In this video Harold Artis and I will be coloring
these coloring books and
also adding some fun doodles
with which we will have
to deal throughout our
colorful journey greatly complicating matters
Welcome to Artemaster's channel
today I'm here
take a look who I'm with
Harold Artis
It's been a while at least six years since
we last saw each other at least six years
and we've made here the
historic reunion to make a fresh
little video a really cool
video because we'll be drawing
coloring a coloring book
like the ones you love but
with a twist and that is today
coloring books are going to be
more realistic in style
Aha Ale show me the book
Well look at this—it has
all kinds of drawings here
wolves a boot like this
fantasy type horses
I'm going to ask you
I'm not going to choose it myself I'm going to ask you
to choose it for me
okay perfec
This is going to be tricky— I like that
Let's look for it This
one's no good I mean this one's really hard Neither is this
one it's too abstract
That one's weird huh
Be careful here eh
That one's really tough eh
This one I like for you Artemaster
You can create some interesting effects
Easy okay fine come on let's go
He might be handsome I guess
since I tend to really
like that coral-like look but this one's a bit tough I'd say
If this is too hard let's see what happens
well let's see what we've got
oh
but let's check what else there is
this well but wha
But what kind of book is
this These drawings are
incredibly difficult almost impossibly complex
Picone also looks good Wow this one's
cool what do you think I like this one
so let's go with this one You're keeping
it now let's see what you do with it
It's really complicated so many
details—so many details oh my goodness—
well we already have the drawings
selected and as you can see here we have
a set of materials on the table
which are the ones we'll be using to color
I'm excited to start coloring already
Alright let's get started—I'm diving
into this tropical seabed and honestly
when you begin you don't have much of a
clue how everything will end up colored
because it's a bit random so
to avoid overthinking it from
the start I just went ahead
and prepared the water for that
As you can see I was filling everything in with this
blue marker
I started drawing the dragon using these markers
ojuju I'm going to be using
various shades of green I looked for a green
It's too dark to cast a shadow
so I started adding lights in lime
green and yellow and so far
I really like how this is turning out
Look at how my little dragon is turning out folks
I think this is going to turn out nice huh
It's coming along well right And regarding theme
I actually had enough time to do this
The thing is I've barely had time
to do anything but here it goes—also
there's something I hadn't mentioned to you yet and it's a surprise
For you oh my
god—this video is going to have some awesome
pranks and we'll each be
able to pull off three yes
This is to add dynamism to the video
the trolleys will be the
following ones you see that here there are
various materials okay so
From all of that you can do
whatever you want tease me however
you like for instance there's a
pencil over there that vibrates
So you can tell
me to use that
vibrant pencil somewhere in
the drawing right I can get
creative can't I Anything goes
You think you can troll me We
each have three trolleys that's
what I love about it you're
going to do this
properly so okay
We've just begun let's see how
things unfold—we're heading to the
first trolley and the temaster has
handed it to me on a silver platter
oh
well the first thing I'll tell you
the first thing you grab is that this one's really good
it's like a pen
It vibrates but what am I supposed to do with that now
I'll tell you straight you're going to put
it in your mouth like this and bite down
You're going to draw with the
vibrator like this in your mouth—wait
don't speak—yes you're going to do
this little fish the one right here
He could have chosen this one but since I'm
good it'll be this one
okay I think that's a great
a great idea that little fishy okay
Come on we plugged the
pencil in—oh my god
into the mouth the
temaster but like that's
What talent is that
What talent does the master have
You look so beautiful in that
o
Nine out of ten dentists
recommend this
for a great smile
well now it's my turn Harol to pick your little treat
so you've made me have a bit of a rough time huh well now it's
my turn to be just as bad and
check out these little pencils here
I have these multicolored pencils
that's great these are hard to draw with huh
so you'll have to draw
with these what do you think
Oh my god look at this pencil
see how the master handles this huh
the master has been
pretty good to me huh
Yeah huh because you've really been giving me a hard time
where do I draw this the boss
you're in charge
I want you to color this
horn here with that
pencil because there
won't be any red or yellow tones
left and here it's just a b
Fantasy huh really suits this drawing perfectly—yes yes
it's going to stand out so
much with the green I'm adding
In the end it wasn't that bad was it I'm doing you a favor right I think it was
actually a pretty good prank
Well the next one I might think twice about—no
it' s worse not that it's bad no the worst part is tha
It's turning out nicely
and the next trolley I have
in mind for you is a real gem—don't even say that
Well after that little prank by Harol
and once I'd finished the water in
the drawing I went ahead and filled
in these branching corals on the left
With that beige tone I
gradually blended in some
orange hues using a slightly darker blue pencil
I was also adding some textures
to this water
background trying to fix the mess with the little fish and the rest
Just below I painted it with a touch of orange and blue and
I also painted this coral yellow and the
one next to it green as you can see
also some of the branching algae
from the center honestly this
coral was quite complicated to
paint because it had countless
details what I was initially doing mostly involved
setting up basic colors and markers then
if I had time proceeding further
I was adding details with pencils then
after doing that ridiculous thing this
master told me to do I started working on some scales using a different tone
The color I used a touch of blue
the flowers on top
of the head I made with a bit of purple so the dragon looks even more striking
sexy then I painted all the
scales on his chest working
them with orange and yellow I still had more to do
The eye very important I wanted
it red something that gives it a
powerful touch—you know creating
lighting effects with the white bosca
I think it's time for the next one
let's see what you do now I've got an
idea—it's going to be something you'll love something you'll truly enjoy
Look at what we've got here—over here Ale has this graffiti piece
by Pombo which really piques my interest
in this subject keep an eye on it
watch out if you put
a little graphite on
your finger it's fine
and then let's see
Don't touch the fish
Leave it to me it's already annoyed me
Okay okay let's do
a coral look at this one here
This little guy here come on
perfect—perfect I love it—this is
like a fine powder pure charcoal
this is—haven't told you yet—
e final part which is cleaning your
finger by sucking on
That's enough about the pencil
That's enough
Of course with your finger you
have little precision watch out
Watch out here it comes
Here it goes a bit worn down
very good
not bad at all
it's turning out well I think I helped
it's going to be a white coral
It won't help much either because it should
be colorful but we have to say that it could
have been much worse—the previous version
was worse I don't have the slightest idea
life's precision with this but
but trolling is trolling
well your trolling has been good
but now it's my turn again and
this time I'm not going to make it so easy for you
well over here there's something interesting
I think Harold might be involved
He hasn't even seen them but
these are the tiny little pencils
look at them what do you think
that's a miniature
They'really tiny
so you'll have to
draw them that way—look how small
they are Just look at
this how tiny it is Seriously take a look
Yes come on it's very difficult—no
no look and
focus here—you're going
to have to draw this flower and
the one over here using those pencils
It's going to be a full video like
this drawing with pencils—I have to get
too close because it's barely visible—
watch I'm going to blur everything now
with the blur and everything
good
now with the yellow I'll try to blend it
see how it blends
if you can see it there watch out
They blend well with Harold pulling
off the artist's forbidden moves and
given how the experience has been
painting with them well my eyes hurt bu
You have to do it with a magnifying
glass almost but these pencils
have impressed me—they work really well and blend beautifully
No no the truth is they work quite well
Let's move on to this little fish here
the largest of the entire coral reef
I wanted to make this a bit more tropical so I
added some brighter more vibrant colors
as well as these spongy textures
I painted the ones right there
on the side yellow the ones on the
right with pink and purple tones and those directly below them
a vibrant green hue all to
create a harmonious blend of
colors and transform it into
a richly varied coral reef
Good job Harold how's the drawing coming along
I'm really happy with how it's turning out
and the doodles
I mean I just didn't care
Well I haven't been doing too well myself
such is your situation and such is mine
feel free to comment
to let us know who's doing better so far
Well you'll have to wait until the
end because things could change
dramatically—there's still one more twist
so be careful there's one more twist
And it's not going to be ham
it's not going to be
ham ham
by this point in the video I finally started
coloring in this huge coral in the middle
and since I wanted it to be special
in some way I added lots of colors
then there was kind of a type of
mushrooms scattered over to the lef
as you can see they're a bit abstract the
truth is with this coral in some parts I wasn't quite sure how
to color them simply
because I didn't even know what they were
And now to finish that section
there I made the corals green
and I’ll be creating other flowers with a purple tint next
It's a color I really like one I
think suits the dragon perfectly and
it works well with some blues too
—your drawing is turning out great
How beautiful I'm turning out
well it won't last long because
they're moving me to another bed
It turns out I also have these
cute pencils here—what do
you think of these Jarol pencils
They're quite interesting
It's like tree bark—really cool but
you know what They look terrible
when painted Well
with those pencils
just color in whatever's left
so start with them — they'really bad I'm
warning you — yes yes
yes — let's test this out
here to see —
wow — you can really tell the
quality — if they don'
t pigment much at all —
Gradient fade not
too much I guess
to blend nothing we won't see
I'm surprised—Jarol is catching me off
guard today nothing's working my usual
jokes aren't landing
what's going on here
Jarol's really showing off his
skills now
Well they weren't that bad after all
ale
you ready for the little prank
I'm ready and set
I'll make it easy for you check this out
you're going to be wearing
These low- quality markers
but with your left
hand you'll color
using the opposite hand
These markers are the ones I
give my niece to color with when she visits so they're of poor
quality—cheap and hard to use
Ugh that's terrible with the left hand
ugh
how awful
okay
watch out
I've got him now
look at that stroke
you know the tremor gives it texture
the drawing
eye the fish
I don't want to overdo it
Picasso suffers
this is easy
I've made it harder for you
this part here
I don't even know what it is but it's
going to be like background painting
I'm here painting as you've ordered with my left hand
it's tough isn't it
look there
but just imagine they 're
going to give you a
million dollars if you don't touch that
yellow button — eyes open million's coming
million's here it's already happened to me
They had fallen behind while Jaro
kept mocking me without stopping yet I
kept moving forward already at the
final stretch and now was the moment
and finally bring out the
colored pencils to add a bit of
texture in various places
detailing each coral a little more
adding more depth to the ocean floor
then also using the white Posca
which finally gave it quite a bit
of volume to the entire drawing
And I started really liking it quite a bit and to finish this drawing I'm going to add some flowers
that I still needed
some here others there
and with the white posca we'll be adding
some highlights some lighting effects
— you know how much of a difference
this makes— well guys
and girls that's it
That's how the final results turned
out—Jaro's honestly has come out
really well Canelita I'm truly thrilled with how this dragon turned out
I noticed so many tiny details— I have
to say the colored illustrations in
the book really help with that too and
it's been a huge
help but the truth is—
It's incredible—mine turned out cool
too but well it came
out a bit like this
chaotic and I've given Alejandro some really tough challenges— if this fish
here has been a bit
wild and unpredictable
that's exactly what makes it the bes
well hopefully you enjoyed it too—just
letting you know that
on the Jaro channel
we've recorded another collaborative
video so stay tuned here for some updates
Tomas advance so you can
go see it too—of course
after this—so nothing Jaro thank you so much for
be here thanks to you for inviting
me and nothing let's hope they return
many more times to you thank you so
much for helping us see you very soo
