've just read here the Nextopia area is a project spanning 15 000 square meters folks And its total investment amounted to 850 million Thai baht Goodness me they'really going all out And they named this area Nextopia A community project working together to build a better world The name sounds so vast doesn't it And this area gives you that same feeling too—just look at it so futuristic yet somehow so environmentally friendly Lately I've noticed those malls especially in Thailand and also in China They put a lot of effort into this kind of decoration —it ends up creating an artificial tourist attraction Its style is highly artistic—like a museum that's completely free of charge attracting countless visitors I'm not sure what style this Nextopia area follows but it seems to be incorporating technology And drawing inspiration from coon-like creatures for example those coons that look just like ordinary ones Then the patterns and designs surrounding this lotus base resemble a honeycomb And the material they chose turns out to be quite interesting—many of the materials appear to be made of stone Then there's a bamboo ladder made from black bamboo tightly bound together This ladder twists around in circles so please step in carefully one foot at a time There it is—the Earth itself—displaying the words Nextopia constantly The view from within the vortex of this staircase is absolutely breathtaking I've been staring at it this whole time and still couldn't tell if that stream of water was real or fake—looks so much like a screen glitch Now heading down to the floor below will take you to the food
