Buckeye Arizona Home With No Neighbors Behind Sienna Hills Home Tour

If you're looking for something that feels new but you don't want to wait for new construction, maybe you'd love a little privacy with no one directly behind you, I have a home in Siena Hills that you're going to want to see. Today's home is located in Buckeye, Arizona in the master plan community of Siena Hills. It was built in 2024 by William Ryan and it's their mead floor plan sitting at just under 2,000 square feet. It's a four bedroom, three bath. It's a single story home on a 6,800 square foot lot. This home has a great open layout. It's highly upgraded and it's move-in ready. All right, as you walk in, the first thing that you're going to notice is this gorgeous wide plank LVP flooring. You've got upgraded baseboards. I absolutely love this flooring. I'm obsessed with it. This is so modern. This is the style currently, just so beautiful. And as we walk in, I'm going to take you straight over here to the left. Again, this flooring is throughout the entire home. This is bedroom number one and you've got your shutters throughout, also ceiling fans. When you're buying new construction, keep in mind that your window treatments, your ceiling fans, all of that, even door hardware, the door hardware here is upgraded in this home. All of that is not included. So you would have to add that on to your base price of your home. And by purchasing this home, that is already all included. Coming out of our bathroom, we've got our baby's room. It is nice and low lit in here. I went to open the blinds and it's got the dark blackout going. This is one smart mama. She has a brand new baby in here. And any of you that are moms out there, we remember, we do not want any light in here. Nice and quiet, but really great. Bedroom number two here. And then we will come down the hallway. We've got, this is right off of our garage, our two-car garage. This is an added cabinet here. And here is your hardware on that. And then you've got your closet right off of your garage. This is our two-car garage. I'll take you to that in just a second. This is another bedroom, but he is using it as an office here. All right, coming in from the garage, come into the main part of the home. I'm going to come across our laundry. Look at this flooring in here. So cute. Got your cabinets, washer and dryer is included. And then this nice, open, bright floor plan. You have 10-foot ceilings in here. Standard is nine, but the sellers opted for the 10-foot ceilings. There's also added windows that they opted for in here to make sure that it stayed nice and bright. You are facing east-west here. You've got this beautiful kitchen with the quartz countertops. Look at these gorgeous cabinets. Stainless steel appliances. You are on gas here. And then you've got this backsplash here that's the same as your countertops. Nice, large sink, soft close. And then this is where you have your reverse osmosis under the sink. Of course, a place for your trash. Also, you have your walk-in pantry in here. Plenty of room, plenty of shelving for storage. These pendants are an upgrade as well. Here's our great room. And then notice all of the doors, the sliding glass doors back here. This is also an upgrade. You have all of these sliders letting in that natural light. This is your dining area that when you open up these three sliders, which I'll show you in a bit, just really allows you to entertain both indoor and outdoor. And of course, your gorgeous views out the back with no one behind you. Let's head into our master. Okay, so here we are. As you can see, these two windows on this wall are not standard. Those were added to let in that natural light in here. Again, shutters. There's your ceiling fans. And then as we walk into our primary bath, we've got our tile flooring in here. And then our spa shower, just floor-to-ceiling tile in here. Really beautiful. Okay, we have dual vanities. They are separated by a linen closet, which is also an upgrade. This is a linen closet here. And then you have your other sink here. And of course, your water closet. And then here's our walk-in closet. Let's head out to our backyard. Okay, so as I mentioned before, these sliders open all the way up. They do also come with screens. So if you're like me and you don't like flies coming in, there are screens on these as well. And then you can open those up to the great room. And then also have those open. And you've got your covered patio out here. And this is also an upgrade. You've got travertine. This extended patio is an upgrade. You normally just get the patio right here. But these cellars extended the patio across the entire back of the home, which really helps keep the sun off of your home in the summer months when it gets really hot. But look at this stunning backyard with the built-in barbecue. Fire pit. Water feature. And again, no one behind you. Beautiful mountain views. Okay, so here's our built-in barbecue over here. You've got your refrigerator. And you're just really taking advantage of your views out here. It's great for entertaining. We're in the afternoon shooting this and there's lots of shade still. And of course, this is just stunning in the evening with this fire pit on. We get great sunsets here. And then notice you have this nice step here. So you can put probably four chairs across here. Also, you can put your umbrella up here, which is really pretty. And then of course, you can see from here when you're at your fire pit, there's those white tank mountains over there as well. You've got this travertine, which stays nice and cool in the summer. And then if you have pets, you still have this artificial turf grassy area that's easy to wash. And then this is the 10-foot side yard that I mentioned. And then you've got your 7-foot gate down there, which makes it really easy to bring larger equipment in and out if you needed to. Your trash cans, there's pavers down there. So you can pull your trash cans behind your gate. And that's also where your service door is from your garage. So it really makes it easy to get back here. Here's what I love about this home and why I think it's such a great opportunity. First of all, the location. This home is located in a new build community called The Ridge at Siena Hills. And this neighborhood is elevated from the rest of Siena Hills. It sits up close to the white tank mountains. So you have really great views from here. This lot is one of their premium lots because it backs up to open space. And you get amazing sunsets here. And the backyard is just gorgeous all lit up at night. Also, the HOA is $118 per month here, and there's no CFD tax. And if you're not familiar with what a CFD tax is, it's a special tax that newer communities typically have to help fund their infrastructure like schools and parks and roads. This community does have a community pool and a fitness center. Plus they have a charter school here. They have pocket parks and maintained common areas. They just don't have that additional tax layer. So that's a real benefit. Siena Hills is also just minutes from a brand new Verado Marketplace, which is a brand new shopping center. It's going to have a Target, a Harkins Theater, a Safeway, tons of new dining options. We have a Costco and a Home Depot coming. Also a Sprouts, a Dick's Sporting Goods, just to name a few of the vendors coming in there. Additionally, we have medical two miles from this home. Both Abrazo and Banner Health are expanding their facilities here. If you love golf, we have two golf courses just a few miles from here in Verado. There are tons of hiking trails here nearby in the White Tank Mountains. And of course, we have schools and freeway access. It's just also minutes from this home.
