Beginner friendly 8 Forms Tai Chi, entire set in mirror image with verbal cues.
Hi, I'm Jenny Lu. We're learning A-form Tai Chi step by step. In this video, we're going over
the entire set in mirror image. There's also a version in back view. If you missed any of the
previous steps, please check on this channel under the playlist A-form Tai Chi to catch
detailed instructions for each form. Let's get started. Relax the body, calm the mind.
Slowly pouring the weight into your right leg. Open the left foot into Wuji stance.
Opening form. Number one. Roll back the forearms. Right side first for you. Pour the weight into
your right leg. Brush knee. Pivot back ball of your foot. Hold the ball. Part the wild horse's
side. Number four. Cloud hands. Pour the weight into the left leg. Bring the right leg in.
Cloud hand one. Two. Left foot back. Three. Right foot out. Pour the weight back into your left leg.
Press. Left hand down. Right leg up. Slowly lower. Switch side. Inhale. Exhale.
Scoop up healing energy. Right leg up first. Heel kick. Shift side. Hold the ball.
Grasp the sparrow's tail. On the right first. Roll back. Press. Wipe off. Withdraw. Push.
Relax the arms. Hold the ball again. Left foot out. Ward off. Roll back. Press. Wipe off.
Withdraw. Tip that front foot. Adding what we learned today.
Crousing hands. Relax the arms. Sitting back. Start to pivot back ball of the foot.
Closing the left foot. Keep opening. Pour the weight. Your right hand should be on the bottom.
Coming back center. Wipe. Press energy down to your lower dantian. Relax the arms. Pour the weight
into your right leg. Left leg closes in. And let's close. Inhale. Exhale. Very good job. So if you
didn't catch the back view, check that video too on this channel. And please share this with a
beginner friendly tai chi set. And please subscribe to the channel so you'll get notified
the next time I come out with a new video. I'm going to record demo video out of nature.
So I look forward to seeing you in another video.
