So this is a gentle walk. We are just going to get started with walking. You can hold onto your chair
or not depending on what level you're at. So each move is going to be 15 seconds and then we're
going to change it up to the next move. For now we're just walking for our first 30 seconds,
taking a nice deep breath in and breathing out. So our first move is going to be tapping forward.
So just tapping gently, holding onto the chair when you need to and when you don't then you can
let go. The chair is also there for you to sit down when you need that break. You can continue
to move. You don't need to stop completely but at least the chair is there for that break. Let's go
back to walking. We're going to go into a side tap. Now if you don't need to hold onto the chair
you can move your arms along with the walking.
Back into that walk.
So we're going to go into a heel dig. The heel dig can throw your balance off a little bit.
So again hold onto the chair if you need to.
Back into that walk.
Move into tapping behind us
and walking again. So today isn't necessarily about steps, it's just about getting in healthy
movement and improving our ability to walk. So moving into a knee lift, how high you bring that
knee is completely up to you. Don't feel you have to bring it really high. And walk. So if you feel
that this is too easy you can increase the speed during the walks as well to just going at the pace
that you feel like you're getting in a bit more of a workout. So going into that ham curl. So just
bringing the foot back. Again this is harder on the knees and harder on balance so hold on if you
need to. And walking. And walking forward and back. And just into a straight walk again. Nice deep
breath in and breathing out. So going into two taps on one side. So ready tap tap other side.
And one more time on the other side and walk. And we're going to do the same thing going forward.
So two taps in front with one foot. Last time on that side and then the other side.
And walking it out. So we're just going to repeat those moves. I'm going to add in some
arm moves here as well. So just tapping in front. So for those who want to or can
add in their arms follow along with the arm movements. Otherwise hold on to the chair
or whatever feels good. And walking it out. Let's tap to the side
and do a bicep curl. And walk it out. Going into a heel dig and pressing forward.
And walk it out. Now we're going to tap back and press down. And walk. And raising the knee up and
touching the knee if you can. And we'll do a tricep kick back as we bring the foot up at the back.
Nice deep breath in and breathing out. Punching forward as we walk forward and back. And just
into a straight walk. And going into our side tap and bring an arm forward. So two times.
Last time and then last one on the other side. And walk it out. So we're just going to continue
to walk for the last minute. Taking a nice deep breath in bringing the arms up halfway
and breathing out. And switching the arms. So having the arms at the shoulders just reaching
one arm up. A little bit forward as well not straight up. And then just bringing the hands
in front and just rotating the arms. Switching that direction and then totally relaxing the arms.
Focusing on your breath. And that is the end of our 10 minutes. So whether you did it seated or
standing or holding on to the chair it doesn't matter. You are moving. You are here and you
are working to get stronger. Please subscribe if you haven't already. Hit that like button.
