Hi friends, I hope you're doing well. Today I really wanted to share with you
some favorite things that I've been obsessed with this past month, some
things I've been loving even longer than a month. I've actually
got quite a mix of things. You've got some skincare products,
hair care, I've got some lifestyle things to share with you guys, and of course as
always makeup. I even have a fragrance, like a very new
fragrance discovery that I can't stop wearing.
So let's get right into it. First things first you guys,
I always love when a product launches for Reveal Beauty because it means I can
finally put them in a favorites video. We recently launched our brand new
Soft Definition Longwear Lip Liners. I have been wearing these for
months you guys, off camera. Months and months and months.
And now I don't have to hide them anymore. These are
my dream lip liners. I created four shades in the Most
Longwear Delicious Formula. It's such a soft,
buildable, blendable formula, but it locks down and it really stays put. So
I'll show you again if you haven't seen all the content around this.
The first shade I created is called Honey, which is just the most beautiful
light peachy beige. Great for like a slight contoured effect
on the lips. Then we have my most worn shade
personally, which is called Almond. Almond gives
my lips a very, very contoured type of a look. And it is a cool toned
brown, but it's not too grayish to where you can't wear it
with warmer lipsticks. I love this color so much and
actually I often mix it with the third shade that I
created, which is a beautiful mauve called Fig. And these two I feel like are
my most worn. And it's kind of fun because so far
those two shades are the most popular. And then of course I created my most
perfect deep brown lip liner called Mocha.
So those are the four shades we launched with you guys. Like I said, you do have a
little bit of play time. I'll show you. Maybe I'll scribble a little bit
underneath here. You have some play time, which I did on
purpose, to smudge these out. And you can really blur them and sheer
them out, which I feel like is essential for me
personally to really customize the level of pigmentation
in my lip liners, depending on what I want for the day. But then once they
dry down, you guys, like they don't go anywhere. Like literally
nowhere. So you do have some play time. But once they lock,
they really have crazy longevity. I also created
the cutest little pencil sharpener to go with it, which is now available.
Since this has a pretty creamy formula, it's nice to have a high quality
sharpener. Now this is a standard size pencil sharpener.
It fits these. So if you have a sharpener, you can sharpen the Revy pencil
in a standard size. This does have a very high quality blade, which is perfect for
a softer formula. You can use it for eyeliners, other lip
liners you have. But I wanted to make sure to mention that
as well, because it was part of the collection.
But I am just so excited these are finally here.
I love them so much and it's been so fun for me to not have to hide
behind cameras and not show you them. I can finally do my lip combos
out in the open, which feels great. And so yeah, I'll have these linked down below
for you guys if you haven't seen them yet. They are
phenomenal, if I do say so myself. And they're really going to just boost the
longevity of any lip combo. You can use them with
effortless lips if you want to like amp up the longevity of those.
They work great with glosses, lip oils, cream lipsticks, matte lipsticks, you name
it. You can wear it. Earlier this month I
tried a brand new launch from Makeup by Mario. These are his new
matte eyeshadows. Now I bought four of them, but I get the most use
out of Mauve, which is this color right here. It's just
perfect. I feel like this is just the perfect kind of taupey mauve color for
me. Sort of flattering. And I also have been
wearing the shade Blush, because I do love a good pink look as
well. I bought the shade Taupe, which I do
really like. It just leans a little bit olive
for me, which is not a problem. It's just like, you know,
certain types of looks that I feel like work well with this.
But I love this kind of moussey formula. And then I also got the shade Sandstone,
which is also extremely pretty for like more of a soft
shadow look. But I will say I wear Mauve the most right now.
But still, these are fabulous little liquid matte shadows.
He has quite a extensive range, which I think is so
fun. So if you're looking for cool tones, warm tones, browns, grays,
pinks, mauves, he's got it. I've been really enjoying those.
Also this month, I created a look. Well, I bought and created a look
using this Patrick Ta eye topper. The sparkles in here are insane. They're so
pretty. This is the Do You Know Who I Am duo.
And this top shade specifically is gorgeous. I'm actually not wearing this
today, because I am doing a wear test for another video as we
speak. So I can't really mess up my look. But I'll show you on the
back of my hand how sparkly this is. And I did a full look
using this in my recent Sephora haul video. So if you want to see it in action,
you can go ahead and watch that. Here's the other shade. It's a little more
coppery. I just think it's the most beautiful little duo.
And like the reflex are insane. Especially for like a golden goddess
summer type of an eye look. I have been loving that
so much. I can't figure out if I have featured this in a favorites video yet,
but it's been sitting on my desk and I've been reaching for it like crazy.
This is from Dior. It's their Dior Forever Highlight in the shade
Pink Halo. The pink in this is what really gets me, especially for
my fair skin tone. Now again, I'm not wearing this today because I'm doing
a wear test for another look right now. But hopefully you can see
how stunning this is. I just love how it has a little bit of a soft
pink undertone. A little bit goes a long way. And this is not like a chunky
highlight. It's really really soft. It's going to give you just
that lit from within kind of a glow, but it is buildable, which is nice. If you
want something a little more comfy on the cheeks, you can build it up.
But I was like, wait, I've been using this
non-stop without even almost realizing it. I was like, I should probably put it
in a favorites video because it's been on my face quite a bit this
month. It's so pretty. A honorable mention is this Dior palette.
Now I talked about this in my bridal video, which if you missed it, I will have
that link down below. This is such a staple. This has been
something that has been in my routine and in my
collection for years and years and years. But this month,
I saw a girl on TikTok use this color right here, which I've used before. But I
typically mix it with the white one to create like a pink
highlight. But this pink one, she used as like a blush topper. And I've
been doing that, especially over top of my daydream
blush. So I've been wearing daydream blush a lot from
Ruby Beauty, which is my brand. And then I'll pop this on top, just a
little amount, kind of right here, like further down than a highlight.
And it adds the prettiest pink glow over any blush. I had to
kind of give that an honorable mention because
it's something I haven't stopped doing since I saw that TikTok. And
it's fun because I already have this in my collection. It's just kind of a new
way I've been wearing it. So I wanted to share that as well.
Another honorable mention is my makeup by Mario Powder. I can't put this down.
I feel like I've done honorable mentions of this already before, but I don't care.
And it's been in a favorites video too. This is the Surreal Skin Soft Blur
Setting Powder in the shade Fair Pink. Now, I am wearing this today and it just
gives such a beautiful soft focus effect to the face.
It also has like a teeny bit of coverage, so it feels a little bit more glam, which
I like. There's certain looks that I really like that for.
I haven't stopped reaching for this. You guys know I love my Huda Beauty powders.
I will never not wear those. But this one has been really rotating into my
routine a little bit more and more, especially this summer.
And I just love how it looks all over the skin. It's so beautiful.
Another little mention, this is something that I bought forever ago.
Tried it a couple times, it fell out of my routine, and then I never really gave
it like a full, full shot. This is the Iconic
London Underglow Blurring Primer. And then I kept seeing people, I've seen
people talk about this forever, like years. And so I was like, you know what,
I'm gonna set it on my desk, I'm gonna try it out a few more times and see what
happens. And I really have been loving this. The thing
that's really cool about this is it's a little bit of a combination
between a blurring and a glowing primer. So it has that hint of glow,
but also like when it sets down, it's very smoothing.
And it's not a sparkly glow either. Like you can see, it leaves your skin
nice and dewy, but then once it sets, it also
leaves a smoothness and almost like a soft focus effect.
Underneath your makeup, and I've just really been liking it. It's been pairing
well with like all my different foundations that
I've been layering on top, and so I'm starting to understand why everyone has
been loving this for so many years. I just need to give it like a proper, fair
shot, you know what I mean? It's so, so pretty.
Oh, I forgot to mention you guys, I am wearing on my lips
Fig and Almond Lip Liner, and then I have a really cute
lipstick and a gloss that's coming in an upcoming video where I did this makeup
look. Okay, so stay tuned for that, because I created
I think my new favorite lip combo, but I wanted to tell you guys that I
mixed Fig and Almond on my lips today, in case you were wondering.
Okay, what is next? The shampoo and conditioner from
Gizu. I told you guys in my recent like Sephora haul video that this is
something that I bought and I would keep you updated.
Update, I'm loving this. I've washed my hair with it maybe
three times now, and the texture that it leaves my hair is so nice. I washed my
hair last night with it, and it's hydrating, but it's not heavy. It doesn't
like weigh my hair down. I also feel like it
makes my hair feel so smooth and soft, gives a little bit of a shine, smells
delicious. I love the packaging. I'm just really, really enjoying this, so
I wanted to make sure to re-mention that as well, since I have now tried it and
I've been loving it, and I've been reaching for it every time
it's hair wash day, so that's that as well. Another little honorable
mention, and I kind of got re-hooked on these
recently as I was prepping for my bridal video,
the first thing is a gua sha. So I've talked about this so many times, this
Mountlite gua sha I've had for years. I'll try to find this one down below.
They don't have it on Sephora anymore, so I'll try to find it and link it, but I
recently, like recently as in yesterday, bought a
stainless steel gua sha because I saw a girl on TikTok, okay,
use a stainless steel one in the shower with her cleanser, which is nice because
these stone ones tend to break. Stainless steel is also a little bit
more hygienic, so I bought that. I'll have it linked down below for you guys, and
I'm excited to use that in the shower just for like sculpting
the face, lymphatic drainage. I love to just go on TikTok or YouTube
and find a gua sha tutorial, and I'll just gua sha my face
after my skincare routine at night, and it's been
fabulous, so I wanted to share that as well. Also, back in my routine
is this Nurse Jamie Uplift. I also started using this pretty
religiously preparing for my bridal video that I
filmed, and it's really fabulous. It just helps
de-puff the face. It feels amazing in the morning,
but I wanted to shout that out too. I feel like I have a lot of things that
have come back into my routine this month,
which is kind of fun versus it being brand new. Because of my bridal video, I
re-fell in love with, even though I already know I love these, the Skin
Iceland under eye patches. You guys, the way that they make your under eyes feel,
especially while you're doing your eye makeup,
again, if you didn't watch my bridal video, I'll have it linked down below,
but the way that it helps shape your eyeshadow, de-puff the eyes,
prep the under eyes perfectly for makeup, it is so good. I picked mine up off of
Amazon, and I will obviously have these linked down below for you guys as well,
but I am in love with them all over again. They are so
phenomenal. Okay, now a perfume that was sent to me in PR this month. I
sprayed this perfume, you guys, and I, you know how scents take you back to a time?
As soon as I sprayed this, it took me back in time to a very specific place,
but I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is in this perfume
that smells like something so nostalgic for me,
but because it feels nostalgic, because something in here smells like
a very specific time in my life, I haven't stopped wearing it. So,
here it is. This is the Maison Louis Marie No. 14
Issyla. The top notes in here are ruby pompomousse, which is grapefruit,
mandarin leaf, and jasmine. The middle notes are
Bulgarian rose, dark plum, and osmanthus, and the base is patchouli, vanilla flower,
and sakura blossom, so it's a little more floral than what I typically
reach for, but something in here brings me so much joy and comfort. I don't
know what it is. One day it will come to me. I don't know
if it's a perfume I used to wear that they don't make anymore. I don't know if
it's like something somebody else used to wear at
the time that I'm thinking. Like, I'm talking like 15 years ago. It took
me back like 15 years, and I just, for the life of me,
cannot figure out what feels so nostalgic about this or
where I've smelled something in here before.
Regardless, it's a beautiful fragrance, and it lasts so beautifully on the skin,
and I haven't put it down. It's so beautiful.
I think it's a great kind of end of summer scent, very fresh
floral. I love the citrus in here as well, but it's grounded because of
the vanilla, and I don't know. It's really beautiful, and I usually am not somebody
who goes for super fresh fragrances. A lot of them give me headaches.
This one doesn't. I just had to tell you guys because I
cannot get enough of it. So good. Another little lifestyle find,
very recently, but I'm obsessed, are these blue light glasses from Amazon.
I mean, come on. I think they're so cute. They're like around $20 on Amazon.
You can get like different prescriptions if you want to, if you have like your
reading glasses prescription. I have horrible eyesight, so for me
personally, I wear my contacts, and so I got zero
prescription in this. This is the smaller size. It also came with like
an option for a larger size, and these are the gold frames.
So I got the smaller gold frames with no prescription,
and I love them so much. I have some similar to this from Warby
Parker that were like almost $200. Obviously Warby Parker is a
very nice eyewear brand, but the fact that like you get
such a similar vibe for 20 bucks, you know, to each their own, but I feel
like this is a great option, especially if you travel. It's just nice
to not have to worry about blue light glasses breaking or sitting on them or
I wanted to show you guys those as well, because I think they're so
cute, and then I realized that more recently I have not shared with you guys
a couple of pregnancy favorites. I feel like I briefly mentioned these a few
months ago, but I've got some pants, you guys, that
are quite a splurge, but they are so worth every penny.
Okay, they're the Rag & Bone Miramar pants.
Okay, I have a few different styles. I actually bought
the like high-waisted pair before getting pregnant,
fell in love with the material. They literally feel like sweatpants, you guys.
They're so great. They're great for travel,
great for lounging around the house, what have you, and then during pregnancy
I wanted to pick up, actually I think I got these right before I was pregnant.
They're the like elastic version of this, which I'll have linked down below, and
these are the ones that I'm specifically talking about.
I sized up to a medium. I'm usually a small, but
I wanted like the sweatpants stretchy band version to really feel
so comfortable, so I got a medium. The way that these have carried me through my
entire pregnancy, you guys, I am obsessed with them. Again,
they're a splurge. They're pretty pricey, but
the amount of times that I've worn them, oh my gosh, it's been so worth it.
I feel like as well, since I work from home and being pregnant
and I'm running around with a toddler, it's so nice to have
pants that look like jeans but feel like sweatpants,
because then I feel like I can pair it with different tops, you know what I mean,
and it doesn't look out of place, because sometimes I feel
like if I wear regular sweatpants, I wear like an
old t-shirt with it and I just don't feel as put together.
You can literally wear like a nice shirt and have
these sweatpant jeans on and you feel like you're wearing sweats, but you look
really pulled together, so I wanted to make sure to mention those.
On the other side of the price range, something I've been loving, thank heavens,
these are not as expensive as the rag and bone ones, but Old Navy has
come in so clutch for me this pregnancy. I'm obsessed with their
linen pants, their wide leg linen pants. I'll find a link.
I feel like I own these in like almost every color.
Here they are. I don't know if you can see them.
They're the most fabulous cotton linen like elastic band
pants. I bought those in a medium as well and I have probably four colors. I have
the white, the tan, I think I have a striped pair as
well, a green one, a brown one. I found them on like
clearance in the store after I had already bought the white pair
for like $10. Oh my gosh, they're so fabulous.
Again, another pant that feels like sweatpants or as comfortable as
sweatpants, but you can pair it with a nicer top like I
did today and it feels like you're pulling yourself together
a little more than possible. And I feel like, you know, especially being eight
months pregnant, my last pregnancy it was so hard for me
to find pants that I felt put together in
that lasted me this long in pregnancy before going to like
very frumpy sweats and I feel like these are gonna take me all the way to the end.
My rag and bone sweatpant jeans and then these old navy
linen blend pants. They're so good. So I had to share those with you guys as
well because if you're wondering what pants I've
been wearing for the past eight months, it's those. So that's everything that I
had to share with you guys today. I hope you enjoyed hearing
some of my favorites. I know not too many things were brand new to me, especially
makeup wise, but I always feel like it's fun to do
those honorable mentions of things that have rolled back into my routine
consistently because there's always things that are
launching that are new, but sometimes there's things like the Mario powder,
this Dior palette that I've had for literally years that has worked its way
back into my routine in a new way, which I think is so fun. So I hope you guys
enjoyed today's video. Let me know in the comments what you've
been loving this month. I always love hearing
your product discoveries, lifestyle discoveries, whatever
you want to tell me about. Leave it in the comments down below. If you want to
check out anything that I- wait! I forgot one more thing, you guys.
These nails! These are the new Glamnetic Glamzilla nails.
These are the press-ons in this style, Give Them Grace, and I've been wearing
these for like two weeks straight. They're press-ons and
they're fabulous. I wore these in my bridal video, I've been wearing them in
like every video. I feel like I will wear these for another two weeks.
If they pop off, which has happened because I'm
a busy mom doing dishes and sometimes the glue gets a little loose, I've just
glued them back on because I love them that much.
Almost forgot to mention those as well. But yeah, everything that I talked about
I'll have listed and linked for you guys in the description box if you want to
check any of them out. Tell me what you've been loving in the comments.
Don't forget to subscribe if you have not already and be sure to follow me
over on TikTok and Instagram. I would love to have you over there as well
and I hope you have a fabulous day wherever you are and I'll see you in my
next video. Love you, bye!
