Hey everybody, it's me, I'm back. I have a really great Dollar Tree Easter video to
share with you so let's jump right in. So I have these wallpaper sheets from
Dollar Tree with the butterflies and then I got these Easter wood cutouts. I
got the bunny, the egg, the chick, and the carrot. Some of them I've had for a
couple years and I picked up a couple extra this year. So all I'm gonna do is
just make sure that I can use one sheet for multiple pieces and I did at first
trace everything but I figured if I cut it too close then there it would like
you know that the wood would show and I didn't want that so I just kind of
measured it so that I could use the whole piece to cover like for this one
just that whole piece is going to cover the carrot. So I just made sure that it
was facing in the right direction and used one sheet and got two pieces
covered with the one sheet. As you can see I took the tags off the back and
then I'm just taking the backing off of all of the pieces and I am going to just
place it right on there, cover it all up, and then all I'm going to do is take my
finger sander and sand off the edges so everything is covered. Now once I got all
the excess sanded off I'm taking my Cape Current from Dixie Bell and I just do
the edges and the back with two coats and that's all I did for these four
pieces and I absolutely love how they came out. I think they're super adorable.
Let me know what you guys think of this project. For this next project I have
these 4x4 picture frames there's two of them and then these rub-on transfers
from Essential Stencil. If you can't afford IOD try Essential Stencil. They
have some beautiful rub-on transfers. They rival IOD in my opinion. I am not
sponsored at all but I love their products. Then I'm just going to take, I
got this gray, it's all different kinds of patterns. They're all like gray and
white and I got it from Michaels I believe but it might have been Hobby
Lobby. So I picked out a back or page that I liked and I'm just going to take
one of the pieces of glass out of the frame and I'm going to trace it so that
I can have two pieces to use as the backing for my pictures. I cut them out
and put them aside and then I took this Baja gray from Dixie Bell and I just
went over the frame but I didn't cover the beads. I left the beads the natural
brown color, wood color. Then I'm going to take my rub-on transfers and I'm going to
add them to the glass. I just place it down and then rub, rub, rub until it
transfers onto the glass and I do it for both pieces. Once they're done I just put
everything back together into the frame. Now once I got that done I took some of
the lace ribbon from Dollar Tree. I only had a little bit left. It was enough so
which is a good thing. So I made two double loop finger bows. I hope that
makes sense. You'll see right here I'm just going to, it's hard to explain. You
wrap it around your fingers and then you tie it off but I did slow it down here
so that you could see what I was doing and I do this two times. Once I get them
done I'm just going to hot glue one on each of the frames. The bunnies are facing
in opposite directions so I just put the bows on the opposite side of where
they're facing. You'll see in just a minute. And that's all I did for these. I
think they came out so beautiful. They're like so precious and like almost
elegant looking. I don't know. I think they're adorable. Let me know what you
think of this project. Okay for this next one I'm using these little mini carrots. I
don't use those eggs so pretend you didn't see them. I have these little, like
the small wreath forms, one of the chargers and again some more of the rub
on transfers from Essential Stencil. I'm going to start off, oh and I also am going
to be using some of this moss and then I'm going to paint the charger with this
bonding boss first and then Smoky Mountains. It's like a greenish color. So
yeah I am going to start off by painting the charger. While the charger is drying
I took that pink, Mesa pink terracotta paint and just some white paint and I
painted the bunny feet. Then I'm going to take the E6000 and I'm going to run it
around the bottom of the wreath form and I'm just going to glue that in place. I
do put some clamps on and just let it dry for a couple hours. Now before I take
the clamps off I'm going to take my glue gun and some of this moss and I'm just
going to just pump out a blob of the glue and then I'm going to add the moss
inside the the wreath form and I'm going to do that all the way around. Then I
just take the clamps off. Now I have this bunny tail that I got from Dollar Tree
and I'm just going to clip it right in place on the bottom of the wreath form
and then I'm going to place the little bunny feet where I think they should sit.
I'm going to use a little bit of E6000 and some hot glue and I'm just going to
glue them into place. Then I'm going to take some of these little mini carrots
and I'm just going to glue them around the inside of the frame. Then I go
through my wooden letters I got from Amazon. I got like, I don't know, it's a
big container with like, I don't know, I don't even remember how many, like five
hundred thousand letters, I don't know. So anyways, I just pulled out the letters
to spell out bunny beat and I am going to paint them with white, my white cap
from Dixie Belle. I'm just going to paint all of the letters with that. Once they're
dry I'm just going to glue them into place in the center of the wreath form.
And that's it for this one. I think it's super adorable. I absolutely love the
little bunny tail. I think it's so cute. Let me know what you think of this
project. Okay, for this next one I have another charger from the Dollar Tree.
It's one of those gold colored one and I am going to start off with using my
Bonding Boss paint and then I believe I use the sun-kissed from Dixie Belle.
I think it's, I think I'm going to show you in a second. I have another one of
those wreath forms and again some more of the essential stencil rub-on
transfers. So there it is. There's the sun-kissed and I'm going to just put
that aside to dry. I have this ribbon that I got from Jo-Ann Fabric when they
were going out of business. So I just took this and I'm going to wrap it
around the wreath form just to cover the wreath form. And now that the charger,
my goodness, is dry I am going to take my rub-on transfer. I'm going to center it
as best I can and then rub, rub, rub until it comes off onto the charger. Then I'm
going to take the wreath form. I'm going to add a generous amount of hot glue and
I'm going to glue that in the center of the charger. Then I'm taking more of that
ribbon. I'm going to make another finger bow to use on the bottom of the wreath
form. Then I wanted to do something around the like edge because I thought it
was too plain. So I found four of these smaller eggs in that transfer pack. So
I'm just adding those to the rim of the charger. And that's all I did for this
one. Now if you guys can't get the rub-on transfers you can always use napkins or
you can print out something on your printer and just mod podge it on to the
chargers. You can accomplish the same adorable Easter decor that way. But I
love how this charger came out and yeah I love it. Let me know what you guys
think of this project. I hope you all enjoyed this video. If you did go ahead
